I've finished the 10 wk. Double T Sports Body Transformation and came out a winner, to myself at least. It was a great journey and the contest kept going to the next level of fitness. Now, the journey begins again. The big plan is to lose 20-25 lbs. during the contest and get into fantasic shape. Please stop by bodyspace from time to time to see my progress. Any encouragement is excepted and appreciated.

I failed to mentioned the journey happens to be the 2010 Women’s KetoCuts™ Transformation Challenge. I will using Ketocuts and NoBeta during this 16 wk. contest.
I'm waiting for the free starter kit bottle of Ketocuts and then I will have to download starting date photos. Currently taking NoBeta alone. Which, by the way has enabled me to leg press 200 lbs. and I pushed it to 170 lbs. on the bar bell squats. Usually, people just look and don't say anything. Tranformation has been an been interesting ride. Let's is has many fasets to it. So now I have to pull out a better set of blinders to help me focus on the goal and block out all the hurdles. Sometimes I feel like a boxer hyping myself up before going into the ring. Think about it before he/or she steps in, they are totally focused on what they have to do. I have been on this journey of getting my body back for 9 months now and have lost 50 lbs. My eatting habits have changed so much it's natural to eat right.
I still have a problem with craving sweet stuff and know it will always be there. I sometimes wish there was a rehab for sweets.

Worked on 30 mins. of cardio only. Varied intensity from high to low (ex. 3 mins. warm up then 1 min. high, and then 30-45 sec. low). My intensity became so high it was hurting my stomach. Afterward a nice stretch as usual.

Today was a bit different. I tried out another gym, Gold's Gym. I was very impressed. They offer a wider range of machines and free weight area. The other plus I had the opportunity to workout with My brother and nephews. We worked with free weight and machines for the chest and shoulders. I could tell my brother was very happy I was there. It was the first I had ever worked out with him. He was the on who inspired me to getting on track to losing weight and working out. He lost 80 lbs. last year and I called him my weight loss hero. Check out his photo on my gallery.

If you have time, will you list your typical workout session and supplementation schedule?

I'm now using Ketocuts and NoBeata, can't wait to see what happens. Yesterday, was a good gym day. I had the opporturnity to inspire and instruct a friend to start using free weights and cables. Does sound like much but, this is someone who was too intimidated to try it own her own. I don't want people to be jealous of what I am doing. I'd rather give them encouragement to do it themselves. I tell them the first thing is that they have to beleive they can do it. If you can change your mind, you can change your body. They ask me how did I lose 50 lbs. I say, I decided to first, then became active, and cleaned up my diet.

I can't say that I have a typical workout session. I'm not a body builder but, would love to look like one. Some days I start out on the eliptical for 30 mins. Somedays 5-10 mins just to warm up. Then I go into my stretching routine. Normally, I will work my arms and chest on one day, then legs another, and then abs another. I just started to referrence a book called Abs Diet something or other for a workouts and diet. I will say I always challenge myself either lifing more weight or do more reps. Some days I work out for an hour, others 2-3 hrs. Most of my workouts consist of freeweights and cable weights.

As far as my supplements
I take a multi vitamin, calcium, iron, B-12, D-3,C, Omega-3's,and magnesium daily. I recently picked up a bottle L-Glutamine, and of coarse now taking Ketocuts twice a day and NoBeata before my workout.

My diet consist of Water, water, water
protein drinks, steak, salomn, chicken breast, rice, fiberous vegs, almonds, walnuts, salads, tuna, and peanut butter. I grill and steam most of what I eat excluding fruits and vegs.

Are you doing 2 pills of ketocuts at a time, or starting off with just 1? And how's that going?

Yesterday was feeling a little burned out but, went to the gym anyway. I was dragging my feet a little. Then a couple of regulars at the gym told me I looked like a body builder. Well, needless to say that built me up. I really started getting into using dumbells and push ups and noticed how pumped my arms looked. I am now taking 6 NoBeata before my workouts and I'm noticing the difference. As far as the Ketocuts my doseage is 2 in the am and 1 in the evening.

