Hello everyone! I just received my KetoCuts in the mail today and will officially be starting my transformation! My goal is to lose body fat and gain muscle, isn't that everyone's goal? But I feel that dedication, motivation, and KetoCuts can get me there!
I will be posting my photos and workout later today. Wish me luck! :)

I am only taking Keto Cuts, otherwise I am taking Whey Protein and vitamins/minerals such as Multivitamin, Flax Seed Oil and Calcium.
I am generally not one who takes supplements, so this is very new for me, but I am willing to give KetoCuts a try since I have read some of the clinical trials, I wouldn't take anything that did not have some scientific evidence of success and safety!
A bit about me:
Wife and mom to a teenager, I am usually too busy making other people's meals, driving to school and sports and working part time for my husband to worry about what supplements I am taking and how often I am eating. This is my chance to take my own fitness and health seriously and through disciple, dedication and a bit of extra help from Keto Cuts, I hope to make great gains and get my body where I have always wanted it. Instead of looking at other people's and saying, I wish I looked like that, saying, wow, I look how I have always wished! I hope to build muscle proportionately, as well as lean out.

Are you doing the contest? I believe you need to be taking at least one other Double-T supp to qualify for the contest, either CreaDyl or NO Beta.

Hmmm....maybe someone else can clarify this? Yes, I am doing the contest and I believe Simpy said I am only required to take Keto Cuts.

Ok....let's start with today. Cardio only, because I had some dental work done this AM and I need a mindless day.
Woke up, popped in my 2 Ketocuts, multivitamin, calcium and fish oil.
6:30am Oatmeal w/ berries, scoop of whey, coffee (w/soy) and water. 30g protein
3 hours later after taking my daughter to school and going to the dentist, I ran 3.5 miles and felt great.
10:30am 3 servings of Egg Beaters (&veggies) and 2 vegan sausage patties. 32g protein
Feeling good so far, Ketocuts does not give me any weird feelings so I am grateful for that and looking forward to lifting tomorrow!
Rest of days meals look like this:
2:00pm 1 serving almonds, apple 1 cup greek yogurt 29 g protein
6:00pm big salad w/olive oil, vegan chicken w/spinach & ricotta/mozzarella 30-35 protein
9:00pm 30g protein before bed
1500 Calories/155gprotein/150carbs/30gfat

Hey Faina, are you vegetarian or just like those foods? People ask me that a lot because I eat veggie burgers & frequent vegan food joints, but I just like the taste and the health, haha.

Well both :) I have not eaten any chicken/beef/pork in almost 20years....because I never liked it as a kid, so when I became a teen I stopped eating meat. Then about 9 years ago I started eating fish, mainly sushi, so now I guess I am technically a pescaterian...vegetarian on most days and fish about 3-4 times a week. My daughter is the same way, she has never had meat in her life...hubby eats like we do most of the time, he still eats meat, but rarely, he says from being around me he has lost his taste for meat (haha my evil plan) ;) But yes, I am not a huge animal activist or anything, I just don't like the thought, concept, health or taste of it.

I had surgery in January and could not work out for 8 weeks so I feel like I am just getting into the swing of things! Not that hard if you use a treadmill because you can regulate your speed...I do 3.5 miles in 30 min....wonder how fast I will go after I get the NO Beta? lol

Tuesday May 4th
Woke up, popped in 2 KetoCuts, Multivitamin, Calcium Chew and Flax Seed Oil. Amazed that I feel fine and great, this is my first experience taking supplements and I did not know what to expect....I am feeling no side effects from the KetoCuts, just clear headed and ready to go to the gym.
6:30am Chobani Yogurt and Banana, Coffee with Soy milk, Water 25g pro, 35 carbs
Workout: Chest and Biceps
3 sets of barbell chest press, 10 reps 40lbs, 8 reps 50 lbs
3s exercise ball pushup, 10 reps
3s machine chest press, 30 lbs 12 reps
3s cable crossover, 35 lbs, 10 reps
3s cable curl, 50 lbs, 10 reps
3s cable hammer curl, 40 lbs, 12 reps
4s alternating dumbbell curl, 30 lbs 15 reps, 40 lbs 10-12 reps
30 min of incline treadmill walking, 4.3 speed varying from 4.0-10.0 incline
9:30am ON Whey protein shake, 2 slices Ezekiel Bread 32g pro, 32 carbs
1:30pm Albacore tuna w/veggies, almonds, small apple 35g pro, 35 carbs, 15 fat
5:30pm salad w/olive oil, grilled mahi mahi w/mango salsa, sweet potato and brocolli 30g pro, 35 carb, 10 fat
9:00pm 20-30g protein, 15 carb (I make some sort of sugar free low carb high protein snack at night, sometimes combine tofu w/ chocolate protein powder or frozen berries and make it into a pudding, or cottage cheese, protein shake, etc.
152pro/140carb/30fat approx 1600 cal

lol. It's the Creadyl that will really get you moving. You'll love the NO Beta, though.

Hi............I am going to have to un-enroll from this contest for now and will enroll later on in the summer for a few reasons.........vacation!
Surprise birthday trip to Italy once my daughter graduates from 8th grade (in 2 weeks) then hubby has a couple other trips planned this summer.....I don't want to worry while in Italy about eating/working out/supplements/logs/macros, etc!
Will start my transformation in a couple months........thanks for everyone's help and see you soon!
