ABOUT THE LOG:
I plan on offering as unbiased of an opinion as possible for the duration of this sample. I am currently on no other pre-workout supplements (excluding caffeine) as to make sure any of the effects I do encounter will be from this product and this product alone.
During the duration of this log I will make sure to cover all of the following topics as in depth as I am capable of;
-Taste
-Mix ability
-Pump
-Energy
-Focus
-Recovery
-Endurance
-Over All impact on my workouts and results
NUTRITION:
I'm currently at or just under maintenence on most days. I eat fairly clean and take my nutrition seriously. I've experiemented with about every diet that's ever been around but find sensible eating to work the best. I generally eat more carbs in the Mornings before I workout and more protein afterwards. Current intake 2000-2500 cals daily
TRAINING:
I'm doing a modified 531 strength routine currently and through the duration of this log. Basically I will be lifting 4 days a week (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Standing Shoulder Press + accessory lifts) and then I take 3 days off. This seems odd for some but i find my body recovers much better with the longer layovers and it's convenient to workout before work (4 day work weeks)
I will be posting some photos of the product when I mix it up so everyone can see the color and how well it mixes etc. Plus some starting pics and stats as soon as I receive the product.
I'm hoping to get my tub by tomorrow but if it's not here by then I imagine it will be here by Thursday. I will be updating this as often as I have access on my lifting days. I hope to get some followers because I'm very excited about this log (It's my first so wish me luck.) When I do get my tub I will be doing an In-Depth initial review so please check back soon everyone.

I figured I'd go ahead and post my beginning lifting stats for my four major lifts since I maxed out this week on all of them (except standing shoulder press which is tomorrow, but I'll edit that and get it in here)
SQUAT: 320 pounds x 1 (Only 5 pounds off my best mark ever but I'm also 40 pounds lighter than I was when I got 325 pounds and I'm at the beginning of a strength routine instead of at the end of it. So I'm looking to shatter this number by the end of my 16 week strength routine)
BENCH: 240 pounds x 1 (This is 25 pounds off my best mark but I've completely started over on bench in the last 3 weeks and changed my form to a much narrower grip to catch my triceps up in strength with my chest so this was expected)
DEADLIFT: 420 pounds x 1 (Literally just left the gym after this pull. It felt nice. This is 5 pounds from my best deadlift ever but I did that previous best with straps so I'm not even going to count it. Not to mention I was 40 pounds heavier when I pulled 425. Looking to pull closer to 470 within 4-6 months)
STANDING SHOULDER PRESS: 145 pounds x 1 (I believe this is a little low but the combination of it being the day after deads and 2 days after my max effort bench left little energy in my deltoids for this max. But overall i'm not too displeased with it, though my ultimate goal is to get this lift to toal my bodyweight x 1 )
My weight was at 201.6 but I'll post measurements and pics within the next couple days. Prolly when my tub arrives.
Hope everyone is getting as friggin' pumped as I am.

