Well this is my first time working out for some type of contest. I got my suppliments in a couple days ago. I'm just trying to make sure to sample them so my body gets used to them, later this week i will up my dosage. So far so good when I signed up for this contest i weighed 263 today I'm at 260 i have not put up my before pics they will be posted tomorrow. A little more about my life, i just got done with my freshmen year of college. I work at pizza hut so there is lots of temptation around me. Most of my workouts will be jogging till i get a new membership at a gym since the college is closed, my gym is closed. Last year to now i have already lost about 35 lbs so this year I will finish with the weight I wish to lose! This post is all I have time for today since my schedule is very tight today so everyone good luck

Willpower man! Think of the final results and you can overcome that temptation. I know the feeling though with all this junk food around but got to stay focused.

so far i have N.O. beta, Crea Dyl, and i was told to use glutacene so i have that too, i have a question do i need ketokuts also for the competition? I will run 5 or 6 days 2-5 miles a day. my meals is somthing different everyday just cuz i have to eat cheap and mainly what is around me, but at work i just eat off the salad bar and i dont use dressing. but if u have any meal ideas i could use a lil help.

yeah i got a friend that is ruling me with an iron fist, if she sees me with any food she doesn't approve of she will take it from me so if I try to eat anything really bad I wont be able to anyway.

It was a really long day today I didn't run any or exercise. I woke early planning on running but I ended up spending morning and afternoon with my bestie (best friend). It was fun we just listened to music then we took a nap. Even though I didn't get my workout I ate very light. No breakfast today, around 3 was when I finally ate my step-dad brought me a 6" sub. It held my hunger. Oh yeah, when I went to work today I took my first dose of CreaDyl. What a rush! I was pumping energy and my veins in my arms were showing it. I felt like hulking out but there were no weights around! It seemed like I wasted a serving without working out but it was okay for me cause it gave me an energy boost I needed! I showed my sister my arms when my veins were enlarged she was like... eww! You like that! I said not really but inside I knew I did. The taste is different but I just shook it up and put some ice in it. Then my taste buds got used to the taste so I know i can keep taking it. Also, before 9pm I went ahead and ate some pineapple with cottage cheese to keep my hunger from going haywire. I think that's all there is to say for today. So thanks for you people supporting me it does help so keep commenting please and I'm off to bed as my bestie says, "Goodnight sleep with the angels" I love that phrase just thought I'd share it with ya'll!

You should eat something in the morning and its not good if you waiting till 3 in the afternoon to eat. You could try eating a pouch of tuna or a few eggs. I usually have a shake right when I wake up then hit the gym then my Post workout shake Then 2 hour later 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs in the morning. Morning and Post shake are just 1 scoop of protein.

Today went well, but its not over so I'm just gonna make a log over yesterday. Oh yeah, I know my first post I didn't read the directions on how cover all I'm supposed to post so I may go through that tomorrow and change it up some, but not today. Back to what I started to talk about. Yesterday, I woke up I took the NO beta and the Crea Dyl before I went on my run/jog/walk. I guess my second dose of it didn't make me pump as much as it did the first time my veins didn't get all hulked out but that was fine I'm just running right. Anyways I didn't run too much I'd say over the 4 miles I went I ran about one mile. but I just gotta get my wind back up so I can go non stop again. Just so I know someone is reading this through I could use some help, cause I don't know when I need to use my Gluta cene? If you have a solution please let me know. Back to my run so I'm a little short on breath because I haven't ran in like a couple weeks due to finals in college. I'll bet some of you are shocked I was in college, since my punctuation sucks! Just to fill y'all in I had to quit my English class to save my GPA. 3.1 after this year that's not horrible but it could use some fixing up. So I was on my "run" but really I am walking cause I'm outta breath. These guys ask me if I have a license. To me I think that's weird but okay I'll go along with it. I tell 'em yes but it is at home; then they ask me if I am looking for a job and if I want to work today! In my head I'm thinking okay I'm wearing tapout shorts, shocks, and a sonna shirt. Why would they want me to do this kind of work in that you must need help bad to ask a random guy "running" down the street! Really I think I would need some safety glasses, boots, and gloves at the very least! Either way I kindly reject and go on with my business finish my run and yay! I did my first 4 miles for competition! I still don't find time for breakfast because I have to take the NO beta and Crea Dyl on an empty stomach so what do I do to solve that? Overall I am eating pretty good the only thing I can't resist is eating a handful of hot cheetos with lime everyday! I'm thinking of my logs more like blogs in a way so if there is something I am missing fill me in k? Thanks for reading!

