Hey Everyone i have entered and hope to win the Double t 2010 Bodybuilding challenge. Double t products have elevated my body and now i hope to make a career out of it. Well i will try to make this as intresting as i can and any suggestions or help would be great and appriciated. My name is Mike by the way and i have took No beta and Creadyl religiously for over 10 weeks and have taken a nice break from almost all my supps and im going to take for this transformation
DOuble t Glutacene (orange)
Double t No beta
ast-multivitamin
allthewhey-whey protein isolate
I usually do very intense max ot style workouts(which is basically the reverse pyramid routine in which you actually warm up with light sets and progres to your heaviest weight in which you can perform 4-6 times with complete failure and do only 1-3 heavy working sets and about 3 exercises per bodypart and the progressions sets are done only to feel the weight and no effort should be wasted ) But i have been doing this for about 4 years and i will try a new approach my own methods i will dictate it all while i go along and any questions or comments about what im doing please let me know and well discuss it
well i i will do it like this t make it a little more intresting i will give you details of my whole workouts and anything else to help people decide to try these products. Wish me luck i will do my best and i Hope to take this contest

10 mins before workout - I mix 4 scoops of Glutacene in 24 oz water and make it last till around mid workout
Post workout - 2 scoops whey isolate
Now These are days im working out days i do not workout i will be taking 3 No Beta upon rising and 3 before bed and i will be having 3-4 scoops of Glutacene on a empty stomach random throughout the day
Date -march 24
Workout-shoulders and abs( i already did chest and bis dont worry there will be plenty more days to see my routines lol )
Dumbell shoulder press - 3 warmups sets ( no real effort) 50s-10,70s-4,80s-1. 2 Working sets (till total failure max intensity) 90s -8, 90.-6

I def feel the No beta when i workout it gives me a nice solid pump with no jitters and i def got extra reps because of it and The glutacene i know from experience helpsme recover quicker and makes me feel harder and get less sore so today was a great workout i feel beat Cardio will start very soon but nothing crazy yet

A good workout i feel my core starting to get better i have been hitting it good for a while then gave it up the past weeks but i will be hitting it hard again. The Beta No has been giving me great pumps i forgot how potent it is wow and its an hour later and i still feel the heat and even the burn a drop. The Glutacene is heping my recovery as well. I am less sorfe and i know i am getting more reps then i would without it 4 scoops is a great boost and i like saving 4 scoops for days i do legs, chest and back and for smaller muscles 3 is great i notice the difference. Tommrow morning i will be starting my 10 am handball sessions to get me into cardio again then soon i will be doing my hiT style to the max .Also i will be trying the Bulging BIs routine from Double t and the thrasing tris routine Thursday and will give honest results.

