Nice! Good Luck man!
What does your diet and supp dosage look like?
When it comes to diet I am eating a lot of oatmeal (rolled oats), sweet potato and russet potatoes for carbs. For protein I am using whey protein, chicken, eggs and basically any meat that I can get my hands on over the course of the day. I might add that I try to eat 6 -8 meals daily although this is sometimes hard.
Right now I am only taking Creadyl and NO Beta. I take 2 * 1 scoop servings of Creadyl at the moment, and my servings of NO Beta are 3 tablets. I will be increasing my dosages as I progress.

Sorry for the lack of detail on my first log... let me try that again!!
My name is Nathan. I am 6'2, 165lbs. In March, 2009 I got salmonella poising and my weight dropped from roughly 160lbs. down to just over 140 in 2 weeks. Upon recovering I became obsessive about working out and I manage to back on 30lbs. in about 2 months (thats averaging nearly half a pound a day). When I went to the gym they checked my body fat - 11.2%. Not bad for a guy who hadn't done any cardio in months. However, I plateaued at 175 pounds before I took up cycling and dropped 20 of my hard earned pounds.
In late 2009 I determined to make fitness my lifestyle. I wanted to become a firefighter and I felt that if I were to be the best I could be I would have to get a bit stronger. I planned and planned, reading bodybuilding encyclopedias, magazines, watching videos and when 2010 came around I began training again with a new intensity - but I plateaued again.
This time I hit 172 and my body decided that was enough so I backed off and began reading again. There was not room for giving up. My weight slowly crept down but my determination remained. I had to put aside my belief that I knew a lot... that I had it all figured out. If I was going to succeed and help others do the same I would have to put my pride aside and listen.
When I was invited to compete in the Double-T Transformation competition I was unsure but when I realized that most of the people competing were just as inexperienced as me I figured - why not? I could use a little push anyways.
Now you're getting tired of reading about me. So what do I plan on accomplishing? Well - I would like to gain 30 pounds so I can be a big middle weight but I'll have to see where my training takes me. I've been working hard this year but now I plan on training smarter too. I'm going to give you all a fight to remember and I trust you will do the same!

It's not bad. Orange is actually the flavor I am using right now. Yes, the NO Beta gives me a good pump. I didn't notice it much during my first workout but after doing some cardio today all my veins were sticking out on my arms. I felt great!

My first workout was actually yesterday (my second day in) and it was amazing. I didn't feel a super pump or anything like that but boy did the time fly by!! I was trying to work on my weak points which can sometimes be a pain, after all they are weak points. My workout started off intense and it ended the exact same way as I blasted my quads with rep after rep of leg extensions.
From the start I felt excited. After all, this is my first competition and I feel like I have so much potential for growth - especially after looking at my pictures and seeing what aspects of my physique need work. I had a spotter which allowed me to go all out on my chest workouts and it also gave me some competition when it came time to blast my quads.
Creadyl and NO Beta definitely helped me push some extra weight and reps. From incline presses to reverse flyes I found my numbers rising and here is the real kicker - I never got too tired. I stopped because I was running out of workout and getting hungry.
I'm going to have to rate the products I took simultaneously since I took them at the same time.

I might add that my quads need a ton of work but I was surprised to see a couple veins poking out. Vascularity was better than usual and from what I've seen it's only getting better.

I think I'm going to change up my workout routine to become more efficient. Right now I'm doing compound movements once a week and free-styling the rest of the week in order to isolate muscles as needed. Next I will try some sort of split so I can really hammer each muscle group.

Workout 1:
My last 3 workouts have been a real learning experience for me. On April the 24th I did a "compounds day" in order to add as much mass to my frame as possible. I did chins, Incline pressing (because my upper chest needs work), Deadlifts, Barbell Curls, Barbell Rows, then finished off with a 25 rep set of squats.
I added an extra set or a few extra pounds where possible and my energy levels flopped near the end. I still finished and did every rep with strict form and intensity. I suppose doing an hour, 20 minutes of compound movements after a long day of work will deplete your energy levels.
I have always noted that creatine has an astounding effect on me - but this workout something new happened. Not only did my numbers in general increase but my incline bench press exploded with increases on weight, reps and the number of sets.
So how did the products do? When I thought about it, my NO Beta and Creadyl gave me the kick I needed to get started. Sure my energy dropped near the end but I had a long workout after a long day.

Workout 2:
I'm not going to lie, I don't remember much about the second workout. It was on Sunday, April 25th. I free-styled it (attacked whichever part of my legs I felt needed work). I remember it was a little over 2 hours and that I did leg extensions (yes, leg extensions) until I puked. It was one of the most intense workouts of my life and I was too focused on working out to log anything. In fact my workout was a little too good, I crashed that night and I found myself sitting in the corner of my kitchen wondering if I could get back up. Great workout, thank you Double-T!!!

My most recent workout so far was on Monday, April 26th. I decided to do organized weak point training. I did reverse flyes, side laterals, incline flyes, hanging leg raises, v-ups, side planks, planks, stomach vacuums, tricep kickbacks and dips. For most workouts I did 4 sets with reps ranging from 8 to 15.
The workout was great. I was well rested despite working out on Sunday as I didn't have to go to work on Sunday or Monday. I went into the workout feeling like a monster and I finished with a massive pump (thank you NO Beta). The planks were torture so I kept reminding myself that my body was like a precious metal passing through fire to be purified and in the end it would be worth it. I am a firm believer in mental strength being the key to succeeding.
The more I work my weak points it seems the more I enjoy working them. In the past I have avoided kickbacks because they felt ineffective to me but now I am finding I am improving my form and my triceps are loving it.
My Double-T products performed beautifully, creating a monster out of a mouse. While my numbers were not impressive (give me a break, I am working my weak points) my energy levels were great and I finished my workout strong and with swollen guns.

May 1 was a compound movements day for the purpose of building muscle mass. The workout included barbell rows, incline bench pressing, deadlifts, chin ups, barbell curls, bench dips (as triceps are a weak point) and squats.
The workout went well with many numbers increasing and a few remaining the same.
There was improvement on barbell rows, squats, bench dips and chin ups.

On May 2, 2010 I worked my shoulders and arms, experiencing possible the best pump of my life - so far. My goal was to destroy my arms and it worked - especially for my biceps.
I started my workout aggressively, with alternating dumbell curls for the first time in months. From the start my arms exploded and they remained inflated until the end.
The workout began with a half pyramid with decreased weight every set. I wanted to lift as much weight as possible to maximize my pump. I would alternate between biceps, triceps and shoulders with each set in hopes of attacking each set with the greatest aggression possible. The creatine kept me high-energy and allowed me to lift more weight than I have in the past and the NO Beta helped to deliver the ultimate pump.