are you talking about when to use glutacene on cardio days, or on workout days too? If you're talking about weights, I like using it intra-workout...if it's just a cardio day I'd do it PWO

both would be good advice. but for now cardio because i dont have a gym yet. as far as my intake i just eat anything that sounds healthy to me. today i had yogurt, a tuna sandwich with wheat bread n i just had another ham sandwich for supper

Agree with the tuna and eggs. I'm not sure what your daily schedule is like but perhaps you can hard boil some eggs in the morning when you're getting ready for the day, pop them into a container with an ice pack, throw in some cheap pouches of tuna and just keep the cooler nearby. That way you have something you can eat. It'd probably save money too at work. Get greens from the salad bar, then throw on some tuna and eggs that you brought with you.
Other options to have on hand would be almonds or walnuts, buy chicken in bulk, chop it up, cook it and then keep it in containers in the fridge. Then each day just grab a container to keep in your cooler or lunch bag.
As for the glutacene, agree with BPP, PWO on cardio days.
As far as your question about KetoCuts, I'm pretty sure you don't need it. You're good with the NO-Beta and CreaDyl.
And as far as your posts, we're not English professors so don't worry about it, but, perhaps try breaking up your posts into smaller paragraphs. It would make your posts easier to read.

yes i take 5 NO tablets when i wake up and i drink two scoops of the creadyl. I go for my runs shortly after.
The problem is when i run it takes my hunger away for a while so i usually end up eating my first meal around 2. Then before work ill take 4 or 5 more tablets with 1 scoop of NO beta.
Btw i usually go in around 5.

What time do you get up? I would try to have a shake or something after you are done running. Get some protein in there!

I'd get a small notebook and keep track of the calories/fat/carb/protein of your foods...it makes it real easy to track in vs. out and to get an idea of what needs tweeked from time to time :)

since the last post I have gained a few lbs. They are becoming stubborn pounds to lose I'm not eating anything bad im still running my 4 miles everyday, so wut is it that is making them so hard to lose its making me mad. I have only been able to eat like twice a day.
My only guesses for these stubborn pounds would be either the supplements are taking massive effect on gaining muscle but that don't really make sense to me, or I'm not eating enough to make my metabolism rise.
I eat twice a day and I eat very small meals. I hope it is the supplements making muscle. I always thought it took months to gain pounds in muscle though. So if anyone has some comments on this please give me some of your two cents.
So far this week I have ran a total of 14 miles, not including my run for today. Yesterday my leg started to feel weak but I made sure to keep going. It has been cloudy this whole week so I've been running with my sonna suit on and replenishing my water everyday.
my current weight would be 258 I think I'm gonna try something different today to burn the pounds that are becoming a black cat crossing my path.
On a good note this weekend I've had a few people tell me that I look like I'm losing a little around my stomach and my face isn't as plump. So that made me feel better about myself.
Its not going to change the fact that I'm upset that I can't keep my weight at 255 for this week.
So to solve my stress I think I will try to eat 5 or 6 times a day just eating cans of tuna, chicken, or protein shake to get these pounds to shed like I want them to. I really want to get a gym membership but my money is tight for this month so I may have to wait.
A little more detail about the No beta and creadyl. I increased my no beta to 5 tablets twice a day and the creadyl to 2 scoops in the morning and before I go in to work. It has really helped keep me going this week because I have had to close almost everyday this week.
I am getting plenty of energy from them. Yesterday I was actually going to miss my 5 o'clock serving of the creadyl but I was tired so I took it anyway and it got me out of my sluggish mood and I finished off the day with energy to spare.
That's all I have for now I have a busy schedule still and I got to remake my diet plan for this coming week. So feel free to leave comments I check my account like 3 times a day.

my calorie intake has been around 1200 to 1600 a day

You could try mixing your cardio up and doing some different things. Maybe try HIIT a few times and see how that goes too.

