Hello everyone I would like to thank Double-T for putting this contest on. I've never done anything like this before and I am very excited to be logging my experience. I will be starting today as I've already ordered CreaDyl and NO-Beta last week. I will post my starting pictures later today hopefully.
First off here is some information about me, I'm 30 years old 6'1", 215 lbs. and 16% BF. I've been lifting weights consistently for a year now. I know I probably will not win, but I would like to just give this a shot and actually work towards a goal rather than just go into the gym and just lift weights. I chose the bodybuilding contest (don't know why) I guess this will make me work harder. I will also be following some of the others who are doing the contest as well.

Good luck! What's your diet and routine like? How are you going to start the dosages of the CreaDyl and NO Beta?
How my body is I can pretty much eat just about anything, I eat about 6 times a day so my metabolism stays pretty high and my body temp. is always very high for some reason.
My workout looks like this:
Day 1: Incline BB/DB press 3 sets 6-8 reps, BB/DB bench 4 sets 6-8 reps, incline Flyes 4 sets 6-10 reps, close grip bench press, 4 sets 6-8 reps, skullcrushers 3 sets 6-10 reps, and maybe tricep pushdowns 3 sets 10 reps.
Day 2: Squat 4 sets 6-8 reps, Lunges 3 sets 10 reps, Stiff legged deadlift 4 sets 6-8 reps, standing calf raises 3 sets 20 reps, BB side bend 3 sets 10 reps, crunches 3 sets 25 reps.
Day 3: BB military press 3 sets 6-8 reps, upright rows 4 sets 6-8 reps, DB press 4 sets 6-8 reps, BB shrugs 3 sets 10 reps.
Day 4: Deadlift 4 sets 6-8 reps, Bent over BB rows 3 sets 6-8 reps, cable row 4 sets 6-8 reps, BB/Ez-bar curl 4 sets 6-8 reps, Incline bench curl 4 sets 6-8 reps, Preacher curl 3 sets 6-8 reps, decline sit-ups 3 sets 20 reps, hanging leg raises 3 sets to failure.
This is basically what I will be doing, some of the exercises might change due to some equipment being occupied. I might have to substitute a different exercise. I welcome all types of advice, questions, tips, and tricks.

I started the NO-Beta this morning I took 3 and I feel pumped. I will take another 3 NO-Beta right before my workout. I am going to take the CreaDyl in between my lunch and mid day meal and right before my workout at around 4 or a little after 4.

I felt really energized and ready to lift after taking CreaDyl and NO-Beta. I was really focused as well.

Pump was pretty good. After I worked out I needed to go to Wal-mart and get my girlfriend some medicine for her sore throat and when I put my shirt on it was extremely tight and stayed tight for a few hours after that.
I am going to start taking the 1st dose of CreaDyl at about 9:00 AM and the other one during my workout. I got decent sleep but woke up at 3:00 AM and couldn't really go back to sleep until around 5:00 AM. I normally get up about 6:30 to get ready for work. I'm thinking if I do it this way it should wear off more by the time I go to bed. And I need a pick me up early in the morning besides coffee, coffee is like a laxative for me and I rarely drink coffee.

Leg day today. Still feeling like I've got a lot of energy since taking the CreaDyl and NO-Beta this morning. My chest was sore upon waking this morning. But it feels so good.

Day 2 was legs I felt pretty pumped. This time I took my NO-Beta about 30 minutes before the workout and I sipped on CreaDyl the whole workout. Here are the lifts for day 2.
Squat 2 warmups for 135x15, 225x8, 315x8, 365x6
Leg Press 270x8, 360x8, 450x8, 450x6
Barbell Lunges 95x10, 115x10, 135x10
Stiff legged Deadlifts 185x8, 185x6, 205x6
Seated Calf Raise 90x20, 140x20, 140x20
BB side bends 10, 10, 10
Crunches 3 sets of 20
I felt like I could have done more but all in all it was a good workout. Also I'm about to get the required picture shots, I remembered to pickup a news paper. I'll add them to my bodyspace profile.

Leg day! Not one of my favorite days so thats why I do it first on Monday haha. But I do enjoy doing the Dead Lifts. Leg routine looks nice. Just keep focused and you will get it accomplished!

Yeah thats why I try to put legs at the beginning of the week too. I put my Deadlifts with back day. I just started doing deadlifts about a month ago. I've been staying pretty much focused for a year now, in the aspect of working out just about every day. I don't have a partner to lift with so it does get boring, so I have to constantly keep myself motivated.

