Heya, I thought I'd go ahead and throw this up, just looking for a good, and fairly cheap way to bulk from about 160 to 180. I'm hoping to gain it all in about a month without really raising my body fat. I'll be doing a decent amount of sprinting, so that should be enough to cut any fat gains that may come along in the package.
Basically what I'm looking for is a supplement (H-Drol, Nata-Drol... whatever you recommend to gain the most mass), a stack if necessary, other products I should take in hand with the supplement(s), and a cheap worthwhile mass-gaining protein. Anyways, the more weight the better. If I end up at 190 instead of 180, I wouldn't have a single problem with that :D
A little information about my body type. I'm built like a mid-distance runner. Fairly consistent as far as muscle mass in each body part goes, my legs are a bit bigger relative to the rest of my body, due to competitive running. I consider myself fairly strong relative to my body weight (though my numbers in the weights may not be testament to that). I run a good bit (I'll be strictly sprinting/low mileage distance running during my bulking period). I'm about 6' 2" or so, weigh around 160 lbs. My max on bench is around 195 or so. Deadlift is about 215. Squat... it's probably in the high 200s/low 300s. My body fat's gone up a bit, and I'm sure it's probably closer to 14/15% right now (have been missing out on my runs a lot lately).
Also, any resources on workout routines dedicated to bulking up would be awesome.
Anyways, any advice is much appreciated!
Thanks, Elijah

If you're at 15%, cut to like 10% and just go with a mass gainer + creatine before looking at prohormones. H-drol is out of the question till you hit 21.
Mutant mass has worked great for me (also restricted to no ph's due to my age). 4kgs lean mass gain when I added it to my diet

Gaining 20 lbs in a month without really raising your bodyfat is impossible. Even with steroids your pushing it.

I'm not sure what I wrote. What I meant to say was that raising my bodyfat isn't a concern as I'll just burn most gained fat through sprints after my bulk up cycle. And why would H-Drol be out of the question. I know plenty of kids in my High School that are younger than me that have gone through multiple M-Drol and Dymethazine cycles. I know that PH's have an age restriction, but I just assumed it was 18+ rather than 21+?

You're a kid and pretty light for your height. Try eating. I have had about enough of teens looking to steroids before they have even gotten a base of muscle. I don't care what the other kids at school do. Use your damn head.
And it's not just about age. A 35 year old at your height and weight would be an idiot for using as well.

I eat a lot and have a hyperactive thyroid. I also do a decent amount of sprinting/running, and am at an average weight:height for my age and my sport. I'm not saying that you're necessarily wrong, but I do feel the need to defend myself as I'm not just some stupid kid looking to steroids. I'm simply looking at the resources available to me. I'm sure you've heard the whole "I just can't gain weight" spiel before. But between my sport and condition, I do have a lot of trouble gaining weight naturally. Anyways, when it comes down to it... I suppose I really don't want to go onto H-Drol or something of that sort. And now that I think about it 20 pounds is a bit ridiculous. I'd like to throw on 10... 15 would be ideal I suppose, and I'd like to hit it using a stack that either involves no P.H. but if that's not possible then I'd be willing to jump on a P.H.

Sorry, but I just can't recommend a ph to an 18 year old. At your age, you can see improvements with just eating more calories (up your protein and carbs) and adding in some quality protein and creatine. I'd look for a mass gainer if I were you. Ultimate Nutrition makes a few- Muscle Juice 2544 and IsoMass Xtreme Gainer. Both get good reviews. I think 10 lbs. is a more realistic #. Good luck and keep us posted!

If you can't put together 5 legit solid meals a day, no one is really going to want to hear this.

stay away from the ph\ds. no reason for it with what you have described.
Look into a good probiotic, a solid creatine supplement, and spend your money on good food. you probably don't eat enough. what is your caloric intake daily look like?
