If I make it fit into my cals and macros, is a limited amount of fat free cheese ok on a cut?

I'm looking for a way to slightly increase my protein (got a couple more grams to go to meet this weeks requirements), but I need something very low in carbs (cause I've already reached them in this plan).

Thanks!

No problem with fat-free, low-fat or full-fat cheese on a cut, as long as it fits in your cals/macro plan.

I prefer reduced fat to fat-free, tastes better. My favorite is reduced fat pepper jack by Sargento. My kids love it as well.

I also just discovered Cabot Extra Sharp 75% reduced fat cheese. Yum.

i prefer reduced fat too - my fave is jarlsberg light and laughing cow light.

anyway, any food is fine to eat on a cut if you work it into your cals and macros. cheese is great. btw, though, there are also tons of other high protein foods that are low in carbs - not that you need another option (nothing wrong w/ cheese).
