New workout started for the challenge.
Day one:
Squats 4x8
Leg Press 4x8
Deadlift 4x8
Leg Curls 4x8
Standing calf raise 4x15
Seated Calf Raise 4x15
Row 4x8
Lat Pulldown 4x8
EZ Bar Curls 4x8
Hamer Curls 4x8
Heavy weights. Rest no more than 20 seconds. High intensity.
Completly different than my normal routine of one bodypart per week. Actually enjoyed it. Tomorrow is a off day for weights. Cardio only. AWESOME!! DEW WERK!

I'm starting my cardio off splitting up my time with running/jogging around my fat burning heart rate around 130-135. I'll do this for around 15-20 minutes then I will do the elliptical for around 10-15 minutes. I'll finish off this week with the same routine.
I'll be switching to H.I.T cardio next week. Check out this site for "Cardio Complex". Gonna be tough.... Gotta keep doin WERK!!

I have to say.....the first full day using the NO & Keto felt good. The pump I felt was AWESOME! Lets see how the TestX6 goes tonight.
I would like to know why it recommends to take the NO before a meal and before a workout? I understand before the w/o, but in the morning as well??

Its not mandatory to take it in the morning, most users of no-beta that i have noticed only take it pre-workout on a empty stomach. Some people like to take it in the morning because of the BA. Its up to you though bro, but 6 tabs pre workout is awesomee ouuuuu i love the pump!!!
Also have you looked into creadyl ? From self experiences i found taking creadyl/nobeta together pre-workout is AMAZINGGGG!
SUBBED THOUGH, very interested to see how ketocuts are going to work for you.

The morning dose could be for energy or for people who just want to split the dose 3 and 3, but most do just pre-workout
That cardio routine looks intense, good luck with that! I might steal that for a couple days haha

Its like Dabbe said, not mandatory. The Niacin and Beta Alanine can irritate some people if they dose too much in a short period of time, so some people split it up. I personally take all 6 pre-work out, I'm used to the flush/BA tingles. And I second Dabbe's suggestion, I think if you got Creadyl, you'd have one KILLER stack.

Obivously, with this new fast pace/Heavy routine Im quickly finding out that I cant go as heavy as if I were resting 45-60 seconds compared to 15-20. Tell you what though, its the sorest(is this a word!?!?) I felt in months. So, I LIKE IT!!!

Day 4.......
My office provided dinner because Memphis in May starts Friday. So that screwed up my routine. So I ate first, waited, then went to do my cardio.
Somewhat sluggish, but the NO Beta helped me through it.
16 mintues of HIIT on the Eliptical machine
5 minutes of fast paced rowing
Short and sweet, but I was sweating like a whore in church!!

Np, anytime man. I would consider it if I were you, I actually always use creatine on a cut, it helps you keep more LBM and it won't bloat you if your diet is in check (cut or bulk). Good job with the HIIT today.

Weekend wrap up.....
So (04/30)Friday's training went as followed:
Squats 4x8
Leg Press 4x8
Deadlift 4x8
Leg Curls 4x8
Standing calf raise 4x15
Seated Calf Raise 4x15

EZ Bar Curls 4x8
Hammer Curls 4x8
Really fast pace today as I had a "date" with my wife. So it was an intense w/o.
Saturday - Off day. Really bad storms in Memphis. Tornado warnings practially all day long.
Sunday - HIT Training on Eliptical Machine. Roughly 12 minutes worth.
Also:
Bench (Cable Machine) 4x8. 42lbs for the first two sets. 50lbs for the last two.
Incline DB Bench 4x8. 55lbs for the first three. 60lbs on the last.
Military Press (Hammer Strength) 4x8. 70lbs(per arm) on all four sets.
DB Lateral raises 4x8. 22lbs for the first two. 25 lbs on the last two.
Tricep pushdown(machine) 4x8. 170lbs on the fist two. 180 on the last.
Rope pushdown 4x8. 35lbs on all.
The NO-Beta & Keto cuts really helped me along this w/o. I was not looking forward to working out on a Sunday afternoon, but after I was done, I felt really good.
Monday will be Cardio only.
Oh yeah...I started my Keto diet today and so far im exhausted. First few days are always the worst!!

Cardio today..
25 minutes of low intensity eliptical. 5 minutes of walking on treadmill to cool down. 1st day of Keto wasnt too bad. Need to make sure to keep my carbs lower. I believe I was around 35-45.

Im a little concerned right now.....Im having an allergic reaction to something as we speak. I believe it may be the KetoCuts, but not sure. Here are my steps this morning.
Once I finally got ready to go to work, I started my normal breakfast of Eggs, Bacon & slice of 2% cheese. While cooking these, I took my two capsules of KetoCuts, one Omega 3 pill, and one CQ-10. Finished cooking my food, and packed up the car to leave. While I was eating my breakfast(in a cup) I started feeling extra tingly than normal, then start feeling warm. My mouth was soo tingly that it concerned me. I got to work and noticed that my forearms, neck, face, chest were red & had what look like whelps or some major hot flashes. Its not been around an hour since this started and I think its got about 10% better. I'm not sure what happened bacause Ive been on KetoCuts for around a week now and I didnt do anything unusal. Now, I will point out that its the start of my second day of the Keto diet, but I dont see where that would cause this.
Any suggestions?

The bottle was new and I was the one that opened it. So , I think this was some kind of goof at the factory, but I dont want to speculate. I decided to keep the bottle discard that pill. The next day I took just one ketocuts and I was fine. This morning I tool the first full does(2) and no bad reactions. I believe there may have been two of those strange pills in that bottle & I took one of them. None the less, i decided not to request a new bottle or anything of that sort. NO & Keto worked well today.

