I just joined the 2010 Double T Transformation Contest. My 16 weeks began on April 19,2010. I just got my supplements today so I am about to take some NO Beta and Creadyl and go to the gym.

I am currently 235 pounds and around 27% bodyfat I just had it tested at the gym.

My goal is to lose atleast 20 pounds.

Thanks for the support guys! Hey I do have one huge question. I dont have a clue when it comes to diet. I dont know how you guys know what to eat and when to eat it it just blows my mind. Can you guys help me out at all in this arena?

There's a whole forum on this site dedicated to nutrition, go check out the stickies on there. Also, make sure to log your foods on a site like www.livestrong.com or www.fitday.com to keep track of your calories. Try to keep your carbs/protein/fat ratio around 40/30/30 to start.

I just got back from the gym and I feel great! The Creadyl tastes really good I was actually surprised its very smooth and delicious! I dont know if I felt anything from the NO Beta, but we will see how my body reacts to it as time passes.

Okay I am going to test that out I checked the site before I went to the gym but I didnt really get to explore. I used to do cottage cheese, chocolate protein, peanut butter and honey before bed and it tastes really good so I think I will do that again. Thanks.

Look into glutacene, great bcaa product and helps keep doms way down. The bcaa's will help you retain the muscle on your cut

Nice looking workouts! Veins are good!!!! Taking 6 NO Beta's is a crazy sensation if its your first dose I think. I did that and I was all heated and red. Pump in my arms were intense though!

Besides seeing the veins I felt like my skin was on fire but it felt good though and my legs felt great I could have lifted all night.

I didnt do as well in the deadlift today because I did Romanian Deadlifts the day before so I have to rearrange my lifting days. My hamstrings are still screaming I can barely bend over I may need to try Glutacene. Ater taking the six NO Beta and drinking the Creadyl today with every lift it felt as though electricity was flowing through my body but I couldnt get the workout I intended because I have alot on my mind at the moment.

Good luck on the contest!

How are your meals looking? Do you have a calorie range that you're shooting for? If you need more help on your diet list what you eat on a typical day and then we can help you out if and where necessary.

To be honest with you at the current moment my living arrangement doesnt exactly allow me to eat the way I should. I am currently doing the typical American thing with three meals a day. Hopefully soon I will be able to change that.

Pretty good workout there man. Def get the glutacene it will help you out a lot. You won't regret it. Plus all the flavors taste great! Can't go wrong.

I had to switch my routine because I cant go to the gym as much anymore.

Today I took six NO Beta and one scoop of Creadyl. I felt good and motivated but the gym I currently go to doesnt have much equipment and its overcrowded so its hard to get a good workout in.

I think I am going to try to post some progress pics although I cant say I have had a whole lot of success with my inconsistent schedule.

Sorry everyone for not posting lately but there has been a lot going on for me. I am still attempting to do the contest. I did have a couple of breaks to take care of some business. I feel like conventional bodybuilding methods have not been working for me lately so I am going unconventional. Basically I have stopped pumping iron and I am using bands. The bands are working nicely I think but I need to add some type of cardio. The bands have weird weight quantities and I don't think that I could accurately measure what I am lifting. So its not about weight right now its about quality reps and that's it.

Dont stress bro things pop up from time to time and what matters is we dont give up but make it work no matter what. I have used my bands for many a workout and they are a great tool, it will be interesting to see a band transformation.

Meal 3 4oz steak, 5oz green beans, 1/2 grapefruit, 4 almonds
Meal 4 Small chicken breast grilled, 6 almonds, 1/2 cup almond milk
Meal 5 4 pieces Salmon sushi
Meal 6 8oz grilled chicken breast, broccoli

At your size and with your workouts you probably need about 2800 calories a day to loose 1.5-2 lbs a week healthy. If you try to keep at this pace you will never make it through the full 16 weeks at this level.

Even if i fell full all day? I dont feel like im starving I feel good. I sometimes dont want to eat, I feel like its too much food.

While I do agree with Ken and Steve about your low amount of cals, ultimately it boils down to you knowing your body and being satisfied with your progress. The biggest concern for me is your protein in-take. Make sure you are getting enough to fuel your muscles for workouts, and prevent catabolism from occurring.

If you are only eating as much as you posted, then make sure you utilize a good BCAA supplement like Glutacene to protect your hard-earned muscle.

Nice workout! How did the supplements impact your workout? What are the plans for this week?

the same as every week.....try and take over the world...i basically am going to try to do some liss everyday this week for 15-30 minutes. stick to my diet, i know it may not have alot of calories but i am satisfied. its only a few weeks so we will see how it works out. any tips? as soon as i get some money im going to get some glutacene.

Thoughts:
I felt really energized today after taking my NoBeta. I felt the burn. I think the Creadyl is increasing my endurance in regards to my lifts.

thanks! sometimes when i look at my log i think i should be doing more but at the same time i am doing a full body workout everyday so i really can do too much. i think this workout and the diet is actually working but i want to give it some more time before i gauge my progress. thanks for the support beast!

Today I felt good! I took my supplements and I was ready to rock, then the power went off...well I dont need electricity I have TO Bands! I felt extremely energized and tingly I think this is the feeling Peter Parker gets he must be using NO Beta! The Creadyl is doing its job also I can lift alot more I know its true because I have a condition that supposedly makes me weaker than most people.

Glad to see the supplements didn't let you down even though the power did! Haha. I've worked out in the dark before too. It is a very strange feeling to not see the weights, but to feel them! I liked it actually! I had to visualize each lift.

I felt energized and ready to work today. For some reason I didnt feel the NO Beta until towards the end of the workout today, that was the first time that happened. So now my workout is complete and I am all tingly. I can still feel as I am getting stronger except I have some restrictions because of my joints but I do the best I can.

Usually the NO Beta kicks in within the first ten to fifteen minutes but I waited atleast thirty minutes today before I really felt anything, then out of nowhere around the end of my workout it really turned on. This is the first time this has happened.....

I usually get the tingles/flushing from Creadyl, not NO-Beta. When did you drink your Creadyl?

I drink the Creadyl during my workout. I could be wrong but I am quite sure the NO Beta is what sets me on fire and the Creadyl makes me lift more.

I make my own everything basically. The only thing I dont make from scratch is probably spaghetti sauce but one day I will. For the steak quesadilla I chop a little onion and mushrooms sprinkle the steak with some sea salt and pepper cook it all together with some garlic. I toast a tortilla on the griddle and add the aforementioned ingredients and walla....yummy.

Once you get your foundation down and your muscles get used to weightlifting, the amount of weight you'll be lifting will skyrocket. Just add a little weight to all your exercises each week without sacrificing form and you'll find that your motivation will rise as well. And you will be able to do more weight than you think starting out.
