The start of my ten week transformation began with me being horribly out of shape. My starting weight was 197 lbs with 21% body fat. I had not been exercising regularly and needed to make some real lifestyle changes. When I saw the Double-T Sports Challenge advertised, I saw it as a great opportunity to try a new product and really put it to the test. My plan was to follow a six day split routine and, aside from whey protein and fish oil, use only the Double-T products. I did ended up adding glucosamine for joint maintenance.

I work for a county government department of pubic safety, which maintains a physical fitness staff at our training center. At this fitness unit, I was able to have accurate weight measurements and body fat readings taken (with calipers). I knew I was out of shape but was shocked to see my body fat percentage so high. I had no energy throughout the day and wondered what my workouts would be like. To meet my goal of a single digit body fat percentage, I knew that I would have to do a lot of cardio. This concerned me because I wanted to be adding muscle mass. Since I wasn’t at the end of a “bulking cycle” and just needing to get ripped, I needed to both lose fat and put on muscle. Ten weeks did not seem like it would be long enough to achieve the goals that I had in mind. However, once the fat started dropping and muscles started appearing I knew a great transformation had began.

My first experience with NO-Beta and CreaDyl is one I will never forget. I followed the directions and decided to start with three NO-Beta caps. As I began my workout, I could not believe the energy I had! I literally remember thinking that I had to hold myself back as I was afraid of doing too much too fast. That skin tingling sensation quickly became what I called “the switch.” Once I felt the tingling, the switch was on and I was ready to work! The pump and increased recovery time that I experienced while stacking these two products was unmatched.

I experimented with different doses of NO-Beta and found combinations which worked well for me while stacking CreaDyl. Generally, a dose of five capsules is what I found worked best for me. The pumps are incredible, and when combined with CreaDyl, I have incredible strength going into every workout. However, I do like to mix it up and when I train stubborn muscle groups I will take six or seven NO-Beta caps. CreaDyl tastes great and mixes well too. So what I found with this supplement combination is that it gives me the strength, focus, and results in my workouts that I needed in order to stay motivated and on track to meet my goals.

This Double-T Sports Challenge has been an incredible journey. I am now down to 9% body fat! I lost a ton of fat but also built a great foundation of lean muscle mass. My wife has been so impressed with my results that she has started using Creadyl! My transformation does not stop here at the end of the ten weeks. I invite everyone to follow my progress as I continue to track it on Bodyspace. My plan now is to start working hard to put on even more lean muscle mass. I hope to be selected as the winner of this transformation challenge and represent this outstanding supplement company. It was the CreaDyl and NO-Beta stack that helped me achieve my goals for this transformation. So, I am proud to say that, “I Got Here Using Double-T Sports Products!”

Great review here, good to see that through your hard work, dedication and committment you were able to achieve the results you were looking for. The supplements from Double-T really are an integral part of the whole training, nutrition and supplementation plan. I personally could not imagine hitting the gym without them on board.

Good to hear the transformation was truely a transformation for you too, a full lifestyle cahnge that did not end on day 70. Keep up the great work and best of luck in the judging.

You've made a ton of progress, that's for sure but you are nowhere near 9% bodyfat in that picture. I'd be surprised if you were below 14-15%.

Thanks for checking out my review! As far as my BF% goes, I can only go by what I was told. I had a full time physical fitness coordinator using calipers providing my readings.

Any reason you edited this while I was trying to respond to it? ;)

I wasn't trying to imply that you were lying or anything, and I'm sure that someone did do a caliper test, I just know that calipers are subject to wide ranges of error depending on who did them. I was once tested at the same facility, with the same set of calipers by two different people on subsequent days and got 12% one day, and 19% the next. The only way to really know (or I should say, to accurately have it measured) what your bf% is by measurement is a BODPOD type test.

My only point being, is at sub 10% or even 10% body fat, you would have some serious ab definition, on most people this means being able to see clear separation amongst all the abdominal muscles. Now, unless your legs are crazy vascular and striated and you happen to carry all of your fat on your stomach, I just doubt this is the case.

Yep, I had left out the word "time."

Thanks again
