I've been waiting for about a week for my CreaDyl to get here. Today it was like Christmas when I saw the Fed Ex truck pull up. I didn't waste any time I ripped open the box. I hadn't even taken any of the product and I already had a pump going I could just feel what was to come, I couldn't wait to take some and get to the gym.
I mixed up a protein shake and downed it on the way to the gym. Today was leg day and it was awesome! I purchased CreaDyl and GlutaCene Elite. I am not sure if I should be mixing them or not but I like what I read on both reviews. I Mixed a serving of both together with 20oz of water, the Lemon lime and mixed berries tasted alright together. I am not sure if it was because I ate a sandwhich, had a glasss of OJ, and the shake 20 minutes before my work out, but I felt like puking the entire time I was there. It could also have been the awesome leg work out. Tomorrow I will make sure to be more prepared when I get to the gym so I can take the CreaDyle and GlutaCene Elite on an empty stomach.

Today was awesome, I had lots of energy through out the entire work out even though I was feeling sick. I am real excited to start this transformation. The prizes get me going but its the journey to getting into shape which I am greatful for. I was sputtering out on motivation a few days ago and then I heard about the Contest and was recharged. So yesterday the 18th I was able to take a full dose of both CreaDyl and the GlutaCene Elite and my stomach did not hurt while i was working out. I think it was because of the fact that didn't eat well at all on the 17th and then gourged my self right before i took a protein shake and went to the gym..... I don't eat well on my days off-
For my work out I'm taking a scoop and a half of CreaDyl and 3.5 scoops of ClutaCene with 20oz of water, its a little thick, but bearable.
Yesterday was arms, We train abs first and then alternate work outs between Bi's and Tri's. It was a good day at the gym, after we worked out we had a flex off in the mirror lol. My partner is a short stalky guy so i get a little jealous of his statur, cause i'm so long and lean. Were lifting about the same, he just looks more defined. Every thing was definately swollen on me yesterday and i was able to keep pushing it enough that i finally got the soreness in my arms today that i always get with my chest and legs.
Headed to the driving range now and then to play basketball for a couple hours. No lifting today.

I'm really struggling lately with food, I'm working two jobs to stay afloat with all the bills i have and i'm about to move to a new place on the first so i've got to save for rent there! So I can't go out and buy alot of healthy food. I do have a friend i met at work that is going to tailor his meal plan to fit me at 196lbs and 12% body fat. This guy is lean and hits the gym 6 times a week.
Other then the diet i'm hitting the gym alot and hard! I know i'm not gonna see any gains till i start eating right again. Today we did Chest Back and Shoulders. I'm not sure what to call some of the exercises that we did but it was a very intense work out. I love the CreaDyl cause even after were completely finished i still have energy. Today was the first day I took two scoops during my work out. The last three times i only took one and a half. and i'm doing just 1 scoop twice a day on off days. I just got back about a half hour ago from the gym and i'm still pumped if i could type with out errors i'm sure i could type well over 200 words per minute lol.
Today was another awesome day and i'm feeling great about the weeks to come, Just gotta start eating right!

It occured to me that I should mention that i work at a casino as a slot tech for 10 hours and i'm on my feet walking around then entire time, I went to the gym after I got off work and I still have this level of energy.

I didn't work out yesterday because my schedule was changed at work and I didn't have time to get in there. I will not sacrafice my sleep for anything lol. I have to get 8 hours or i get really cranky haha. I'm off at 8 tonight and headed strait to the gym. Today is leg day, Gonna hit the squat hard until i cannot walk and then i'll crawl out of the gym and tell you about it.

I know how you feel about standing for 10 hours then lifting, i hated doing cardio after standing for 12 hours at my job. How are you liking the products?

I'm loving the products! I'm getting alot better work outs I feel the intensity i'm getting from the Creadyl. I'm not lifting heavier weights but i'm lifting more and like i said the intensity is great. I was out of the gym for the past three days because i'm moving. I got back in there this morning and did a quick chest and back work out which was awesome. I've started flexing in the mirror for about 10 minutes after every work out envisioning what i want to look like. I've started training abs first which is working well for me. I've been reading alot about working out vs training- so i stoped keeping track of what i'm lifting sets reps and weight-
Had an awesome arm work out last night and this morning was chest and back again- I started doing a different ab work out. I'm still training abs first so i can isolate them which seems to be working.
I put up 205 on flat BB bench 10 times with out a spot today which is fricken awesome for me my old max was 235. Today i was doing 1 arm flab DB bench presses, Those are a killer for my core.
I've put on a quarter inch on my right are and a half inch on my left since i started 3 weeks ago. I'm loving this stuff!
My goal is 17 inch arms, i'm at 15.25 right now on both. I'd like to see some more size to my back, and i'd like a better shape to my chest.

