Good log bro, glad to see things are going well for you to this point. I realize you are finishing the contest period and hope that your progerss and results have met your expectations. I might offer a few ideas regarding your supplmentation regiment.
Before you order more of the Tribulus consider testing the TestX6 by Double-T. It is also a ZMA product and has very good reviews. I have been using this for about three months now and absolutely love it. I take 4 caplets before bed each night.
Also, you may look at the Glutacene also by Double-T. It is a superior recovery agent which has many postive aspects offered through its formulation includeing muscle recovery and workout enhancements.
Congrats on getting this far in the challend and sticking with it! Can't wait to see your final progress pics and good luck on your judging.

Looks like a good arm and chest workout day! What type of progress have you seen yourself achieve since you started?
The stack will definitely make you want to do more. I had never been late to work a single day before I began the challenge and then it was one more everyday and I was walking in the door at the last possible minute. :)

I was just looking at your progress pics fantastic nice job I see you worked out hard over the last couple of months.
So your done now for the contest then.
I will be posting my final pics at the end of the week. How do you find out who wins the contest anyway.
I found this hard as I have to watch out for my back as I have 2 herniated discs which limits me to what I can do.
When it comes to my back or my legs or abs well there's only so much I can do but hey I think I did pretty good.

Thats a shame on the back, I understand the challenges this presents. My bigest challenge in the contest was my diabetes since I am type I. But, it seems that many of the people who participated had challenges with injuries or old injuries but were able to work around them.
I am sure you will do great, I would expect that the winners of the contest will be posted on Double-T's website along with in the forums. They do a great job with keeping the communications open. You might try the Bulging Biceps group below in my sig line as well as the official Transformation Challenge group here on BB.com for info as well.
I am starting phase II of my challenge now and logging it as well. I am really pumped about taking this to a whole new level. I enjoyed everyday of the first 70 days and had a blast, so I cannot stop now. :)
Kill it these last few days bro and you will do great! GOOD LUCK!!
BTW - the Double-T website where you registered has some great tips to help you look your best in your final pics. Definitely worth checking out.

when you enter how many weeks do you have to transform anyway because i started on Feb 15 so when do i have to post my final pics.
If you entered on February 15th, then you got in on the end of the 2009 Challenge, that is the same competition both myself and CW competed in. Not a problem at all.
The 2009 challenge was for 10 weeks in duration, a full 70 total days. Your actual start date is determined by the date you upload your starting pics to your bodyspace page. If you uploaded on 2/15 then today is day 57 for you and you have 13 days left to finish your transformation and then get your final pictures taken and posted to your bodyspace page.
You should have received an email from Double-T with all the details to wrap up your challenge. If you did not then I would send a PM to jordansrt who is the head rep and find out from him what your status is.
If by chance you did enter the 2010 contest which did not start till mid/end of March then it is a 16 week contest with different categories.
Jordan can give you the exact details. Good Luck bro!

Kill it everyday between now and the next 13 days bro! you will be surprised at what you can do in that much time. The last week I really honed in on my diet eating all healthy fat sources and watching my fluid intake. Made a huge difference. I also hit abs everyday really hard for 100 + reps.

Thanks I will
I'm hoping to see a difference over the next 2 weeks.
I already went down in body fat % from 29 at the begging to 16 now.
I still have a long way to go on my abs but I will get there.
Here is my stats for the body parts that have changed.
Weight from 207 to 209
Body fat from 29 to 16%
Chest from 44 to 47
Calf’s from 15.5 to 16
Forearm from 12.5 to 13
I'm taking it that my weight went up because of the muscle I have put on.
My weight at the begging was 212 then went down to 207 now back up to 209
Now here was my workout for today.
Tuesday
Squats 3 sets 6 reps went up from 135 to 155lbs
Leg press 2 sets 10 reps went up from 200 to 220lbs
Leg Curls 1 set 20 reps stayed at 65lbs
New excersise leg ext 1 set 20 90lbs
Thats it for now.

Those are some awesome stats bro, you have made some remarkable progress in the past 8 weeks.
A significant drop in body fat level, I would not worry about the weight gain since you dropped major body fat percentage the weight gain is lean muscle mass and that is a good thing.
Awesome job on your measurements as well, huge gain in your chest, that is great. Did you take shoulder measurements? I am sure you saw some good increase there as well with the gains you made in your pecs.
Nice workout, doesn't it feel great to be able to hit new PR's? I love it!! Looks like you increased nicely this time around. 20 reps of leg extension at 90 lbs is killer dude, your legs had to feel like jello by the time you tried to stand up after that.
Hope you had plenty of Glutacene handy, I mixed 4 scoops in mine this morning just for extra measure LOL

Which products are you taking and in which way did they help you.
I take NO Beta and CreaDyl. During the challenge I used KetoCuts and Glutacene.
The NO Beta and CreaDyl gave me ample energy and focus for my workouts. I felt like I could do anything in the gym. A lot of my workouts are on my lunch break during work and I find that when I get back to my desk, I'm much more alert and productive then when I don't take the supplements.
The KetoCuts was great for helping me keep my appetite under control. I did not feel any side effects. The Glutacene, well that stuff is just amazing. Muscle recovery was superb! I am out of it now but will be getting it again soon.

Paul signed off on this on 3/31 and it should have been sent to bb.com. I would say just watch for it here in the next few days or week. Should not be much longer for it to get approved and posted here.
If you are looking for something immediately then I would go with Dialene4X and Sesamine in the interim. They are both from SciVation and have a pretty solid profile. SciVation is a pretty reliable and good company you can trust products from as well.
IMO Dialene is a great product but KetoCuts beats it.

I can't give you an exact date but they are definitey worth waiting for. You still have a lot of weeks to go, so stay focused on the nutrition plan and workouts for your cutting cycle and then by the time you are down to that last stubborn 10 pounds the ketocuts will really get you to where you want to be.
At this point I know the labels are prepared and we are just waiting for them to be put into the bb.com inventory so they can be sold. It is like watching water boil, it seems to take forever when you are waiting on it.

Old Body??? You aint old bro, we are in the prime of our lives and ready to take on the world. :)
I have something to consider for your change up that may trigger some growth and allow you to really see some new PRs in your volume.
Volume
* Try to hit 3-5 working sets of each exercise.
* strive for 6 to 10 reps in each set. (if you can't reach 6 then weight is too high, if you go over 10 weight is too low.)
Once you can hit 10 reps move your weight up 5/10 pounds.
Intensity
Try to time your sets with 60-90 seconds between sets to provide recovery but to maintain your intensity.
Use 2-3 minutes when moving between routines.
I think it is definitely worth considering and that you will realize some real results from this type of workout. See what you think.
Enjoy your down week!!

Sorry to hear about the shoulder bro, that is rough. I have been fighting some shoulder pain for the past few weeks but still going heavy and paying the price. I know you are better to lay off and recover.
The no workout will not hurt your progress, it should actually help since you will not be tearing any muscle and getting the inflamation that comes with it. That will help you look leaner and more shredded.
Glutacene, you will love it. Once you start it out let us know what you think BUT make sure you report back three weeks later - this stuff gets better with continued use and I am positive you will find the same results in your experience.
Enjoy your down week and looking forward to seeing your final pics and your progress.

I am glad to hear you are joining the 2010 contest and look forward to seeing your progress and following your new log. It looks like you have adopted a lot of good training principals here and that your supplementation is pretty solid, you should do VERY well.
Take care of that shoulder and keep at the cardio. See you in a month or so!!