Wife & kids were out of town so that was good.
5/7 - Off day. Started the high carb cycle part of the Keto diet. Must say it was very nice!!.
5/8 - Very busy day. Rotated my tires on the car, steam cleaned the carpets in my house. Then worked out that evening. Really nice when no one was in the gym to get in your way. Here was the split.
Squat - 8x135 (4 sets). Once again, 20 second reset between sets.
Leg Ext - 8x150 (4 sets).
Deadlift - 8x135 ( 4 sets).
Leg Curls - 8x100 ( 4 sets).
Standing Calf raises - 15x90 (3 sets).
Seated one arm rows - 8x90 (4 sets).
Lat Pull Down - 8x80, 8x90, 8x100, 8x110
Standing Hammer Curl - 8x30, 8x30, 8x35, 8x35
Standing Machine(Pulley) Curls - 8x40, 8x45, 8x50, 8x50.
Pretty intense w/o. With all of the running around I did today, no cardio.
5/9 - Happy Mothers Day to all!! No w/o. Continue to clean house before the wife and kids came home.
Should be weighing in today or tomorrow. Need to post updated pics. Not sure if my numbers will be that drastic, but I feel thinner than I think I look.

Actually, Im on Vacation with my wife in St Louis for our 10 yr anniversary. We are staying in a Bed & Breakfast so Im limited with working out. I have done some pushups, etc. We are getting tone of cardio as we are walking just about everywhere!!
Its a good break for my body. When I get back I will be starting my new Double-T supps that just came in. Really stoked!!!

This is how I would dose it: 1-1.5 scoop of CreaDyl an hour before the workout, 2-3 scoops of Glutacene intra workout (try 2, see if it helps, and if it doesn't help with DOMs, try 3 and so forth, until its suitable to your needs).
Ketocuts can be taken several times during the day, so see how much you want to use daily. If you're not too stim sensitive, you can take one serving in the morning and one pre work out for energy boost, and if you're stim sensitive, just take one serving at any time of the day you want an energy boost. Just make sure its not within say 5 hours of bed so you're not affecting your sleep. NO Beta is usually 6 pills pre work out, say 10 mins before (I take it an hour or 30 mins before), but if 6 is too much, try less. Some people when they take 6 get Niacin flush or don't like the BA tingles but I personally take more than 6 with no problem.
Now for Betacene, you don't have to necessarily use it on days that you take CreaDyl. Some people do (I personally do 1 scoop a day), but if you don't want to, a good idea is to take it on off days, and save CreaDyl for the workout days. Efficient way of managing your resources! Now on the topic of off days, I'd say 2 scoops Glutacene any time (but you don't have to, it'd be the same as just supplementing BCAAs here so you can just save it for workouts), 1 scoop Betacene (since no Creadyl), 6 NO Beta (if you can't handle 6, you can take them spread out during the day, so say 3 in the morning, 3 later), and take the Ketocuts like I mentioned before, whenever you need a boost.
Now, you always want to make sure to assess your own tolerance for everything, its not set in stone. So if you're not liking whats happening ie Niacin flush, reduce, or if you want more results, take more. 2 way street here! Always better however to try too little than too much, so if it not enough, you can bump up rather than having to suffer from too much. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

Start FST-7 w/o plan for major stimulation. I've tried this once before, but I wasnt on any supplementation at that time. I believe the combination of this w/o with the Double-T supps will be awesome.

Neutral Grip Chin Ups ( I hate these because I'm sooo weak) 3 sets x 6 reps.
Wide Grip Pull Down - 12x90, 10x100, 8x110
Barbell Row - 12x135, 10x145, 8x155
Hammer Strength Row - 12x70, 10x90, 8x100 (each side)
Dumbell Pullover - 15x40, 12x45, 12x45, 10x50, 10x50, 8x55, 8x65
I felt sooo good after this w/o. Pump was there and I was sooo sore(A good sore) after the pullovers. Sweat was pouring from my body and I was just amazed.
My supplement regiment is what my friend Synapsin suggested. See below:
KetoCuts - two caps first thing in the morning.
CreaDyl - 1.5 scoops 30min to 1hr before my w/o. I will tell you that the taste of the Lemon Lime CreaDyl is...just not that good. I want to try the other flavor. Maybe I can get a sample pack from somewhere???
NOBeta - 6 pre w/o, 10 minutes before.
Glutacene - 2 scoops intraworkout. Enjoy the Niacin flush during... Orange flavor is drinkable.

Shoulders today. I left my elbow brace at home today. That was a little damper to my w/o as I couldnt lift as much weight as I wanted to.

Overall very good w/o despite my limitations.

Very good w/o today. Hit some good marks with my DB Chest press. Pec Dec was fun too. Supps helped out tremendously!!
I have to say that im not losing BF like I hoped. I fill like that Im actually bulking up. Which is actually not a bad thing, just the opposite of what I wanted. Dont believe its the workouts..Actually, I know its not my w/o. My diet has to change. Keto never really worked this time around or maybe I wasnt getting enough protein? If anyone has any suggestions feel free to PM me.

Very strong today. I always wonder how much I could do with a training partner. With my bad elbow, its hard to push it with Chest & Shoulders as I think I can. Still looking for that trainer partner though.

Reverse Pec Dec - This is where I completly lost my mind. Left my training journal at home and some reason did this as my 7's ( EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FOR REAR DELTS!!!). Didnt realize until the next morning preparing for my delt w/o that I did this. So here it is.

6/11 - Delts. By far this was the best workout of the week. Even though it was a Friday.

Front Raise - 12x35lb plate, 10x45lb plate (inside grip), 8x45lb plate(outside grip)
DB Lateral raise - 12x20, 10x25, 8x30

Supps worked well today as I felt as strong as ever. Cant wait until Monday for ARMS!!
