Mixes great its a concentrate/isolate blend, very bland chocolate flavor in about 5 oz water. Creamy consistency . over all taste 4/10, its not nasty but its not tasty either just sorta eh. Think my friend got it at walmart or meijers i dunno was a gift. Would not recommend.

is this the powder form or the rtd

use milk and see if it taste better. Any mix with water is normally rancid.

It was a decent price and I wanted something up at work for those meals or snacks where I need to add some protein. I have to agree that with water is is very blah. I actually thought it was a different companies product (Super Fortress I think????) which happens to taste a lot better, but this will do in a pinch.