Ok today i will be doing the double T No Beta Bulging Bis Workout
It seems like a great change of pace from the way i train so here it goes here is the workout plan i copied and pasted it From there Site Double-Tsports.com where you can go and get some great tips and info and they have killer workouts Warm Up Set - Machine Preacher Curls 2 x 12 x light weight
#1 Barbell Curl/EZ Barbell Curl - 3 Sets x 8 PC Reps x Light Weight x 8 Regular Reps
NOTE: About 5 to 10 minutes ago you should have popped 6 tablets of NO-Beta™ also your water bottle with GlutaCene® should already be filled so you don’t interrupt your workout with water breaks.
#2 Standing Dumbbell Curls - 3 Sets x 8 PC Reps x Light Weight x 8 Regular Reps
#3 Seated Machine Preacher Curls - 3 Sets x 8 PC Reps x Light Weight x *Reps to Failure
Session Explained:
Warm Up Set – a light to moderate weight that will allow you to comfortably perform 12 repetitions. Nothing crazy – do the reps slow and in control. If training with a partner and I strongly advise that you do use a I go/you go pace.
#1 Barbell Curl/Bent Barbell Curl – This weight needs to be light. Let me give you and idea of how light. At one time I could do barbell curls using 225 lbs for sets of 3 to 4. That’s heavy but for this workout I only used a 45 lb bar with only 25’s on each side. The deal is this if the weight is too heavy it will be impossible to contract at the top and hold the reps up there for a one/two count. This workout is not about ego it’s about pain tolerance. How much can you handle before you crumble or not?
Some Tips
Do not extend and lock out your arms on the bottom, instead keep a slight bend at the elbows as this will keep continuous tension on the biceps andminimize risk of a tear.
As you reach the half way point of the repetition begin to release your grip so that the tension remains on the biceps throughout the movement and particularly at the top. You want to avoid the white knuckle syndrome because at that point a disproportionate amount of the tension is distributed to and shared with the muscles of the forearms.
Do not squeeze, contract or flex the biceps while curling the weight, instead, just curl it safely and once you reach the top of the movement squeeze the living **** out of the biceps as if you were on stage hitting your best double bicep pose.
#2 Standing Dumbbell Curls – Nothing changes here keep the weight light. Again using me as a point of reference – a hundred years ago and back in the day when hair only grew on my head not my ears I did sets of 6 reps with 90 pound dumbbells. For this workout I dropped all the way down to 30 to 35 pounds so that I could feel that intense squeeze at the top.
Some Tips
If you are going to use wraps make sure you can wrap those things FAST. Avoid breaking in a new set when doing this workout.
To get an added contraction do two things;
Raise your elbow in front of the body
Rotate your pinky finger toward the outside of your shoulders. This will enable you to get the most intense contraction possible.
Release the weight slowly and under control.
Perform a near negative when returning the weight down to your side.
Avoid the white knuckle syndrome – reference the Barbell curl
Like the previous set avoid locking your arms and keep a slight bend at the elbows.
The last 8 repetitions become a battle of will so fight through them and don’t get sloppy with form.
#3 Seated Machine Preacher Curls – This is the money set and the one that defines you. The set that separates the men from the boys! By now, if you did everything like I told you then your biceps are pumping big time and you’re in major pain. The NO-Beta™ only makes matters worse because the pump becomes inhuman. I’ve actually had guys go through this workout and be incapable of performing the 2nd set because between sets they kept getting more pumped. For Real!
If you brought a partner in crime to share in the massacre this is the set where he pays dividends. What you want from him is to be in your face doing whatever it takes to keep you from quitting before your biceps give out. If that means insulting your mother, sister and dog you need him to do what he can and not let you quit. Your biceps are saying screw this and screaming STOP but you got push through. This is when you test how strong your mind is and whether or not you can will through to true muscle failure.
Some Tips
Keep a very light grip and as you know go light. I’ve never been much of a preacher curl guy so I literally use girl weight.
Do not lockout at the bottom of the movement.
Hold the contraction for the one/two count.
Do not contract during the curling motion
Your sets to exhaustion are not to be done fast. It’s not a race in fact you’ll get there faster by keeping the motion going and continuous.
Perform full range motion repetitions.
You want to perform 3 sets of this madness. One set is when you go through the rotation from one exercise to the next to the next with NO REST in between sets.
If you find that the contraction portion of the set is going downhill and you can’t get a very good contraction you may need to do one of two things;
Use lighter weights on that set (and/or)
Increase carbohydrate intake the previous day.
The pace you and your partner want to use is; you go through your 3 sets with him in your face and then you do the same for him. Remember 3 total sets.
Stressors during the day can affect how you perform so if you have an off day; don’t get down on yourself simply rebound.
Not everyone will be able to perform the workout to failure and that’s ok but you know the point you want to shoot for.
NO-Beta™ will cause this workout to be more insane then you can imagine but the upside is that your biceps will be pumped beyond anything you’ve ever done
Well there it is here is my workout

After my 2 set i knew this was not just the no Beta kicking in i mean it always give me a better pump but this workout and that no beta was too much for me to do every week which i dont thin kis even smart to do lol Well let yme ask what do you think paul or anyone when can i use these brutal giant set exercises i am a personal trainer and i was thinking of doing 3 weeks my way and 1 week i use the Whole aresenal of double T workouts as one week of each month that i think will help my goals and not be too overtaxing on my muscles that week will be hell but i will be ready for it.
Hey by the way any reps or Paul any coupon codes for some No beta or glutacene i have been paying full price for months here lol i would take more servings and maybe add a supp to my stack if there is any coupon codes or something im Going to win this and could use any help lol

It sounds like you did a smoking job on the NO-Beta Bulging Biceps contest - the last time I did it I could barely get through the second second set. NO-Beta is incredible with these contraction type sessions and giant sets. Did you hold the contractions for a count of 2?

