This being my first contest prep i learned somethings. the last 3 weeks or so of my prep i dropped my cals. to 1900 and #'s were 55/130/221. weight was droppin bout 3-4 pounds a week. so the only thing i could see i coud change would be bump carbs up to 200 and that would put me at 2200. does this mean that for my body type my carbs dont have to be necessarily that low? or should i say screw the scale? anyways i've noticed that contest prep is not a easy task by any means. although i couldnt get that low bf which kind of disappoints me i know that i have a considerable amount of mass to put on. maybe next time i can get someone to help my along my cut next time. my first clean bulk officially starts to today so we'll see how things go
