Hey all,
I wanted to share some photos. I have been training Paul since January(he's really only trained hard for about a year but has lifted on/off for 5 years or so). He was around 200 lbs when he started and should step on stage at 160 lbs(give or take). Paul started dieting in late November. Like I said, I started working with him on his Prep in early January and he's done a great job getting himself ready. He's done everything I've told him to do and works his tail off. He will be doing two shows with me in May. Anyway, here are two before pictures and two pictures three weeks out. Thanks for looking and keep pushing hard Pauly!

Good job Paul! All I can say is Paul has a great mentor in you Brian and you both will do some serious damage when you hit the stage. Go get 'em brothers!

Paul-you're looking GREAT! You've both put in so much hard work--just a few short weeks until the stage(s)! Keep up the hard work!

I finally decided to get a bodyspace up, figured I might as well since I am on here ALL the time ha! I thank everyone for the kind comments! It's been a journey that I will use for the rest of my life! Staying positive and getting pretty damn excited to compete in my first show! Count down to Dayton, followed by Bloomington! Thanks again everyone!

Paul did great in his first show. He took 4th in a tough Lightweight Class(6 or 7 total competitors) and 5th in a Novice Class(out of 9 and out-sized by 20 lbs per man). Great job Pauly!

Proud of you buddy!

One more time to shine!

Brian