Today, I just worked some cardio for 30 mins. and stretched afterward. It felt good to not be at the gym for a long period of time.

I had a bad reaction to the Ketocuts today. My skin became inflamed. I felt it in my face and then every where after about 10 mins. of taking it. I took it this morning on an empty stomach. I had broke out in red blouches and it lasted about 20-30 mins. This product never did that before. The things is, is that I'm not sure if I had used it on an empty stomach. Now I have broken out like this before when I was combining Credyl and NoBeata.
No, I did even use either of those day. Matter of fact I took a break from the gym and bike riding. The weather was great and a good bike ride always lifts my spirit. I will continue to Ketocuts unless the effects get worse.

I had gone to the tanning beds the day before and burn my face very slightly. Anyone have glue about this?

It happens to me every time I take it, it's just the Niacin flush. It goes away, don't worry about it.

a few others have had the same...for most it seems to be temporary and goes away after using it for awhile

also if you usually take with food and dont see that reaction, just take in a small amount of something with it for now to help

Well, I got off track a little with my diet but, haven't missed my workouts.

Anyway, I read the post about posting something about the Double-T products in our logs.
Honestly, I don't think I enough to say about it. The products are fine and do a great job but, I am not that great of a word smither. As far as a my workouts their not as text book or menu like other people. I workout very often, my family has finally excepted I eat healthy or different than they do. I take vitamins, suppliments, and protein shakes. I use free weights and cables, mostly. No matter what I am always make my workouts challenging or I go home. Meaning if my body is telling I'm over doing it or need rest than that is what I do. I know my body is making small changes all the time. I love the transformation contest. They have helped me change my life and focus on my health. I love that I can do things I couldn't before. I feel like I have drank from the fountain of youth. I look about 10 years younger too. Thanks to Double-T I found myself again. I just don't know if I can keep up writing the necessary info needed for the log.

Loving Gold's gym. Noticing the niacin burn not burning so much from the Ketocuts. I guess my body is getting used to it. Using the NoBeta before working out with the free weights and/or cables. I go as hard as I can with the workout. I love the feeling the pump that NoBeta gives. I get a lot of attention but, people kind of stair at me. Sometimes I don't know what to think of it.

Anyway I started something new for a warm up - a jump rope. I figure boxers use them so there must be a lot of benefits. I know one thing it was kicking my ass.

Yesterday I worked on my arms, chest, and abs. They were pretty sore this morning but, not so much now.

On the last few pages the top ten are being announced from last year's competition. It was run a little differently with men and women competing in the same section. But it's still cool to see what's going on.

Happy Thursday Frederita!!! :)

How's the progress going with the jump rope?

Well using the jump rope is like a work in progress project. The more you do it the better you get. I can only do like 5 or 10 mins. worth. It kicks my ass. In better shape now than a long time but, I still have a lot of limitations especially with that jump rope. I know all this working out and getting into shape has really benefited me. Here the reward I'm talking about. This past weekend I went to a water park with the teenagers and guess what. I was able to keep up with them with no problem. I mean we were running from one thing to another, it was great. Talk about a fountain of youth, no pun intended. I feel like I have erased like 10 years by getting back into shape. Not only energy but, my face looks more youthfully and I dare say prettier. I probably shouldn't say this but, I may more men and sometime women too look at me now then ever. Wierd to say I guess but, I will be 45 years old next month and people tell me I look like my daughters sister. Anyway the transformation is awesome feeling. I have now lost 57 lbs. since last July, scares me to think I could gain the weight back If don't stay on this way of life. My son graduates next week and the X husband can just grid his teeth when he see me, it's just another bonus,

I looked all over the house for my jumprope yesterday, thanks to you. :D Finally, when I couldn't find it anywhere, I asked my son if he'd seen it. He said he'd used it to make an "invention" but it got so knotted up, that he just threw the whole "invention" away.

BTW, an invention is really nothing more than a bunch of stuff tied together. :p
