I started lifting weights in the 7th grade. My dad had always lifted weights and so did my brother so I followed in their footsteps and have been lifting ever since. My weightlifting peeked a couple years after college. I was benching about 375 and felt like a million bucks but have slowly been going down ever since, getting weaker, and softer. Then once my kids were born in 2003 and 2006 weightlifting really got put on the back burner. I would lift 1 or 2 days a week at most doing what I could to try to maintain. Then at the end of 2009 I decided I needed to change. I was not happy with how I looked at all. In early 2010 I came across Bodybuilding.com and I found the Creadyl/No-Beta Challenge. I figured this would be the kick in the pants I needed. So I signed up and was on my way.

The first thing I did for the transformation (aside from ordering my supplements) was join a gym. I had been working out at home for the last 7 years. I figured I had to step up to a real gym if I was going to give it my all. While I had a pretty good knowledge of working out I really had little knowledge of proper diet, eating protein, good carbs and bad carbs or any of that. I basically just knew to avoid fast food, fried food, high fat foods and sweets. So I had to do a bit of research on Bodybuilding.com on what to eat. I started by reading what ChickenTuna had to say about what to eat and went on from there. It took a couple of weeks for me to get all the diet down pat. I also read about HIIT cardio and started doing that a few times a weeks as well.

The most important part of my transformation was the Creadyl and No Beta. To be honest I had used creatine and other supplements over the years and was not impressed and I figured this would be more of the same. I also thought 10 weeks was not long enough for people to make any real transformation. Man, was I wrong. Over the 10 weeks my bench press, which was at a plateau, went up 50lbs while I was losing fat and getting ripped. That is pretty amazing! After just 4 weeks I could see a difference in my body and by 8 weeks it was a very big difference. Even my wife was shocked by the change. I could not believe it. My cardio also shot though the roof which I did not expect at all. I took the Creadyl and No Beta’s separate and together to test them out. I loved the focus, power and intensity got with the Creadyl. No Beta gave me awesome pumps, endurance, and vascularity. Together they worked amazing!

In short, I got what I wanted out of this challenge, and found supplements to help me reach my goals. I will continue to use the products, and have already recommended them to my lifting buddies.

Wow. You don't even look like the same person. I can't BELIEVE you went from a belly to a six pack in 10 weeks. Absolutely AMAZING, congratulations.