The day of so much anticipation is finally come and gone and my package arrived. Here is my intial review of the product :) Enjoy
Taste: I had been looking forward to trying this for some time and doubted that it would ever live up to the expectations I had been creating in my head. Controlled Labs wouldn't have it that way though it would seem as the flavor is out of this world. It was very clean tasting and had no harsh chemical or acidic flavors like some other pre-workout supplements I've tasted before. I mixed it with about 12 oz. of water and ice and I can honestly say it would be worth drinking even if it wasn't a pre-workout supplement because the flavor was very good. I slowly drank the first half of it and decided to get the full experience I was going to have to gulp down the rest. Even when you quickly chug it there are no harsh flavors on the back of your palette and I am very pleased with this aspect of it. No chemical after taste in my mouth either. 5 STARS
Mix Ability: I wanted to put it to the test so I went with luke warm water in clear glass and just spoon stirred it. It mixed quite easily as I would have expected though I can say I was suprised by the clear color at first. I was expecting some sort of red hue to it. I actually prefer the clear because I tend to spill and I hate having spots on t-shirts. If there is any marks on this product to be taken off it will be here though it still performed above most supplements I have tried. It wasn't chalky and it didn't clump but there were a few particles that would settle on the bottom of the glass that didn't seem to mix with the water. I have seen this in almost every supplement I've tried though so I'm not going to take any points off my intitial review because I think this has to do with certain parts of it being water insoluble and therefor unavoidable. 4 STARS
Pump: It came on the perfect day for this category. Today is my accessory lifts day and I pretty much go back and hit the muscles that aren't hit on my strength building program. Kind of like an overflow day. (Biceps, Calves, Forearms) Those 3 happen to be the most pump influenced muscles for me so I was very excited to try it out at the gym. Once again this product didn't fail to deliver. Biceps were first up and it didn't take long for a pump to set in. Very strong and my muscles felt quite full. Forearms were next and I literally thought they were going to explode after a few sets of straight bar forearm curls. Very tingley and powerful pump. Last but not least was calves and they too experienced a good full pump. Blood seemed to flow effortlessly into muscles and from one muscle to another without any hinderance. Very good pumps from this product, it's defiantly up there as one of the best I've tried. 5 STARS
Energy: The energy I experienced was definantly early on at about the half hour mark from consumption. I was getting antsy on my way to the gym in a good way. I had plenty of gusto to make it through my workout and maybe even a little extra bounce in my step. I was curious and maybe someone from Controlled Labs can help me out with this, but how much caffeine is in the proprietary blend? It definatly seemed to be enough for me but I am curious as the actual number so that I can figure it into my daily totals when I run ECA. Overall energy effect was good and my energy levels as a whole were improved. 5 STARS
Focus: Focus was there definantly. I don't know if it was because all I could feel was the nice pumps I had going or because I was so excited about how well the product was working out but I breezed through the workout effortlessly without distraction. Very good concentration and no jitters or racing heart rate. 5 STARS
Recovery: Recovery doesn't seem to be an issue. I didn't really need less time between sets but I did seem to go from set to set without a problem. The combination of extra energy and excitement made today an easy day for me. So I'll have to chalk recovery up as a win, though with my first taking of this product I didn't notice any beneficial recovery between sets and it seemed to be about the same as usual. 4 STARS
Endurance: I had plenty of endurance and I still felt like I had energy in the tank at the end of the day which is rare for me. I'm looking forward to trying it on a max effort day where I really just want to hit a brick wall half way through most of the time. 5 STARS
Over All impact on my workouts and results: I loved this product. I won't try to hide my excitement or contain my passion for it. It was overall one of the best pre-workout supplements I've ever used. It just seemed to give me energy without making me feel all jumpy in my own skin or having my heart race like I was about to stroke out in the gym. amazing Product and the guys at Controlled Labs have done it again. From start to finsih this product delivers! This product will defiantly remain in my arsonal from here on out and probably be my go to supplement of choice for pre-workout energy.

Ok so round two with this supplement and I'm ready. Today I've got squats... unfortunately it's my deloading week so no huge numbers to boast about but I generally get nice pumps on these days cause I go through the workout so much quicker.
SQUAT:
135x5
155x5
195x5
215x5 (Pump kicks in here... I even put a lil' smiley face to remind myself of that lol)
225x5
225x 12 (Pump is extremely strong at this point and I have much less fatigue than normal. Whoo hooo I love stims lol)
LEG EXTENSIONS:
Stack x 14
Stack x 12
Stack x 11
HAMSTRING CURLS:
Stack x 10
Stack x 10
Stack x 9
I even had enough energy to go jump rope after squat day... granted I wasn't as coordinated but I did manage a lil bit of cardio today haha. This product is still an A+ for me.
I Went with 2 scoops today and actually less water and I enjoyed it even more this way. It tastes a lot like coolaid if you can imagine coolaid with some kick ass potential. Great stuff guys keep it coming. Tomorrow is it's real test. BENCH BABY. A good pump really helps me through the day. Hoping it passes the test like it has so far. Happy Hunting
Sub'd! Sorry I was late to yours as well! :)

Ok so I completely obliterated my lower back today (In a good way)
DEADLIFT:
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
325 x 5
345 x 5
355 x 5
365 x 4 (On the 5th rep, for the first time in I don't know how long, I couldn't lockout the last rep. I got it just a few inchs shy of lockout and it just stalled. I'm very happy with this though because I was really only shooting for 345-350 x 5 today and well I smashed that into the ground. Whiteflood definantly gave me the energy to complete todays workout.)
I was so exhausted that this is all I did. I didn't walk on a treadmill or anything I just drank my protein and went home lol. This is the best workout I ever remember having and my hands are just shredded from the bar... Feels good.
Great Product Whiteflood... though I'm dreading running out of my sample before this stuff hits the stores :(

Quick question brah, how many scoops are you taking?
I'm taking 2 scoops cause I'm really not stimulant sensitive and most don't put a dent in my energy levels. Whiteflood anything has always done the trick with 2 scoops though. I'm the type who can drink 3 redbulls and take a nap no problems.
Maybe WF + Mountain Dew made you lift those nice numbers? ;)
Well i will say that after 345 I was like I think I can get 355 x 3 or 4 times.... then I hit 355 x 5 and I was like crap I still have some in the tank that means I've gotta do antoher set lol. Whiteflood I love you for your extra sets!
oh man, epic energy!

