Nothing new to report. I've been hard at work like the rest of you, trying to get better! As i've stated before, i've been taking this time to put my body through a test run. I really want to get a better grasp of my body as i diet, to ensure that i'm better prepared for when i do compete. So far so good! my diet is going great and my training is going accordingly. I've tweaked my form a little and also been performing movements through many different angles. Its been a great shock to the muscle! I can tell because i'm soo sore lol.