Looks like you've been hitting the gym hard, how's your diet looking?
Has your recovery improved since taking the Double-T supps?
As for quads and hams, I like to hit hams w/ quads on leg day and then hit them again when I do back after straight leg deadlifts because I do a lot of biking and cardio so my quads get way more work and it would look really uneven if I didn't double up on the hams.

It sounds like you did a smoking job on the NO-Beta Bulging Biceps contest - the last time I did it I could barely get through the second second set. NO-Beta is incredible with these contraction type sessions and giant sets. Did you hold the contractions for a count of 2?
Yes paul of course lol i sucked it up and did my best with it it was unreal the pump cant wait to try the tri and chest workout
Sub'd Good luck with this contest! About your question on splitting hams/quads... I like to keep mine together and just make it a "leg day"... I like to absolutely destroy my legs and it sounds like you will be doing the same! I can't imagine the pain of splitting it up LOL! yea i always agreed with you but sinnce i been doing lots formy core and lower back as well its hard keeping my hams fresh i was thining of killing them one day and then quads like 2 days after i have a killer ham routine
Looks like you've been hitting the gym hard, how's your diet looking?
Has your recovery improved since taking the Double-T supps?
As for quads and hams, I like to hit hams w/ quads on leg day and then hit them again when I do back after straight leg deadlifts because I do a lot of biking and cardio so my quads get way more work and it would look really uneven if I didn't double up on the hams.
my diet is great and on point staying around 3000 cals and still losing water when i stall at that i will go down slowly and keep it moving from there my water weight gets so crazyfrom years of keto diets but i have a plan that should make me get a amazing body

thank you excellent i havebeen on Double T supps for around 6 months and when im out for a while i notice the difference i really do. They are so willing to help and motivate you its great. They are not claiming their supps are magic and i love how they dont make any supps that are proven to work as good as only a placebo ( i refuse to buy supps from a company when they do that ) They are an honest company and they give me very good ideas and they listen when you message them so itsmy pleasure to do this log for them win or loose lol