1200 - 1600?? I think you might be trying to cut too quickly but I'm no expert. I'm 6"0 at 215 and with only the hour of high intensity training, I should be getting at least 2000 calories. It might be counter - intuitive to eat more but how are you going to build muscle without it?
You've lost a great amount of weight, congrats! However, I remember reading about you not being able to build muscle and I think that's why. I'm on Keto but I feel as if I really need to eat a lot and to get where I'm going even if I don't necessarily feel like eating

well the past couple of days have gone pretty good. I am drinking more water. Trying to eat more. I got those annoying pounds off now I am sitting at 253. Today I actually wore a nice shirt that i had a hard time fitting in before. It actually would fit before but when I sat down my stomach would fill it in and look like the buttons would pop off. today it fit great actually I think it was a little big but we wont get too cocky.
So as far as running I'm still doing the same thing but last night I ran like 8 miles I think. I did because it felt good outside and I needed to take my mind off stress. Today I just ran one mile this morning. I really have a busy schedule today but I did go and get my gym membership. So now I will be able to use the full extent of the N.O beta and Crea dyl. I'm pretty excited about it but i will have to put it off till tomorrow.
Tonight I will finish off my pure running spree. Ill end it with my regular 4 miles. I have lots of work to do on my chest and stomach. So if there are any workout suggestion I will be glad to hear about it. I want to start my workout tomorrow morning i think i will focus on my chest alone so anyone willing to give me a head start tip feel free.

Ok guys im really sorry about the no posting. It has been almost a week since I made any kind of post. So to fill in everyone, I have been working out still and doing my diet. Before we go into all my workouts and everything my best-friend that I have mentioned in previous post had come into problems I had to help her find a place to live or she would've to moved to New Mexico.
To me I didn't want to see her move and she has important things she needs to stay here for also. So we found her a place to live with another one of my friends and I have been staying with her over there for a bit so she can get used to her new place.
Ok well talk about fitness now! I am currently weighing in at 250 my new gym is really fun I have lots to work with and they even offer tanning with the membership. Yesterday I worked on my biceps and forearms mainly. I am plugging in some ab workouts everyday I'm worried about not making my torso firm enough when I lose all my weight so I really need to get my chest and abs hard.
My bicep and forearm workout was like:
4 sets of 10 with all workouts!
reg curls with dumbells 25 pounds
forearm curls with dumbells 25 pounds
backward curls with curl bar 50 pounds
bicep curls on a machine 55 pounds
hammer curls with dumbells 35 pounds
then I used the freeweight that has weights at the end of a rope to workout the forearms.
then i did the same amount of sets and reps with all other workouts I did.
There was this ab machine that works your sides I think i like that one. There is another one that is like crunches so I used it too I worked out my buns a bit too on one weight machine shortly after that I went to the stair stepper machine to make it burn a bit. I didn't run yesterday because my leg gave me some trouble.
I only took one dose of my suppliments yesterday and that was when I worked out after lunch time but I didn't eat lunch yet so my stomach was still empty. I didn't really feel stronger yesterday from it but I felt like I could do more sets than I usually do but I didn't cause not much time with all my responsibilities I have now. I think I need to get my Ipod back so I can be more efficient in the gym.
Today I will be working on my shoulders and my triceps and my core. So I will fill you in on how that goes today!
how are the supplements working? How's the taste, pump, strength, etc?

The supps are doing fine they do give me the energy I need I really don't think i would be able to make my day go well without them lately. I have had lots of stress in the past days and I can stay focused and keep a smile with the supps. Yesterday I worked my shoulders and boy I felt pretty tough when I looked at myself lifting I make my shoulders scream with pain hopefully Ill do the same with my chest today.
I can lift more weight with the help of the supps and i feel stronger. My main concern right now is building up I really need to start focusing on building muscle as I lose weight. I already am starting to get some loose skin and i want to build my core and my chest so I don't look embarrasing when I get smaller.

so today I started taking protein shake so I can get some muscle goin in on my diet. I'm in need of building my chest, stomach, and back. I woke up took protein first then the no and creadyl. I went to the gym and worked on my chest and abs.
MY weight today is 250.
workout:
5 sets of 10
Incline bench 90 lbs.-110 lbs.
decline bench 70 lbs.-110 lbs.
regular bench 90 lbs.
cable butterflys 40-60 lbs.
4 sets of 10 reps
side crunches on machine 90 lbs.
ab crunch regular crunches with bodyweight
15 min
stair stepper at lvl 6
jogging on treadmill
I think I had more power today I felt damn good. My weight loss is noticeable to everyone so I know I wouldn't stay as focused if I haven't entered this contest. The creadyl and no just keep me goin in the gym i dont even need a ipod to keep me focused in the gym anymore. I go in and do my thing and I don't need a cool song to make me feel cool.
My intake so far is.
protein shake two scoops or 45 grams
three whole eggs with oj
ill prolly try to eat some tuna here in a bit too.
