guys, i had a comp on sunday and my conditioning was slightly off. Ive got another comp a week on sunday which i have a better chance of placing at. o tighten my condiitioning i was recommended to drop all carbs from my diet and replace it wih Udos choice oil blend (3 spoonfulls a day)
my question is: when should i start adding cards back in to carb load?
will the fact that i havent had any carbs for over a week speed up or slow down the rate that my body can handle them?
any input would be appreciated cos ive been dieting since the 1st of january and have officially f**ked it up!!

[were u at paisley on sunday? think i remember you, you werent in the intermediates or a mr class if im right? im doing the bnbf novice, what class you doin? as ive never done a comp and obviously never done 2 n such short a period a time im no expert but surely you shouldve gradually added carbs back up to your daily allowance before depleteing again at the beginning of next week......im doing a 3 day deplete/3day load.....

eeh ive basically been on no carbs all this week! should i start addin carbs in on say thursday nxt week? im doin the juniors at the BNBF

I just went to watch, wanted to see zak khan lol, the boy that won your class came third in the nabba first timers if I'm right 2 weeks ago. If I was you I'd add carbs now and have a high day Sunday then begin depleting carbs Monday to wednesday before you load again Thursday, really depends on your loading strategy tho. But if your on low carbs from last week through to Thursday your gonna feel **** and look too flat.IMO , doing the bnbf club on Sunday in Perth?

yeah hes a beast, out of condition but massive! yeah cant wait, im more looking forward to the binge after it! just seen the line up, theres 12 juniors, 14 novices.....!!!