Ok aprils Fools day April 1
Also sorry this is my first log and i want to make it as intresting as i can so i will be doing weekly weigh ins even though i dont go much by what the scale says lol
SO
Well today is my best friend and most loyal friend in the worlds bday today. HEs also my training partner. Today i am feeling much better than yesterday and im ready to go (amazing how leg days are so hard to be pumped for lol ) \
Today i will do the DOuble T Thrashing tri workout here it is detailed on Their Webpage
The Workout:
Now that the work area is ready and you are physically and mentally prepared you are READY! NO-Beta™ is letting you know with its warmth that you are primed and ready to go to work. Before you kick off the first set review in your mind one last time each segment of the Giant Set and get started.
Lying Overhead Cable Extensions w/t EZ Bar
Sets/Reps: 3 to 4 Sets of 8 PC Reps + 8 to 16 FRM RepsLoad: Extremely LightRest Period:NONE go straight to next exerciseTechniques: Giant Sets move to next exercise with no rest (GS) Full Range of Motion (FRM) Peak Contraction (PC)Lying flat on a bench either reach back and secure the bar on your own or better yet have someone hand it to you. Feel free to get either a close or wide grip. If you are dealing with any injuries the ez bar should allow you to find several grip options that doesn’t aggravate the injury.
Start with the elbows pointing straight up to the ceiling aligned over your chest. Bring the bar straight up in a sort of circular motion until the bar is directly over head. It is from this position (the top) that you want to do 3 things: 1. Relax your grip 2. Hold the bar above head for a pause and 3. Perform a “kick” squeezing the **** out of your triceps holding the PC for a 2 second count. See tips.
Perform 8 extremely intense reps as described above using the PC contraction principle followed by 8 to16 repetitions performed slowly emphasizing full range of motion (FRM) WITHOUT squeezing. Because the weight is light you WILL NOT be exhausted after the PC reps, instead though hurting you will absolutely be able to perform additional repetitions. Because of the pain your tendency will be to move through these repetitions quickly so work hard to slow things down.
Tips
Hold the Peak Contraction (PC) for a 2 count
The “kick” should be no more then moving the overhead position to over the chest a very short distance
Manage each PC and don’t allow yourself to have a bad contraction
When performing the second group of repetitions using FRM allow the bar to pull back bringing your elbows even with or below your ears this will keep continuous tension (CT) on the triceps and give a hell of a stretch
When initiating the repetitions DO NOT lunge or throw the weight as this sloppy effort will engage auxiliary muscles
Machine Triceps Pushdown w/t EZ Bar
Sets/Reps: 3 Sets of 8 PC Reps + 8 to 12 FRM RepsLoad: Extremely LightRest Period:NONE go straight to next exerciseTechniques: Giant Sets (move to next exercise with no rest) Full Range of Motion (FRM) Peak Contraction (PC)Triceps pushdowns are one of the easiest exercises to perform. Find the grip that best suits you (whether it is close or wide) and perform the movement.
To start make sure the pulley is placed on the highest possible option. Make certain that you are aligned no more then 4/6 inches away. Elbows must be pointing straight down to the floor the entire time while your overhand grip holds the bar at a height right under the chin. You will feel your triceps in a full extension. As the set is performed you will move the weight through its FRM.
Begin performing the set with ZERO rest from the previous exercise and no rest as you move to the next and final exercise. The full rotation of the 3 different exercises will be 1 set.
Tips
Stand close to machine so that the cable moves north and south
Make absolutely certain to keep the elbows facing south the entire time
DO NOT allow the elbows to forward (this happens during fatigue and when the load is excessive)
DO NOT allow the anterior head (front delts) to swing forward when initiating the rep. Doing so means that the movement is being initiated with the delts while stress is divided between the anterior delts and the triceps
When squeezing do so with your palms open but keep your thumb looped under (bar should rest comfortably between the index finger and the thumb across the inside of your hand
DO NOT squeeze the bar as it will unnecessarily engage the muscles of the forearm
Machine Triceps Pushdown w/t Rope
Sets/Reps: 3 Sets of 8 PC Reps + 8 FRM RepsLoad: Extremely LightRest Period: Approximately 90 secondsTechniques: Giant Sets (This is the last exercise of the rotation) Full Range of Motion (FRM) Peak Contraction (PC)This is the exercise that says whether or not you are serious about developing triceps. Don’t be a puss, get your head right, refocus and attack this set.
The exercise is performed identical to the Machine Triceps Pushdown w/t EZ Bar but with a rope so the same alignment details need to be followed. In some cases a gyms cable crossover is short and performing the repetitions may cause you to hit the top of the pulley. If this is the case, you can easily solve it by kneeling in front of the pulley and strictly observing the directions for alignment.
Now, here’s the difference. Start by pulling the rope into an inverted “V” path. That DOES NOT mean to start moving the rope straight down then pulling apart. Work hard to maintain the inverted “V” as this path recruits additional motors. At the bottom of the set that’s where you contract but again squeezing intensely and holding that contraction for a 2 count. When releasing the contraction slowly return to the starting position but following the same path back to the top.
It’s all about pain management at this point. Experienced bodybuilders have learned how to separate the pain from their mind allowing them to journey far into the true limitations of muscle performance. Instead of the set ending because it hurts it ends because ATP levels become depleted while an acidic environment becomes prevalent making it impossible to perform another repetition – this is where you want to go.
When you are done with set #1 your triceps will be in explosive mode. If you are vascular NO-Beat™ will have caused you to see new vascularity starting to show all over your triceps. At the end of the set the power of NO-Beta™ will be evident as blood continues to flood into the triceps faster then it can be carried out causing the pump to get more and more extreme. Set #1 is completed!
Tips
Stand close to machine so that the cable moves north and south
Make absolutely certain to keep the elbows facing south the entire time
DO NOT allow the elbows to swing up (this happens during fatigue and when the load is to heavy)
DO NOT rest your hands on your thighs or anywhere against your body when performing the peak contraction
When performing the FRM repetitions do so slowly don’t force repetitions by throwing the weight and lunging to do so is of no value
It is critical that the path of the repetition/s be maintained as the inverted “V”
Training Experience
Before performing the workout it’s very important that fitness and experience levels be determined. Once you know where you have slotted yourself proceed to select from the 3 workouts options below.
Even though the amount of load used is extremely light extreme caution should be observed. Over-enthused beginners could be in a lot of trouble should they attempt the advanced session on the first attempt. I have seen beginners take on the advanced workout and not be able to move their arms for almost a week. Adaptation to training tends to be rapid but be smart prior to moving toward the advanced level.