Ok all today was shoulders... I'm literally upset that it went so well. I'm hoping this isn't like a placebo effect I'm getting or something cause I'm really enjoying kicking some ass in the gym. One of the regulars even told me to "Calm down you're going to kill yourself being so damn serious over there" cause I was in the ZONE today.

Ok at the end of this workout my shoulder looked HUGE and honestly I had to force myself to stop. I just wanted to keep going cause I was looking super swole. Great day today and I'm in love with this product.
Just as a re-cap... that 19 sets for just my shoulders... and I still feel like I can move friggin mountains

Back in the gym today. Had a bit of a long lay off cause it was the Kentucky Derby this weekend and I love me some horses. The infield was crazy this year but I managed to only have a few drinks and find some fairly healthy food there (Only 2 beers and a julep)
2 scoops of whiteflood mixed with water 30 mins before my workout:
SQUATS:
135x3
155x3
175x3
195x3 (Small pump kicks in here)
205x3
225x3
245x3
265x3
245x4 (The real pump kicks in here)
225x6
205x8
185x10
I swear to god 185 pounds has never felt so friggin' heavy in my life! I was struggling from the 3rd rep I mean I was just completely gased but it felt good that I was able to complete it regardless of how heavy it felt. I was taxed from the 3 rep max and then working back down the weight was killer.
LEG EXTENSIONS:
100x10
120x10
140x10 (The I can hardly fukin' walk pump kicks in here and my damn head is spinning... FEELS SOOOO GOOOD)
160x10
CALVE RAISES:
135x30
225x20
245x15 (Calves instantly get a pump after the 2nd or third set... feel huge. I love doing calves on this stuff they get full and stay that way)
265x15
285x12
300x9
By this point my heads spinning and my stomach is about to lose breakfast so I called it a day. My quads are still screaming and it felt like they may buckle while doing calve raises on the smith lol.... feels good brahs! Love leaving the gym without anything left in the tank.
Thanks again Whiteflood for that extra spark!
F man. You're kiling it.
And the volume on those squats

195x3
205x3
215x3
225x1
205x4
185x8 (Pump kicks in here once the volume starts going. Feels good! the chest is nice and full now)
175x9
155x12
INCLINE DB FLYS:
35's x 10
40's x 8
45's x 6
TRICEP PRESSDOWN STATION (seated and leaning forward):
200 x 11
200 x 8
200 x 8

50x8
60x5
60x4
W-BAR CABLE CURLS:
100x12
120x10
130x9
140x6
Today was awesome and I've really been hitting the weights hard.... prolly eating too much too lol but oh well. I've been crushing the volume lately and my sessions have been running around 90 mins which is excessive for me... but I like.

I just stirred it into a fountain Dew from the gas station. It's pretty mixable so no troubles here though i think the creatine in it tends to settle so ya gotta keep stirring it in cold liquids. All of em are gonna do this though so no harm no foul. Its yummy

Most definantly... not looking foreward to actually having to pay for it lol but I will definantly be getting some more of this product. I was very pleased overall with the taste and performance of it. I've used whiteflood in the past and liked the performance but hated the taste. Now I enjoy both :)

This is it followers my final write up of my Review of Controlled Labs Furious Fruit Punch. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. The following section will just be a broad overview of my likes and dislikes of the product and the products overall impact on my training.
CONCLUSION:
If someone were to walk up to me and ask me what product would I recommend for getting the most out of my workouts and for getting the superior pumps I would recommend this product. As a matter of fact before I tried this product it would have been the previous flavor of White Flood I recommended, but seeing as the Fruit punch flavor was much more palateable to me and less bitter tasting overall, this new flavor shot right to the top of my list of favorite supplements.
The pumps I got from this product were very strong pumps. Blood never seemed to be in shortage, and I even noticed some vascularity in my shins while working out claves one day which I hadn't ever seen before. But the thing that impressed me the most was the energy I got from this. As you can see from my log volume was in high demand while I was taking this supplement and normally I feel like I'm grinding through the final sets. Not with WhiteFlood though because I had energy to spare.
I would definantly recommend this to anyone looking to amp up their workouts and I'm glad Controlled Labs chose me to Log it. Thank you guys again for this great product and it will be in my gym bag from here on out.
To all those who followed along I believe this is on the sotres now and if you haven't tried it I would recommend you do so. Enjoy
