Different things work for different people but for me, cutting is simply focusing my carbs around my workouts or keeping them in the morning and as minimal as possible. I would up my protein intake a little bit especially at breakfast and pull those carbs down to the first meals. Maybe a shake instead of just milk at breakfast and maybe ad some turkey/tuna to your mid morning/afternoon meals. But again, do whatever works for you. Good luck brah!

A good rule of thumb for a cutting diet for me is a serving of meat and a cup of vegetables at every meal. Don't eat pasta/cereal they're calorie heavy and nutrient weak.

Thanks for that, I'm gonna have to rethink my whole eating regime. I'll try working on setting out a new system today.

Nice. I have a similar body weight and need to cut to the same body fat from a similar body fat. I will be keeping up with your progress.

Remember for the last few days, cutting water and sodium reduces weight around 5-12lbs easily (serious) - so remember that, you don't necessarily have to cut diet TOO early out else your training WILL suffer massively.