Ok remember everyone this is all done back to back with very little rest ( just your partner doing it all ) and at firsti was hanging tough. Yea for like 1 giant set i was like semi pumped and loving itand by rep 8 in the 2nd giant set wow it hit like a Ton of bricks. Such a crazy pump i almost stopped but gutted it out. Thiswas my first time doing this type of workout and im getting very used to the peak contraction reps and i use good form but it gets so hard i know i will get better at it and i cant imagine the burn i will get when i master this routine

My shoulders are a very weak point because of my football days and and days of 40 sets of chest lol. I was young and dumb and was always a good bencher so naturally i would do it until i was unable to move and sometimes i would do up to 40 sets total for chest and now my shoulders are paying the price,,,,,,other than that though i know it goes against everything that is right but it did give me a massive chest and a solid build and i know that gave me my foundation and i will see what i can achieve .

One tip that helped me a lot with developing my shoulders more is incorporating exercises for the rotator cuff, it also helps prevent injuries by strengthening those parts of the body for when you start to go heavier.
Keep pushing the weights, you'll have beastly shoulders in no time.

What I would do for your shoulder routine is :
Military press/ OHP
DB shoulder press or Arnold Press
Lateral raises
Facepulls
Upright rows
You can cut out the military press/ OHP but I find they're the best for strength, while DB shoulder press/ arnold presses are best for hypertrophy. What I posted will hit all 3 heads of your shoulders nicely.

A facepull is a movement like this: cZ5qv35izRQ You want to use a weight that isn't very heavy, its form that will matter here. It will hit you very nicely for rear delts. And if something hurts, don't do it. Try icing and heat it in intervals after a session and it isn't good by the next shoulder work out, either reassess your form or drop the exercise.

Hey real quick too im going to startdoing my cardio very soon now i have a great routine which you will all see but i was thinking of doing heavy bag work. WIll that be too much on my body if i do it after workouts for like a total of 30 mins with a good amount of rest inbetween so it wont be 30 mins of punching not even close lol will it interfere with me building muscle should i do it on seperate days or not at all or is it fine after a workout

Heavy bag work should be fine. You will probably find it more enjoyable and look forward to it if you hate walking or running like some people. It shouldn't interfere with the muscle building. I actually wouldn't mind doing some of that myself, but at my gym there is only 1 bag and it is usually taken.

I personally would (IF and only IF you have time for it) do it on your off days, and have a 15 minute walk post workout. I say this only because heavy bag training is an intesne cardio! It doesn't take only stamina but strength to really knock that thing around. You could certainly do it post workout, but I think you could potentially get the most out of it on a day when you're fresh, and giving it your all.
Summary: Either way will work :D

I think that the heavy bag workout is awesome for cardio and should really help you melt the body fat away when combined with a proper nutrition plan and good supplementation. I would recommend doing this on your off days since is it such an intense workout. I have found that after workout cardio is best using LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) to maintain muscle. I would also ensure I am getting sufficient doses of Glutacene in during this training to maintain your hard gained muscle.
I did loose some muscle mass during my last cut for the 2009 contest. But kept it to a minimum. My supplements really helped in this area.

Heavy bag work is a great way to finish a workout and you're better off with doing the cardio post lifting and resting on your off days for better gains and recovery. Try to find a bag that's about 1/2 your weight for optimal training efficiency (that's the general rule of thumb with boxing training).

ill be honest they are great man they really are. Nice work on the legs yesterday. I hear you about the working out on a low calorie day, that is when I really noticed my supplements taking over and giving me the push to still get PR's in.
I know after some of these sets you will really be appreciating your Glutacene, the taste is awesome but more importantly it will really give you that recovery so that you can hit the gym and have a productive day today as well. Keep up the great work bro!

awesome workouts and glad to see your liking the products, you should update us and give an evaluation on the products soon. Also good thinking in incorporating different types of cardio (heavy bag) in your workouts it's a great way to get your heart rate up. What I like to do is intervals of jump rope and hitting the bag, that will really get the calories burning and a nice over all body burn.

