Hey everyone! Sorry for making a whole thread about this question. I didn't know where else to ask. I'm currently doing half hour of MISS cardio and will incorporate HIIT into my routine. I was wondering IF I were to cut back on some of the MISS how many cycles of HIIT would make up for it? This is in no regards to calories. This is basically by "feel" from the fellow competitors on here. Thanks!

I'd say 3 sessions of HIIT and 2 sessions of MISS or 3 sessions of MISS and 2 sessions of HIIT. It's not about frequency it's about intensity, especially when it comes to retaining muscle while dropping the bodyfat as I'm assuming. Dieting and weight training is used frequent enough, cardio should never be emphasized, 10 mins of HIIT plus 30minutes of MISS should produce strong results in conjunction with your nutritional program and weight training regimen...
