This cycle will be a 5 week all out dirty bulk. My weapon of choice will be CEL P-mag. There isnt to many logs on this alone so hopley it will help some people. About me i am as of now 6'4 200lbs 23yrs old. The cycle will start may 30th and i will post my lifts, sides, notes, and morning weight. I have also ran h-drol in the past and seen good results. My goal are to gain between 10-15-lbs and gain strengh in all lifts.
diet- Like i said this will be a dirty bulk. I will be eating 6-7 meals a day which include, chicken,steak,tuna,turkey,veges,whole grain rice and pasta,wheat bread,all natty pb, milk,cheese,eggs,and oatmeal. Also will be eating everything else i can get my hands on! Pretty much eat all day. Water intake will be at least 1 gallon a day. Also i will be taking in as much protein as i can handle over 350per day.
lifestyle-not to much of a change for lifestyle ever since i started lifting i get 8hrs of sleep, i dont drink or smoke.

so the cycle begins in about 1 1/2 days.... this week all my lifts have been solid. I stop taking my N.O at the start of this week and im used to working out w/o it. I feel as well prepared to gain the most from this cycle.
sunday the fun begins...time to get HUGGEEE!

notes-Had a nice back day today, set a few prs which is nice to see so early in the cycle hope to have some more since p-mag is supposed to be better for strengh and size then h-drol. Also i am very glad i stoped taking n.o last week to prepare myself to be without it. Both w/o i was not tired which last cycle i stoped taking it he first week of cycle and had 4 bad w/o due to lack of energy. So far so good lets hope the weight keeps coming!

p-mag usually kicks in alot faster than h-drol but by the fourth week you may not get anymore gains.
i do think you should have put on some more weight naturally first though and upped your lifts a bit too.

yes p-mag does kick in faster thats why im running it only 5 weeks, and i still might run 75mg for week five just for that reason
if i was running m-drol or d-zine or any of the more harsh methlys i would agree thats why im only running p-mag for 5 weeks imo not to harsh. Iv seen way worse like people stacking two methlys at 150lbs. thanks for the advice though.

when i ran h-drol it was gona be a 6 week cycle then i got sick in week 4 and went into pct and had a $hity pct at that. lost most gains but i still consider that i ran h-drol. As for my lifts my chest has always been weak bench press the most, dont know if its due to my long arms or what. gl on your cycle as well.

I have a buddy running mag right now, hes eating 4k cals a day and seeing good results so far.

haha yeah i eat all day non stop at least 7 meals daily. im hoping to gain 15lbs on this cycle. IMO the first couple lbs was prob water retention.

I can def tell my upper body is filling in, also arms look bigger. Then i woke up today and got on the scale i had to to a double take haha , what a way to start week 2. 215 here i come!

notes-Had a really nice shoulders day today, weights are coming along. as is my weight. I am def adding mass on this bulk which is what i was looking for. Im hoping to be up 10 lbs by week two, then aim for 215! Had a good diet yesterday tons of food all day. All is good with sides (knock on wood) overall good feeling.

Looks like you had a pretty successful cycle man! Congrats! 12.3lbs on 4 weeks of PMag is a pretty strong cycle, hell, even 12.3lbs on 6 weeks of PMag is great! Nice work!

notes-so the cycle is over, i am very pleased with p-mag. I would recomend this product to anyone. First time ph's looking for a good ph to bulk on i would choose this over h-drol. 12lbs in 4 weeks is pretty damn good, i did add some fat to my midsection and have some "love handles" but i plan to cut after pct and then bulk again and prob run a tren/epi bulk cycle in the winter.

yeah not all muscle i gained some unwanted fat but i got stronger and gained nice size! most of what i read people started getting bad sides and no more gains on week 5-6 so i fig i gained 12 lbs in 4 weeks why chance the sides and feel like $hit , im in pct and feel great. Your gona love the mag for sure brah!!! i'll be following your log!

That is one of the best SIDES of a cycle I would say. When people just look at you, comment, stare at how big/strong you've gotten. Awesome man. Keep it up.

Just a little update, i am on day 10 of pct and i couldt ask for a better pct. My weight varies 208-210, My strengh has gone up did incline db bench press of 75's which is a pr. All other lifts are staying the same. My overall feeling is great, i ran reveristol last cycle and i will never run a cycle w/o a serm! I am also getting more people noticing my size and making comments. From here on out i will be posting once a week just for a quick catch up for the week.

I am on week two of pct, and so far so good. I am feeling great no sides at all. My strengh is goin up on most lifts. Today on chest day banged out 225 twice for a pr. Could't ask for anything more. Weight is staying about 209-210. I def need a cut after pct. Im looking to loose about 10-15lbs of fat, then start my winter bulk with tren/epi!
