Hello to all! Tojuan Jones here with my review! This was a tough ten weeks let me tell you....I started out at 180 lbs with 38% body fat and 13 inch arms and a 38 inch chest, I worked out mon, tues, thurs and fri from 5:00pm to 6:30 pm finishing the last 30 mins with cardio ona treadmill or jumprope. Mon was chest and tricepts, tues as bicipes and legs, thursday was abs and shoulders and fridays was back with three to four excercises for each body part 8 to 10 reps the first four weeks 12 to 15 the last six. My diet consisted of 3200 cals for the first five weeks and 2700 the last five split into six meals two of wich were home made protien drinks consisting of egg whites, milk peanut butter, and fruit. oat meal, eggs, and turkey bacon, wheat waffles for breakfast, and nothing but chicken breast and fish with veggies, brown rice or wheat bread for lunch and dinner. I didn't have time to eat different things with my work scheadule so I had to stick with that and prepare it differently each week. Snacks were fruit and nuts and fat free juice bars. At the end of the ten weeks I was at 180 lbs but 20% body fat with 17 inch bi's and a 45 inch chest wich some of it is water from creatine purchased from Double T No Beta and Cea Dyl but I managed to gain some real muscle also and my bench press went from 180 to 275 and I feel great! Where do I go from here? Don't know All I can do is keep going and look forward to better gains and a healthier lifestyle! And to everyone eles out there never give up! You can do anything you put your mind to!

Awesome progress man looks like your transformation was very successful, just wanted to know how you would rate the double t products on taste and effectiveness tell us what you experienced with them? And also how the hell did gain 4 inches on your arms and 7 on your chest while dropping bodyfat?? If true that is just amazing, also your strength gains were just ridiculous. Good job man keep it up

Hey there! Well as for the taste crea dyl tasted like orange ice cream melted kind of and as for the No Beta there was no taste but had a difficult time swallowing so many pills! But I did get insane energy and a sense of heat from the both of them and my pumps made me fee lreally tight, sometimes i couldn't get the weight all the way up cause my arms were too big! As for the inches gained I think two of the four inches in my bi's and four in my chest was intracelluar creatine/water because it's impossible to gain that many inches in such a short amount of time not to mention muscle memory becauseIi used to work about 3 years ago. Looking pretty good your self there by the way!keepup the good work!

Good to see that you completed the challenge and had results you were happy with. A weight loss of 18% body fat is amazing. You had to have worked very hard and been extremely committed to achieve this in 10 weeks.

I love NO Beta and it is by far the top performing NO product I have tried. For those who don't like taking the pill form there is talk about a powder form being released. The last message I saw on this was several weeks ago and it did not give a timeline but I think it is somthing to be excited about.

It sounds like the CreaDyl did a good job for you as well, I have always been a non-responder to Creatine products and this is the first product I can say I have responded to and seen gains.

Good job on the challenge and best of luck in the judging.

Incredible growth and a fantastic job cutting. I'm really happy for you in seeing this success with your cut while gaining strength at the same time.

You're yet another perfect example that hard work, good diet, and the help of some great products from double-t will take you a long way as long as you really stick with it and see it through.

Fantastic job and keep it up.
