Just thought I'd share my first posing video. I am exactly 6 weeks out from my first show ever! I am doing an OCB show in Richmond on May 15 and an INBF show in Arlington on May 22.

I have been working under the guidance of Kurt Weidner (kurtweidner.net) and I am very excited to get this first show under my belt. Any constructive criticism would be great. This video was a huge wake up call for...I need to practice posing without a mirror more and I need to focus my squeezing my glutes on side relaxed.

If anyone can embed it I'll rep them.

absolutely PEELED. awesome conditioning man! big congrats on that as I know it must have been painful to get to this point.

posing needs work for sure. lots of things could be improved, but the NUMBER 1 thing as I see it, is you need to keep those gl00tz TIGHT. any pose in which the glutes are visible they should be completely flexed. conditioning is gonna be your trump card on stage....not flexing the glutes will, to some degree, diminish that advantage.

oh yeh, to imbed you'll probably have to upload to youtube...

Yeah man, posing needs work...20 minutes 5 days a week all the way up to my show will hopefully dial it in. I just need to make a conscious effort to flex my glutes during practice and it will eventually become instinctual.
