Whatup everyone. I'm nick and this is my log to post my workouts + diet, and I'm looking for any critique and suggestions anybody has. I used to be really into lifting but THEN i got to college...and everything went downhill from there. I was doing pretty good up until January. I went from 180+ to 155 in 4 months. Now it's summer and I'm going to gain it back + more.

Current stats:

19
5'10
155~ lbs

Maxes:
No clue on anything, I honestly don't even remember the last time I lifted.

Diet:

Looking to consume about 3.5k-4k~ mostly clean kcals per day. Shouldn't be a problem once I get off adderall and switch to a different ADD med (Adderall = serious appetite suppression).

Split:

off
Bis/tris/forearms
Legs/calves
Back/chest
off
Shoulders/traps
off

Once I hit the 170 lb range I'll start German Volume Training. For now, I'll just be doing high volume the first 2 weeks. Then I'll be focusing primarily on strength until I hit the 170 mark.

I should have a log up in a few hours for my bis/tris/forearms day.

Breakfast + milk ofc. 1 cup oats and 5 eggs, surprised I was able to eat it all with my current appetite.

already epic fail at updating this log. work is killin me.

anyways, I forgot what my bi/tri/forearm workout was on monday and I didn't have time to workout any other days of the week. I'm expecting a bit of struggle getting into a specific routine these first few weeks of summer, but once I do get into one I should be able to hit my goal of 180 by the end of summer without a problem. I'm getting used to some new medicine too, so there is a couple things going on that I need to get comfortable with in my life.

chest/back tonight, hopefully I remember to log it on here. I'm going to start bringing my notebook to the gym again, that should help me record stuff.

I figured i'd forget to update this. Work is killing me right now, my wrists are killin with this job + working out so I've been using some wraps for lifts that hit my wrists hard. Also my back is starting to act up again, so its starting to look like I'll have to replace DL with hyper extensions for now. I'm thinking of finally going to a chiropractor for my back because I've been dealing with this problem since about Feb 08.



Anyways, my diet has been pretty good. Every now and then I slip and miss meals, but I've been doing a lot better than expected. Weighed in at 161 this morning, so I'm up ~11 lbs since my lowest weigh in my first week of being back from college (the 23rd). Lifts are actually fairly closer to my old ones sooner than I expected. I think I'm going to start GVT this week or next. Hopefully I can update at least once a week for now
