I have always been active and have gone to the gym on and off for years, but never consistently. I just started up again weightlifting and would like any tips or pointers for staying motivated (to consistently go to the gym after the first week is up) while I am waiting for results. I am 25 years old, 5'8", 127 lbs. I would like to overall tone up and replace fat with muscle, about 14-15% body fat. Is that a realistic percentage? Any comments would help.

Have you considered looking into your local crossfit? With stats like that you can get ripped in no time. Its fun, hard as hell, and keeps you motivated day after day.
