I just started playing DA and that's happened to me a few times already. I'm a damn newb and keep on dying even at the start so I'm always restarting and losing 15-30 minutes at a time. They should have done like FF13 and just restart right before the failed battle.

Finally got a lead on the person that broken into my house. Guy on my softball team has a friend that lives nearby. Says that when he goes over to this friend's house, he always sees his neighbor carrying stuff like TVs in the house. He's tried to sell laptops and such to them before.

I will be walking by this guy's house a lot from now on.

I know that I am looking for someone that is walking around the neighborhood with a back-pack. That's the reason he/she didn't take the 360's or anything else really. I figured with an average back-pack you can't fit a 360 in it with anything else. So he/she took the two laptops and the PS2 because they fit.

I will devote a lot of time questioning everyone in my neighborhood that's wearing a back-pack. The only bad thing is that I live close to the local high school.

At least I know that I am not dealing with a 'professional' here that I need to worry about them trying something while my family is at home. Although I plan to take off a couple of days coming up. Parking my truck at the local library and walking back to my home in the hopes of catching this tool. I am totally committed to taking this person down.

I've stayed away from Ninja Gaiden since the NES days. I lost a few years off of my life playing those games back then. I would get to a certain spot and play for days leaving the power on so that I wouldn't have to start over.

I'm just getting through the beginning of Dragon Age. This is by far the most dialogue I've had to listen to in a game, it's daunting but very well made. Combat is ****ty as I already expected, mages are the only class that do impressive stuff, they're pretty good.

I want to do quests, fight and level up but damn near everyone I come across has like 4-5 minutes of dialogue.

I hated that long dialogue crap. Blah blah blah, is all i can get out of it. For some reason the stories of all the people i interacted with were boring.

I played as rogue, and realized that was a mistake and a joke to even have it in the game in the first place.

While i am on topic with rogues, if your making a single player game then don't add stealth. what the crap do i need stealth for at this point? Can't utilize stealth in a effective manner without pvp in mind like you would in WoW in other games that use stealth.

And specing my rogue as a ranger didn't really seem like a ranger at all. Fail class is fail.

Yeah, the beginning was very tough for me. I don't like too much dialogue myself. It does get a bit better though in that the dialogue isn't as long as the game moves on.

tbh I saw people playing the beta and it wasn't impressive at all. I highly doubt there will be much changes. Before the beta came out I was planning on buying this but there's no way in hell I'm getting it now. Releasing it around the same time as Halo Reach, New Vegas, and Black Ops is why this game will fail.

The graphics do look a lot better. But the beta left me with a "this is nothing special" feeling, so I canceled my preorder.

When i was getting my bench up i would this...

12, 10, 2, 8, 6 reps. That 2 reps would be when i would go maxed out and get a spotter, i didn't care if i maxed out i just wanted to lift it. I didn't care how much the spotter helped, as long as i was doing 80% of the lift.

Another tip is that i would do that 2 reps and when i would go to my 8 reps next set, that weight would feel tons more lighter. That's because mentally i already did that heavy set before hand and felt what it was like. So anything less is simple to my brain.

so if i am doing 175x12 on squats and i work my sets up to 225x8 reps. I will then do the 175x12 again on the last set. If i can do that after exhausting myself on 225x12 then when i workout again i should be doing more than 175x12 on the first set. Get it? It's mind games.

I didn't see it for $30 still on Dell.com. I think that promotion ended. The cheapest I can find it is $40 shipped on Amazon. I doubt the codes would stop working, especially if you entered it right when you got the card.

I don't know but it seems like they have everything reasonably balanced. I'll probably try out the 2 way forward. I pre ordered at GS so I'll get the Bauer booster pack to help boost the offensive stats and then throw the rest of the extra starting points they give you to boost them even more. Should make for a pretty well rounded player.

You go through the process of switching the dvd drives out. You will have to open up the box and see what brand the drive uses, i think there was 3 different brands. Google search the process. And take warning that it could be warranted for ban, but i have heard both sides of the story that Microsoft don't care or do care.

I would check with Microsoft and see if you can send it back for repair before doing what i suggested.

Or play downloaded games from XBLA.

That's how it is. I use the M24 and still get up on the Mcomm's and arm as a recon. I have gotten really good with no scoping, which happens when play so much that you don't rely on crosshairs. :P

I never got into the Halo series. Why exactly is everyone hyping Reach is going to be one of the best games ever? I saw the beta a nothing really blew my away. I feel like people are saying it's going to be good out of nostalgia and not legit reasons.because itll have everything halo 3 had and more

After Gears and MW I thought Halo 3 multiplayer was kind of boring and basic. Reach looks like a lot of fun though with the different classes and abilities you can customize your dude with.

Alot of people are getting tired of the modern warfare games, just we got tired of the WW2 era games. You got break that up with some sci-fi games, and Halo is the only game that can offer that.

I know i am not getting Reach cause of nostalgia, because i hated the Halo series and never played any until i played Reach beta. The game is fun and has a huge playerbase to compete with, plus character progression and customizing is a major plus to me. Which only one FPS multiplayer game offered for 360.

Basically all of that. Bungie always gives 100% in their games. It's just a fun game with cool, new game modes and about a story which people really enjoyed (there was a book about Reach which I guess people liked).

And like PPbruh said, it's time for a break for most people from MW 2 or Bad Company and Sci-Fi is a nice break from that.

Add to that customization (which is always a nice touch in a game, adds for a bit of personality to the characters) and easily the best online experience ( in terms of support, how fast you can get into games and how smoothly everything runs ) it makes for a fun experience.

I've never enjoyed playing online by myself, but with friends it's one of the best games out. Halo 3 was good online, but campaign really lacked and thats a huge hit for me. Games should always have great single player, online is always just a nice bonus for me.

My dad just had 2 surgery's on his back from disk degeneration from all the parachute jumps he did in the military that caught up with him later in life. I have thrown out my back more times than I can count and it's not worth it to me. I still squat but I don't care for deads anymore. I think they have caused me more problems than anything.

I'm a year younger than you but I stopped doing deads a long time ago and glad I did. My dad just had 2 surgery's on his back from disk degeneration from all the parachute jumps he did in the military that caught up with him later in life. I have thrown out my back more times than I can count and it's not worth it to me. I still squat but I don't care for deads anymore. I think they have caused me more problems than anything.

Yea it was $6. I figure I have 6% sales tax here and game stop isn't doing a gift card so I'm coming out way ahead on Amazon.
