View Full Version : My Double T Transformation

So Tomorrow is my official start date for the Double T 2010 Body Transformation challenge. I filled out my body stats as of today weight 255, waist 47.5 inches. My plan is to be 205 and a waist of 36".

I'm going to be taking my daily multi-vitamin, L Caritine, Green Tea Extract, and of course my NO Beta by TT!

I'm not going to do any changes to my diet yet, I know I should start off with a good diet, but to be honest starting my Diet and Workout Regime is too much for my weak self, I do estimate that after four weeks of my work out that I will implement dietary changes.

So for all you folks who've entered the contest you might want to do yourselves a favor and drop out cause I'm going to win it and go do my Photo shoot in Miami.

Great commitment on your 2010 contest goals! What type of training are you planning on doing during this contest period? There were many of us who competed in the last contest and some that are still finishing up that I know will be more than happy and excited to pass along any information or help we can offer.

Good luck! I think that's a pretty smart move not diving into your training and diet full force right off the bat. That could definitely burn most people out REAL quick. How are you going to be dosing the NO Beta? Green Tea is a good choice too for a solid metabolism boost. I'll be checking back for results! :)

LOL awesome first post... and now we're gonna hold you to it! :) I agree, good decision not to take on too much too fast... once you start seeing results you will WANT to clean up your diet and turn it up on the training rather than forcing yourself to do it! Sub'd best of luck to you!

Congrats on taking the first step towards your transformation, I like that you're being logical with your approach and not taking on to much at once. Only thing I'd say is you'd probably see better results getting your diet in order first and then getting into the gym. That's what I found worked best for me a little over a year ago when I took the plunge. Either way, best of luck and I'll be following.

Good luck man, and I totally hear what your saying about the diet. Take it slow if you have to, the last thing you want to do is burn yourself out. Hope you like the no beta.

Welcome to the contest! I'm wrapping up my last two weeks of the 2009 contest.

You sound motivated to make some real changes, good for you! I do have to say that while it's smart to pace yourself when making change, it can really mess with your head if you aren't seeing progress as quickly as you'd like in the beginning, and diet is 80% of any physique transformation.

Let us know what your workout regimen and current diet looks like.