Great work on the triceps, if you are one of us who enjoys the burn and huge pump you get with NO Beta combined with an inane workout then give the Thrashing Triceps a go. It will be the sickest routine you have ever put your triceps through. I actaully did this for two weeks taking 7 NO Beta and it was crazy. I loved it!

I found a great exercise routine for the lats with the Bent Over Barbell Rows. You can also do a very similar Barbell Row for the rear delts on shoulder day and it really targets them well. I had some great success with the Bent Over Rows and really saw my lats blow up over a period of about 5 weeks. You might want to give them a try. Here is a link to the exercise fof reference.

I would try that new routine for a few weeks and see how you feel after a few workouts doing it. I'd just throw the DB Pullovers at the end of the chest workout and like the back routine see how it feels a few times and just adjust things to custom fit your routine.

I am personally a firm beliver and proponent of the Dumbbell Pullovers using jsut your shoulder on a flat bench balancing your feet on the floor in front of you. I do the bent arm pullovers on chest day and can really feel the burn there.
Not many people do these anymore, it is definitely an old school routine but well worth integrating into your workout.
Now let's talk Hise Shrugs FTW!

I would do pullovers at the end of a chest day, and for back, I would do: Regular DL, chins, BORs, lap pull downs. Don't bother with SLDL for back, leave that for leg day.

Nice Bi and Core workout. Glad Glutacene is working so well for it. It really does work great. How many times do you do Abs? I try to do them 2 times week. Usually Wednesday and a light routine on Saturday morning with Chest.
My ab routine is this..
Hanging Leg Raises
Oblique Crunches
Weighted Sit Ups
Rope Crunches
Oblique Turns (using the cables where you rotate your hips holding on to the cable)
Cable Body Curls (lay on the ground and hook my feet in the handle on the cable and pull my legs up, kinda like the Hanging leg raise almost)
Weighted Decline Sit ups.
Works great for me!

You should definitely be feeling the hanging leg raises in your abs. Are you "swinging" when you do them? It's important to try and keep your upper body still and lift your legs using only your abs. I started out by only bringing my knees up until my abs got stronger and now I am able to do them perfectly. The NoBeta helps me SO much with these because like you said above, I really feel like I have control over the muscle.
Synapsin

For abs, only do them 2-3 timees a week, work them out like any other muscle group. Now, for more visble abs, you'll have to worry about diet more than anything, so to see your abs, you need to lower your bf %. Glad to hear the GlutaCene is helping you out.

Looks like you had a pretty solid training day bro. Also some replies with some pretty solid advice on your ab/core training. Biggest thing I can chime in with is using proper form. That is a key to good development. I think CW noted this as well.
Highdie made a good point in that much af your ab development is actually going to be allowing the six pack you already have be revealed by loss of body fat wich comes about through proper nutrition and lots of crapio :( Sorry!
Keep up the great work!

You're definitely showing dramatic improvement in your strength which is always a good sign, I concur with the advice about only training abs 2-3x a week because you'd be surprised as to how much they get hit when you do heavy compounds as is.

I have found working out at 5 AM on an empty stomach I really get the full effects from the NO Beta and the CreaDyl. I don't necessarily wake up ready to go hard but once I take my supplements and hit the road I am definitely ready and have an energy level that is unsurpassed any other time.
This week I am working out around 10:30 - 11:00 in the morning and just those few hours difference is affecting my normal energy and intensity level.
Great workout bro!

Nice weight drop there bro. Good solid work.
I too respond best to low carb for wegiht loss. Just coming off a cut with low/no carb I have started a clean bulk doing 300g of carbs a day. I will try to gain 1.5-2 pounds of lean body mass a week for the next 10 weeks while keeping my total body fat increase to under 2-3%. With the high carbs this will be a challenge.
I think you are on a great path to success. Keep up the great job!

I work out in the mornings as well, getting out of bed is the hardest part, but once I am up I am usually ready to go after taking my NO Beta and CreaDyl. I love the early AM workouts because I seldom have to wait on equipment and it seems to give me an energy push that lasts through the rest of the day. By the time I get into the office everyone else is dragging around and going for coffee and I feel like I am on fire :)

Glad the supplements are working well. Good workouts too, and I always feel so exhausted after squats, its great. Now, for deadlifts, don't worry about it at all. Just keep working at it, it honestly gets better with practice. I started off at 135 too and I felt really weak too, but after I took the time to work at getting better at it, my deadlifts are over 400. Also, about the awkwardness of the form, are you sure your form is correct? Ie back arched, etc? You might have an issue with leg drive at the start. Keep up with that attitude and try your best, that's the only way to succeed in this game bro!

