Ok so I used to weigh 270 at 6'0 2 years ago. Dropped this all lifting a couple of times a week and lots of low calorie dieting and have developed abit of an ED.
Ive been talking to some forum members (markvi) and they've been great help. I'm going to up calories to 2200 on workout and non training days (will be in gym 4 days a week doing a push/pull split) and I walk the dogs a few times a week with grandparents. I know cals are low and will probably need to eventually be upped but ive only been eating 1200-1500 so I dont want to push it yet.
Goals are to gain 10-15 lbm over the next 4-6 months I dont mind taking it nice and slow.
First workout tomorrow!
