Transformation: the word means something different for everyone on a quest to transform their bodies. For some, it is a second chance to have their youthful form again. For others, it is a chance to change their lifestyles for the better, to end a lifetime of bad habits. For those like myself, however, it is a part of life, something that is cyclical in nature. This is the life of a bodybuilder.

When I first came across Double T Sports 10 Week Transformation Challenge, I was very intrigued. Last year, I only dieted down for 12 weeks before my first bodybuilding competition. This short amount of time used for preparation came back to bite me on the backside, as over time I slowed my metabolism, lost a great deal of muscle mass, and became completely miserable from the overtraining and limited caloric intake. I knew I needed a change, so I decided to take a full 18-20 weeks to accomplish this feat. With the timing of the challenge lining up so well, I decided to take the opportunity to try out some new supplements while slowly cutting down.

The first two weeks of the contest, I continued bulking phase that had been started months prior, and the final eight would be for cutting. Never could I have imagined, however, the incredible changes that my body would experience. During those first two weeks, my weight didn’t fluctuate by much, though I noticed my strength rising through the roof. All of my PR’s on heavy lifts skyrocketed, and my muscles looked full and perpetually pumped; all this while LOSING FAT ON A BULK.

I couldn’t believe my eyes! Never before, while bulking up, could I imagine losing bodyfat. I was actually excited about starting my cut! I kept my diet fairly similar, only conducting a small carb cut later at night, and incorporating three days of cardio a week. As the weeks went on, I increased this to four, and even five days a week during the final week. All cardiovascular exercise is performed early morning, on a nearly empty stomach. All I would consume before doing so was one scoop of GlutaCene mixed in water.

My diet, which was very consistent throughout the contest, consisted of roughly 300 grams of protein, 240 grams of carbs, the vast majority of which were consumed before, during, and immediately after my 10 a.m. lifting sessions, and 80 grams of fat, most of which was consumed opposite carbohydrates, mainly at night. The protein amounts were spread out evenly throughout the day, in 6-7 meals, each 2.5-5 hours apart from each other.

I designed my own workout program, which consisted of 6 days of lifting each week, followed by Sunday as my off day. Monday was my chest workout, Tuesday back, Wednesday shoulders/trap, Thursday quads/glutes, Friday arms, and Saturday hamstrings/calves. I worked my abdominals three days a weeks, and core stability work on the other three days, alternating between the two.

This is not the first time that I have put myself on this kind of extreme physical regiment. Last year, I did so for twelve weeks leading up to my first bodybuilding competition. Though I went too intense last year, I had a rough understanding of how my body reacted to such stress, and had set some expectations for how this ten week challenge would go. With the incorporation of elite level supplementation from Double T Sports, however, those expectations were completely blown out of the water.

Entering this competition, I knew that I would have a hard time competing. I was already somebody who had been working out intensely for years, and considered myself a highly trained athlete. I have tried an extremely large number of different supplements and companies, and thought I had already found what worked best for me. I thought I could use this time to begin a cut down for the show, while just trying to preserve muscle. I expected to lose a few pounds, but not experience anything overly drastic. I have never been so happy to be proven wrong.

Starting out the transformation contest, I weighed in at 194 pounds, while holding an already fairly low 11.4% bodyfat. I kept myself fairly lean year round, thus the reason for me to have average expectations for myself during the challenge. I was already in good shape, and didn’t think that I could have an “amazing” transformation. Just ten short weeks later, however, I was shown the effects of truly amazing products, and the potential I have if I continue these products.

The results are in. A mere 6 pounds lost, down to 188. This, yes, I did expect. Bodyfat percentage change: an amazing 5.3%, dropping all the way to 6.1% in a mere ten weeks! I was extremely pleased with this. However, you may have noticed that there is something strange here, that the bodyfat lost and weight loss numbers don’t quite add up. Why is this? Because, during this time, I also gained 4 pounds of full, rock-hard muscle! That’s right people, I GAINED MUSCLE AND LOST FAT AT THE SAME TIME!!!! A full 15 pound swing! Did I expect this? I think the better question is did I even think this was possible. No, I didn’t! I could never imagine these kinds of changes that my body could experience, I was truly dumbfounded. Given that I have worked these diet and exercise plans together before, and not seen nearly this kind of change in my body, that leaves only one thing that could have helped me get here: Double T Sports.

I have used a wide variety of supplements over the past two years that I have been seriously into bodybuilding and fitness, trying to find the right things for my body. Being that I keep completely natural, proper supplementation can be what sets one apart from the pack on stage. I keep myself limited to creatine, NO, PWO’s, IWO’s, and proteins for sports supplements. I must have tried dozens of each of these categories, but I have finally found the ones, the company I will trust, and continue to use for the rest of my days, in Double T.

NO Beta is by far, hands down the single greatest NO product on the market today. I have tried a vast number of NO products, from straight up Arginine to PWO mixtures, and I have to say, nothing even comes close. NO Beta gives me the best pump I have ever experienced, it’s truly a skin-tearer! My veins are popping out of me left and right when I’m pumping iron, too. I look like a roadmap with the intense vascularity! Now, I could never even think about anything else, NO Beta has a lifelong user in me.

Creatine’s creatine, right? They all have the same standard effects, right? Wrong. Creadyl gives you these effects, the increased strength and size, those extra few reps on the bench. Yeahm it does that. But what sets it apart from other creatines? The fact that it’s not just a creatine. Creadyl is a muscle volumizer and hydrator. Within minutes of taking creadyl, you can actually FEEL Creadyl entering you muscles, filling them more than you could have ever experienced before! I feel swollen beyond belief, and more energized and focused than ever before! Ladies and gentlemen, we now have a hands down winner in the creatine market!

That takes care of everything I could ever need pre-workout, and replaced all of my previous products. The third Double T Sports product that I used throughout the contest replaced my intra-workout, as well. GlutaCene has everything you could ever want in an IWO, plus some other things you would have never thought of that make it simply the best on the market. Most IWO’s follow the same standard procedure. BCAA’s, glutamine, vitamin B. Cool. So what? If you use one of them, you basically use them all. Well, just as they did with their NO Beta and Creadyl, Double T has set the new standard in sports supplementation. Double T Sports has taken that base formula for IWO’s, and added their own special blend of BetaCene. The blends of GlutaCene and BetaCene takes the bar and sets it to a whole new level for intra-workout products. GlutaCene provides powerful amino acids to prevent the breakdown and begin the healing process of the muscles while pumping iron, and BetaCene gives you the boost you need to power through those final few reps at the end of a killer workout. When Double T Sports named this product GlutaCene Elite, they meant it!

I have to thank Double T Sports for showing me what real high quality is. Thanks to the discovery of this amazing product, not only have I made unbelievable strides with my physique over the past ten weeks, but I now feel as though I will make it big in the INBF/WNBF. If I can continue attaining these amazing results, I will have that pro card in my hands in the near future, and nothing would please me more than to represent Double T Sports in my quest to becoming an elite natural bodybuilder.

Once you've won the teen's class, you have to do the open, right? Or can you still do the novice?

I could still do novice, but I'm not going to. I'll do the junior's and the open. I turn 20 tomorrow anyways, so I couldn't redo teens even if I wanted to, which I don't. This year, the goal is win junior's and just see where I land in open. I use that to compare myself to the others. I'd rather lose open and learn than win novice and just move on to open anyways next year.

But I obviously wouldn't mind getting lucky in the open's either haha