Today was shoulder day. I took one dose of NO-Beta on the way to work and I tried something a little different with the Creadyl. Instead of using 16 oz. of water I am only using 12 oz. with 1 scoop. I've noticed also that I'm not as sore and the soreness isn't lasting as long since I've been taking NO-Beta and Creadyl.
Here are my numbers for shoulder day:
Military Press Smith Machine 2 warm-up sets of 95x12, 135x8, 145x8, 155x6
Ez-bar upright rows 95x8, 115x8, 125,8, 135x6
Seated DB Press 60x8, 65x8, 70x8, 75x6
Cable side Lateral raise 25x15, 30x12, 30x10
I try to rest no more that 60 seconds between sets in case anyone was wondering. I took my second dose of NO-Beta right before I worked out and I sipped on the Creadyl throughout my workout. I have a lot of energy in the gym and I'm staying focused better as well.

Friday was back and biceps, I felt pretty amped up for todays workout. My dosing of the NO-Beta and Creadyl was 3 NO-Beta's at roughly 8 A.M. and 1 scoop Creadyl with 12 oz. water. Right before my workout at 4 P.M. I took another 3 NO-Beta's and I sipped on my Creadyl (same dosing) throughout my workout. I never felt tired and actually since I've been taking these two supplements I've felt like I have been in a better state of mind so to speak.
Here are the numbers
Deadlift 225x8,275x6, 295x6
Pullups body weight set 1 8 reps, set 2 8 reps, set 3 6 reps, set 4 6 reps
Seated cable row 140x8, 140x8, 160x6, 180x6
close grip BB curls 2 warm-up sets 45x12, 95x8, 105x8, 105x6, 105x6
Incline DB curl 40x8, 40x8, 45x7, 45x6
BB Preacher curl 55x8 65x8, 65x6
decline seat-ups 3 sets x 10 reps
Hanging Leg Raises 3 sets x 20 reps

I didn't really do much this weekend other than my girlfriend and I had our own cardio sessions.
I didn't take any of the NO-Beta or Creadyl over the weekend since I didn't workout. But this morning I took 3 NO-Beta's and 1 scoop of Creadyl and I am feeling so amped up but in a good way, no jitters at all. Can't wait for my workout this afternoon.

I felt ok after taking NO-Beta and Creadyl. I tried something different with the Creadyl I mixed it with 12 oz. of orange gatorade. It tasted to sweet, I think thats why I just felt ok and not the same as usual after taking the Creadyl.

Nice man! I did Shoulders yesterday as well. I love doing shoulders. Maybe throw in some Rear Delt Flyes or if you had a cable station put the cable at about shoulder height and use the rope and pull it towards your chest and Side Raises to hit all the delts.

I've been busy this weekend so I didn't get a chance to post Fridays workout. I didn't get to do any deadlifts or pullups because the stations were in use pretty much my whole workout which sucks.

I felt really good and I was ready for my workout. I like taking the NO-Beta and Creadyl in 2 doses, one in the AM and the other during my workout.

Still a good workout man! Does your gym have a Extension Machine of some sorts? You could substitute that for a lower back movement next time.

BB bench press 225x8, 225x8, 225x6 (worked out by myself and there wasn't anyone else in the room or I would have lifted more) at least I got to work on good form :)

Sorry for not posting this sooner but I have not lifted any this week due to some unforeseen circumstances that arose. I also will not be renewing my gym membership at my current location. I can use the facilities on base for free, and the gym has everything under the sun. It even has an indoor track. I have almost beat this sinus problem I've acquired last week.

Sorry for bailing on this log so early into the contest. All the running around and getting certain information for the mortgage company was very stressful and there were times when I almost gave up on this home. But I stuck it out and got every piece of information they asked for, no matter if they asked for the same information 4 times. I haven't lifted in just over 1 month, I moved all my stuff and my girlfriends stuff all last week and this week into the new house and I've been putting everything up in the evenings when I get home from work. Next week I am going to start working out again as my life is finally getting back to normal.

Here is my workout for Tuesday 7/6/2010. At the gym I am working out at now, they have every piece of workout equipment under the sun. Everything is hammer strength or Nautilus and 2-3 of everything. They even have 3 sets of DB's that go up to 150lbs. This whole week my body has been very sore, I guess thats what I get for taking a month and a half off from working out.

And this concludes my workouts for this week. Next week I'm hopefully going to log my workouts everyday. My whole body is extremely sore and I actually didn't want to go to the gym on the 3rd day but I took my creadyl and no beta right before the workouts and I was good to go after that, actually a few nights I couldn't go to sleep but I solved that problem with some Noproxen and sleep aid.

