Ate Clean all weekend and worked my ass off. Weighed in at the same weight today as I did five days ago. Slept good last night, which was needed after the weekend and swimming laps yesterday morning. Looking nice and lean this morning. I'm going to either run cross country or bike with my partner Tank tonight and weights. Laps at 5:30 am tomorrow.

This is a sample of the daily calorie chart log that I keep. At the end of the day I make notes to myself. I look over the past week every Sunday and try to make changes where needed. Also it's helpful for me because if I like the result I had for the past week I can follow the same ratios or change as necessary.

I really pushed myself to punish my legs tonight. Ran three miles than lifted. I am so proud of myself.

I want to push past 30 laps in the morning. Yesterday morning I wanted to quit after 4, but I kept going and once my muscles warmed up I was so happy with myself.

My day end totals for food were right on tonight. Yeah for me!!! Another great day! I can't wait for tomorrow!!!

Ate clean all weekend and I worked on my weight room, about 8 hours Sat and 8 hours Sun mudding, painting, etc. so I didn't do any cardio this weekend. I am tired! Swimming tomorrow morning and then lifting tomorrow night-arms. My legs have been sore this weekend from Thursday nights lift and run. I can't wait to measure myself Thursday to see my progress so far.

Tired off my ass today. I'm going to try adding 200-300 Calories to my food log today to see if I will have enough energy to lift tonight (arms). Did 3x12 reps at high weight on all arm exercises Friday. My arms weren't sore the next day so I'm going to have to up it tonight. My legs still have a little tingle of soreness left from the ass kicking workout I did from Thursday night. Of course I did do some major construction on my weight room this weekend so they didn't really have a chance to rest.

Biked three miles after work yesterday then lifted to max on my arms. This morning I did my 30 laps and rode bike to work (2 miles). Feeling great. I was short about 100 calories last night but I feel fine so far today.

Had a good weekend. Skipped Easter Dinner and just had a chicken breast with veggies. No candy for me either. Not really even tempted. I don't eat sugar generally as a rule and so I don't really crave it. Did yard work yesterday. Swam this morning and biked to work.

I feel great today as I actually got a good 9 hours of sleep last night. Plan on running tonight and hitting the weights. I'm also thinking about lowering my calories to 1250 by this weekend. I took progress pics yesterday but wasn't impressed with the lighting so maybe I'll try it again this weekend. I love what I'm seeing so far though.

I was looking through my food log and the last time I ate anything "bad" was on March 27th, I had 2Tbsp of Miracle Whip. I had 3 triangles from a Toblerone and Baked Doritos (NOT good at all- nothing like the real thing) last night (calories logged of course). I can't say they were that great. I don't miss sugar or crappy food. :) I like seeing my body transform much more than a few seconds of sugar.

All your double t sports supplements :)

I don't have any Double T. I wanted to order Keto Cuts but they still don't have it in the BB Store and I'm too lazy to google it. It just pisses me off on principle that they have a contest without the product available.

I was looking over the women's prizes and all I can win is a $5,000 shopping spree. Big deal. I want more!

I'm thinking about setting a bigger goal for my next challenge. I would push myself to the limit on the Double T women's transformation but I think only a man can win the overall prize.

I'm finding the vitamins I'm taking are really helping me. I'm also adding Selenium, Lecithin, Potassium and NAC. I bought some more Yerba Mate yesterday at the health food store. I have missed you my friend. I bought some Quinoa too. It's kind of an interesting little morsel. I'm thinking of making some protein bars or cookies with it this weekend.

Ohhh let me know if you come up with any good quinoa recipes, I really like the grain but am having a hard time really integrating it into the diet (other than just generally eating it plain along with chicken or some other meat).

Feeling tired right now. Swam this morning and lifted before I came to work. I was feeling a little worn out the last couple of days. I bumped my cals up to maintenance yesterday and I'm feeling stronger today. Will do another day of maintenance and then hit the fat loss restriction again tomorrow. Hey-Just realized it's Friday! Hurray!!! I NEED to pick up some more Protein this weekend. Can't forget.

I haven't used the quinoa yet. I made peanut butter protein cookies instead. If I come with some good recipes for it I will let you know.
