Taste: 10/10 Honestly this will have to be my favorite flavor by far! Lemonade and Raspberry were good, this one tastes amazing! Tastes Exactly like Fruit punch! I can taste this hints of various fruits like strawberry, mango, orange, peach etc.

Smell: 9/10 The smell is not strong. It does sell like fruit punch and smells good and nice.

Mix ability: 10/10 Mix's very well and almost instantly. Just add the water stir and few seconds and bang done! All White flood flavors never had issues with mix-ability.

Profile: 10/10 I was always a fan on the profile. Really like how its creatine free. I can separately use any of my choice. The potent anti-oxidant profile is awesome as well. 1 Scoop(6.19grams) and it gets you going. Best of all, it delivers!

Pump/Energy: 9.5/10 Very potent Pre-workout! I always get the best pump/energy every time I take White flood. Within 20 mins of taking it, I start to get vascular and pumped to lift them weights! White flood is the only Pre-workout that I can consistently take and always feel the effects.

Overall: 10/10 This product is just amazing. White flood has been my #1 Pre-workout supplement for 1.5 years now. It has all delivered strong and never let me down. The price for the workouts you get is just INSANE! I was hooked on both lemonade and raspberry but now Fruit Punch is my favorite by FAR! OVERALL, Top notch product! :D

Daily intakes
- Taking about 2500-3000 calories daily.
- Taking 150+ grams of protein daily (1 gram per pound)
- Take at least 1-1.5 gallons of water daily. (Does not include water during workouts or when mixing other supplements)
- I workout in the mornings, around 10-12.

Current supplements
Morning:
Orange Oximega - 2 Fish oils and 1 scoop of the greens. First dosage at breakfast, second dinner.
Orange Traid - 2/2/2 Breakfast, lunch, dinner tablets
Whey Protein: 1 scoop (25 grams)

Pre-workout:
Green Mag - 1 scoop
White flood - 1-2 scoops
GlycerGrow - 3 scoops

Intra-Workout:
Purple InTrain: 1 scoop
Xtend: 2 scoops

Post-Workout:
Whey Protein - 1 scoop (25 grams)
Bulk Glutamine - 5 Grams
within 25mins I will have my Meal.

Monday- Bi's /Tri's
Tuesday - Legs/Abs/Cardio
Wednesday- Chest
Thursday- Off
Friday - Deadlifts/Back Abs
Saturday- Shoulders/Traps
Sunday - OFF Lite Cardio

I'm still on my bulk and getting ready to start my cutting soon.

I did deadlifts and back exercises on Friday and Shoulders on Saturday. Got to take 1.5 scoops of White flood. I'm really loving the Flavor! Very Delicious! Let my lil sister take a sip and she approved. :D I was very focused and pretty vascular, was ready to lift some iron!

Got some intense pumps and great energy! Got a pretty good veins going. I defiantly had wicked vascularity when I took OXIMEGA!. Mann, Furious fruit punch ROCKS! Overall Another great workout! :D