I certainly did learn my lesson from taking off so long. But, I am usually sore after every workout I do so I'm kinda use to it just wasn't expecting to be that sore. Yeah the gym I'm working out at is a couple blocks from my work, and I work on a military base. I'm going to try my best to work my way up to using those 150's.

My energy levels were really good today, sipped on the creadyl through out and took my NO beta in the morning and right before my workout.

One of my main goals is to get stronger especially my legs. The most weight I've ever squated was back in December when I actually got 405 but that was coming down and touching a bench and coming back up using a smith machine. SLDL's are awesome in my book but my absolute favorite leg exercise is lunges.

After I did my workout I came home mowed the lawn and spread grass seed on the brown spots, all this was done in the wonderful Louisiana heat. I couldn't have done it without my NO -BETA or CREADYL flowing through my blood.

Yes, today was national bench press day. Luckily I got to the gym a little early and beat the rush. By the end of my chest routine I just had to do decline which the rest of the benches were all in use except decline. You don't see a whole lot of people doing decline for some reason.
BB bench press - 225x8, 225x6, 235x6, 235x6, Negative reps 135x10, Partials 135x10, 10
Incline DB press - 50x8, 60x8, 70x6
Decline Bench - 135x10, 185x8, 185x6
Lying Tricep ext.- 65x10, 65x8, 85x6

Had a really good workout today, I felt pretty strong, no aches or pains what so ever. Tomorrow is legs which I'm pretty pumped about.

I like doing machine weights but man I can't lift as much with free weights, but that's ok its not about how much you can lift. Machine weights are very deceptive since they have some type of pulley system involved. All in all it was a good workout though. When I took my serving of NO BETA (3) I felt really good. I love the taste of Creadyl that I drink during every workout. I tried to take some Anabolic Halo and after two sips I almost vomited in my truck, that stuff tasted awful.

I'm going to start incorporating so hyper extensions next week. I work in a pretty laid back environment and a few other people on occasion have slept at work before, it's mainly during our down time so it was no big deal.

I worked out legs I changed up the routine some.
Iso lateral leg extensions - 45x12, 70x10, 70x10
Front Squat - 115x12, 135x12, 155x10
Uni Lateral leg press - 90x12, 90x12, 135x10: I didn't really get a good feel for this exercise I will stick with the 1 legged leg presses.
Wide-stance deep smith machine squats - 135x12, 185x12, 205x12
SLDL - 135x12, 155x10, 175x10
Iso lateral Kneeling leg curl - 35x12, 45x12, 55x9
Standing calf raises - 200x20, 200x20, 200x15
Donkey calf raises - 140x20, 200x15, 200x15
Calves were supersets.

First off here is some information about me, I'm 30 years old 6'1", 215 lbs. and 16% BF. I've been lifting weights consistently for a year now. I know I probably will not win, but I would like to just give this a shot and actually work towards a goal rather than just go into the gym and just lift weights. I chose the bodybuilding contest (don't know why) I guess this will make me work harder. I will also be following some of the others who are doing the contest as well.

I forgot to bring my shorts today so I had to go home first then head back to the gym, I usually pack everything the night before but I was mistaken.
Overhead DB presses - 50x12, 60x11, 65x10

DB front raises - 20x12, 25x12, 30x10
I was really pressed for time today so I did everything in under 45 minutes, no breaks I was constantly moving and picking up weights. And for that I'd like to thank NO BETA and Creadyl for my energy and strength gains. My energy level has been through the roof ever since I started taking the Double T supplements.

I tried the 6 yesterday and today I think I will be taking 6 right before my workouts from now on. Monday 7/2/10 I worked out Legs.
Monday's circuit:
Iso Leg ext. - 55x12, 60x10, 75x10, 80x10
1-legged leg press - 90x12, 140,12, 160x10 could have done more but wanted to save some for the rest of the workout.
Front squat smith machine - 135x12, 155x10, 175x8
Smith Machine Lunges - 95x12, 115x10, 115x10
Donkey calve raises - 300x20 for 4 sets
standing calf raises - 260x20 for 3 sets
Tuesday 8/3/10 Chest
I only did chest today I will do back later in the week.
Bench press - 185x12, 205x10, 225x10
Incline DB Press - 70x12, 70x10, 70x10
Incline DB flye - 40x12, 45x10, 50x10
I finished it off with cable crossovers high pulley for 3 sets to failure then 3 sets to failure of low pulley crossovers.
I can tell the difference when taking 6 NO BETA about 20 minutes before my workout, the feeling is awesome.
