View Full Version : Oxyelite vs meltdown and new uper stack

Just got back in the game about 4 weeks ago. Diet getting cleaner as they days go on and motivation increases. 6 about 235. Great size, which is never a problem for me, shi*ty vascularity and cuts at this point. Want to be in 215 range, with the understanding to do it right, will take a few months.

Other than the obvious (Diet, training, sleep, cardio), trying to find the best stack - haven't had much luck with supplements - have been screwing around with different things, but here is what im thinking of going with

BCAAs - building block - 2 grams per day
protein shakes - no brainer
Glutamine 20 grams/day
Fish Oil
creatine - 5 grams pre-workout, 5 post

REAL QUESTIONS is fat burner - haven't had much luck with any in the past

CLA - heard anywhere from 3-6 grams - any advise?

Fat burner - trying to decide between oxyelite and meltdown - have heard about same reviews from both - SUGGESTIONS???

also, taking BSN NO - like every other NO product ive tried, nothing. Thinking about switching to superpump and purple wraath, which has worked for me in the past, but may be overkill given already taking creatine and BCAAs which is essenitally what Purple Wraath Is?

that stack looks great! and for your fatburner question. i would go with meltdown all the way .
OEP gets some good play but meltdown has published science backing it up . .. i have been useing the VPX products for many many years. its always been great product always. never have had a single complaint. i should fore warn you meltdown is not a stim product. and oep is . if you are after a potent stim effect look to the new redline black and blue series or if you want the best they offer you can use their liquid clenbutrx ...
meltdown is more of a happy pill. the pea is very good at mood enhanceing and meltdowns powerfull appitie supression is second to none.


personally i have been useing liquid clen as i handle the stims pretty well ... and its still got every thing the meltdown has too

CLA is nice but you dont need to go over board.. 3 grams would be fine.
try the VPX noShotgun.. just dont take a fat burner with it , or any other prework out stimulant ..it has its own stim base included..
i dont get huge pumps on it like some do... but i swear i cant hardly get sore when i use no shotgun the recovery alone makes it a must have staple

Thanks bro - not really looking for a stim. never had a prob with that. more of a fat burner. read about clenbutrx and heard it tastes like a*s . ill sounds like im going to give meltdown a shot. ill hit you back and let you know. think im pretty much done with NO. Sounds gay as sh*t, but I started taking yoga about 3 weeks ago. sick for recovery...lengthens muscles, seems to prevent lactic acid buildup and makes you realize which parts of your body are the weakest and need some work.
