I experience a fairly sharp pain in the AC joint area when I lower/relax my left shoulder. My right shoulder feels fine.
I can reach across my body with no pain. 0-10
I can shrug my shoulders up, forward and backwards with no pain. 0-10
Raising my arm above my head is slightly painful. 2-10
Pulling my shoulders backwards and down is very painful. 6-10
Lowering my shoulder is very painful. 6-10
I can do most pressing movements with no pain at all. Military press and Incline press have a slight pain (3 or 4 - 10) because my shoulders are back and downward slightly. The exercise I cannot do because of the pain is pullups/pulldowns (7 or 8 - 10).
There is no visible swelling, but the area is a little tender to the touch.
Any advice?
