2010 IFPA North American and NANBF Mr. Natural Minnesota Unofficial Results

The Mr. Natural MN/IFPA Pro North American was the largest natural bodybuilding show in the country so far in 2010. Over 170 competitors counting pros over 2 days. Here are what I remember of the results:

Men's Pro (top 5):
1. Chidi Ekebere
2. Jay Isenhart
3. Phoun Phoulavan
4. Donovan Laib
5. Ponce Saysomphou

Men's Master's PQ:
1. Jim Siem (new IFPA master's pro)
2. Jeff Mehl

Men's Open Short:
1. Jim Siem
2. Jeff Mehl
3. ???
4. Lavares Pearson
5. Joe Goebbel

Men's Open Medium (the most stacked ameture class I've ever seen. 4 of these 13 guys have been in overall posedowns for pro cards):
1. Ty Dihn
2. ???
3. Jason Bosak
4. Brian Ahlstrom
5. Maxwell Sawochka

Men's Open Tall:
1. Matt Tennesen
2. ???
3. Howard Terry
4. ???
5. Doug Holmberg (fyi he's 57)

Overall: Ty Dihn (New IFPA Pro)

Men's Masters 40-49: Jeff Mehl

Men's 50+: Doug Holmberg
(Melvin Ware was also in this class and that guy put on a show with his routine)

Collegiate: 2nd Maxwell Sawochka

Women's Overall, Open Short, Masters Pro Qual, and Masters 40 & Over winner: Mareissia Twele (New IFPA Pro and IFPA Matster's Pro)

I also forgot to add that Rich "freak on wheels" Knapp won the wheelchair division and $1250.
