View Full Version : took second on may 3.. state show is in about two weeks

I had to take about 5 days after my last competission off, i felt way overtrained. I stuck to a preity low carb diet and etreeme hydration over my break from training, but i took off taking my eac stack.

So the cal state show is on may 24.. at least for teens and Here is what im thinking, diet, not as insainly as before, keep oatemal in the morning, add natural pb for calories, no carbs except for the morning meal, and no insulin spikes after cardio and training. no am cardio, ill get more sleep and do it after school. Take eac three times a day, first mreal, third meal, fifth meal. I feel like i have blown up over my break, my body is ready to train.

How mwany peopl have tried this stragity of back to back contests, take the first 5 days after a contest off then bust ass untill two days before the show. i have roughly thirteen days to train( thats if i go every day), my concern isnt to add mass ot a area but come in more ripped, the jsudge said that i had good symetry but could ahve come in better condition. THin the thirteen days i have untill pre contest rituals i have 8 40 minuit cardio sessions planned and about 10 training sessions. Im going to tan as much as possible ahd try to improve my vascularity.

Any oter hints on what i shouild do, i origionally was not going to compete in theis show but since i placed well at my firss hsow and the guy i lost to said he was going to bet there i had to try and figure out what i was going to do. I ordered a tape of the sohow along with tmy prejudging so that i can study myself and my competission.
