So i thought id start a workout log on here to help push myself harder. As of right now im weighing 194-195 lbs in the morning no idea of body fat % maybe 15?(i will try to get pics tom) this is down from an all time high of 220 lbs. My main goals are to get my bodyfat down to 10% or less while benching 300 lbs for 1 rep. My training for right now will be HIT.

My split-Day 1-Chest and arms
Day 2- Legs
Day 3- off
Day 4- Shoulders and Back
Day 5- off
Day 6- repeat

I will have day 1 and 2 up tom as well as other stats. Also any help on how i should train for these 2 conflicting goals will be great.

Day 1 workout Chest and Arms

BB Bench press-220x7
Incline fly-40x10
BB Curl-105x7
DB Curl-40x5 each hand (just getting a lil more pump)
Lying tri ext-85x8 plus 10 presses
push-downs-30x15, 60x15

im just gonna put PRs and progress pics on her every couple of weeks im training hard but just to lazy to write on this every day.

So ive been takin bio forge with this recomp and ive put on 3-5 lbs of weight on 197 in the morning to 200-202 now and not much fat if any and im also more vascular. I'm doin smolov jr bench right now and plan on hitting an 280 lb bench next week which will be a PR cuz the last time i did that I was 20 lbs heavier!

Workout today-Bench Press 8 set of 4 reps- 225 lb
plus accesory lifts

So happy right now. Got the 280 lb bench and my weight is 202 in the morning now and i feel like i have hardly gained any fat mostly because of increased cardio and taking bioforge.

My goal is to get a 300 lb bench before august 28th. I also want to get leaner though for this summer though so i hope to get the bench asap and then cut until i'm 180 lbs.

Just benched 300! Met my goal now time to start cutting weight.