Yea i made sure my form was spoton before i used any weight i practiced in a rack and would do half deadlifts weightless im a personal trainer and i know my stuff and i wont waste any sets or reps so i didi this until my f orm was there but usualy what i think gives me edge is my overall control i get over the muscle i workout even when going low reps but the deadlift i felt unstable and the weight kind of made my legs shake but i will do this all day until my power comes Chest later

When you say your shoulders are tight, do you mean they hurt/ aren't flexible? And yes, progress is always great haha.
speaking as someones who's dealt with shoulder pain for years....before any kind of pressing, thoroughly warm them up.... I do alot of arm circles and a dumbbell routine to loosen them up and to get the RC's ready for the movements

hey thanks for all the support i really think your all great for all the advice and help but guys as a personal trainer i learned that when dealing with the shoulder well in my case its realy more my rotator cuff i learned that really throwing in resistance and a warm up with weights for the shoulder will only tire out the cuff and make it more easily damaged. It would be much better and get much stronger if you did those after training or on off days arm circles and other dynamic stretches are fine before working out but i wouldunt add any weight before i do my shoulders or chest but listen i dont wanna sound like a know it all i also did not agree with alot of stuff i learned at my school just want to see you all succeed

Try this for a good chest routine...:
Main lift: Decline/Flat/Incline, choose one. 5 sets of intense lifting.
Supplement lift: Decline/Flat/Incline, choose one. 3 sets of intense, but more reps than you did for main lift.
Dips (you could also just do dips as the supplement lift and not have to do so much volume if you want to keep volume down).
Cable flies/ DB flies/ Cable press, whatever you want, 20 rep sets, 3 sets.
Main idea with chest is not too much volume, intensity is key. Same as with any muscle group...

Looks like you are making some steady progress in your workout routines. I like the advice synapsin gave on a chest routine.
Love the details you are providing on your workouts you may consider including your nutritional intake and supplement dosing as well to provide a full picture.
You seem very knowledgable about all of this but like me I always like to get as much input as possible weather I consider it or not I always can tweak my regiment and the feedback really helps me in that.
Keep killin it bro, and good luck!

Nice number there bro and 20 minutes on the speed bag and another 10 jumping rope is sick bro!
Allergies are a killer, I absolutely hate them. My allergies and asthma were really bothering me last week but this week I have been in the desert area of British Columbia and no allergies at all, so I will miss it when I fly home today.
Have you looked at either Betacene or CreaDyl? I have been taking Betacene here this week and love it!
I tweak my supplements as I find doses and times that work best for me so posting them is always helpful as I make those adjustments. It gives me a record of what worked as well as soliciting feedback from other log followers who may not go back to read previous posts.
Have a great weekend  and hit it hard on Monday!!

I like your confidence bro, I am ready to watch you take the contest by storm and see some great results.
There was a lot of good competition among the 2009 contestants and outside of the 14 listed winners everyone who competed won by accomplishing personal bests that will hopefully carry them through many years and by a changed lifestyle that is more healthy and fit.
You can see those selected here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=119821361 for anyone who has not seen the results so far. Pretty exciting!
Your workout looks pretty stellar as always above bro, keep up the great work and I am sure the rear delts will come in shortly.

HIIT is actually more beneficial than LISS cardio for "fatloss" (debatable), so don't feel bad about that. Your workout looks solid man, and glad you're enjoying the Glutacene and NO Beta. And Glutacene isn't high calories or carbs, so no worries about that.

Awesome so far man, 22 pound loss is great work! And for the carbs thing, try to time your carb intake for whenever you need the most energy during the day. It helps when going low carbs, otherwise sligthtly increase your carbs if this is becoming a problem until its just fine, without going overboard.

How much i felt the supps-10 just when you think that your getting over the effects of No Beta the prescense was felt today wow
well just i know i give most of the credit to the NO beta but honestlty i feel the glutacene is the reason im getting so shredded. I have went many weeks doing around the same diet and amounts of cardio but never getting to this level of leaness wow .....i really feel its aiding my recovery so much and helping me stay very hard also
