Ok, so my boy and I have this bet. I have to gain more weight than what he loses in 90 days. He’s doing a modified version of p90x (3 days a week). I’m either going to do p90x (using heavy weight), WS4SB3, or Built Like a Bad Ass ( I haven’t decided which program I’ll use for my 90 days).

If I win my boy will have to get some UT (Texas gear) throw up the UT sign, post in on Facebook with the caption “I wish I was from Texas” He’s a New Yorker so that’ll kill him.

We’ll be posting our progress here over the next 90 days, doing weekly weigh ins, PR’s, our daily workouts, diet etc.

Lets get it!

I am the other guy in the bet. i am 6'2 211 lbs (fully clothed) When i first weighed myself on thursday of last week i was 216. 5 lbs in a matter of days sounds like trouble for Travis.

If he loses he has to dress his dogs in Mike Vick jersey's and fight them. orrrrrr...you have to walk your dogs around the neighborhood in broad daylight wit the vick jersey on you and the dogs and your wife has to take pics to prove that u did it.

Weighed in at 144 Saturday 4/24
Completed the 1st week of p90x using heavy weight, the program has some silly moves, but I think overall its an ok program giving my situation of not being able to hit a real gym....
Goal for this week is to get up to 145.5/146, increasing my daily cals this week by an extra 300cals so we'll see if that helps.

Weighed in at 210 on monday 5/3. i am down 6 lbs and i havent even really started to get right. headed to the gym tonite, gonna ride the bike for 30-45 mins. get my cardio up.
