Good day! My name is Louis Jason Casserino and I am addicted to body building. LOL
I have 16 weeks until my first show where I plan on competing in the novice class so, I can compete in my local 52 weeks from now.
current weight: 210lbs
heigth: 5'6"
bf: 28%
Goal bf: 12%
Diet: scivation cut diet

Work out routine:
Monday: am: Legs, calves, and abs
pm: 30 min session of cardio.
Tuesday: am: Chest, tris
pm: 30 minute session of cardio.
Wen.: Back, bis, and abs
pm: 30 min of cardio
Thur: Shoulders, forearms, calves
pm: 30 min of cardio
Fri: Legs, Abs
Sat.: 30 min of cardio.
Sun: 30 min of cardio.
This workout routine is going to be for four weeks then I will see what i need to improve on and adjust accordingly...
I am still going to lift heavy because I get my best cutting results that way. Like I said I will be adjusting accordingly. I will also post pics once a week on monday starting tonight when i get home.
I am open comments and I will gladly take advice seeing how this is my first show.