On days i hit the gym in the morning- 2 Scoops CreaDyl for pre/during training, and 1 scoop after lunch. I'm taking three scoops of the GlutaCene Elite after my after lunch meal if that makes sense =) I'm eating about every two hours- I know i'm a hog lol!
When I have to go to the gym late at night i only use 1 scoop early in the day and then another 1 during work out otherwise i cannot sleep. I'm always taking three scoops GlutaCene Elite during the day, I do not take it during the work out because i was mixing the two in one shaker and it was not very tasty =) I hope i don't lose too much of the effect of the GlutaCene Elite. Am I wasting the product using it this way?

To fully utilize the the products I would use CreaDyl pre and GlutaCene IntraWorkout.

Great workouts bro, sounds like you are enjoying your stack and they supplements are working for you. Nice workouts starting out. Good luck on your transformation. What are your specific goals? Do you have a training and nutrition plan? Any of the Double-T reps are more than willing to assist you in any of these areas to make the most out of your challenge experience.

First, GlutaCene should be the most amazing tasting supplement you have ever taken the key like anything else is that you use enough water and in your case sounds like you are using to little. Mix until you like the taste - let us know how that works.
Next, As much as possible you want to take all your servings DURING the workout. The Glutamine in there is to help mitigate excessive micro-trauma that will otherwise occur. You sip it in between sets and this prevents prematurely dumping glutamine from muscle back into circulation. If you can't get to sleep see whatelse you are using. GlutaCene has no stimulants. Keep training hard bro.

Have you always worked out late at night? I notice if I do I cant sleep, even though Im physically tired my mind/body wont let me fall asleep. And like maxrx said there's no stims so maybe a different supplement?
Whats you diet and training like btw?

The energy and pump pretty much wakes you up whether you want to be awake or not. Subbed and will be following along. How's your recovery improvement since starting the glutacene btw?

One thing to help with sleep is trying to increase your sleep efficiency if you are only able to work out in the pm.

Yeah, post up your routine. What kind if a split are you doing? And I would highly encourage you to keep a workout journal. I find it really helps to remember what you lifted previously and so you know when to adjust lifts as necessary.

Yes, exactly :) It also helps you see how much you are improving. It may not seem like you're improving much but when you look at stuff you did 3 months in the past, you'll be amazed at how well you may have done even though you don't normally think it.

I do not have a diet plan, I have been working on that I figured out the amount of calories i need to take in to gain 1.5 lbs per week but i don't know what food i'm gonna eat yet. A little short on cash because i had to buy some vitamins and more CreaDyl, that stuff goes fast lol.
I'm working out 5 or 6 days a week, usually before work, I do Chest and back, then legs and shoulders, then arms, and i just keep repeating this cycle whether i miss a day or not.
I started taking the CreaDyl pre work out and the GlutaCene during and it seems to be working good, Other then the fact that not having taken two scoops of CreaDyl while not working out. I was getting super hot and itchy! It wasn't that bad but I really wanted to be in the Gym.
The GlutaCene does taste good but it is realy sweet, I'm gonna try mixing it with more water. I'm really liking the muscle recovery and results i've gotten so far, I'm leaner and bigger and i'm loving it.

bent rows with DB or BB
Decline or incline depending on what i did last chest day and either BB or DB if i have spotter or not
Lat pull or- I'm not sure what to call them but using the cable and arms strait out you pull down with your lats
Push ups to burn out at the end
Leg and shouler
Squat
leg extension
leg curl
romainian deadlist
leg press
standing calf raises toes in toes out toes strait
seated calf raise
arnold press
front raises
machine press
standing bent fly's
shrugs
and the past week i've been taking 10lb DB in each hand and holding them strait out for as long as possible
Arm day
isolation Bicept
Tri kick backs
hammer curl
Cable rope push downs
4 sets 8 reps 30 sec rest after all four
preacher curl
dips
Thats about it, I put what ever weight i'm feeling on and try to burn out never going over 15 and i try to make a note of that so i put on more next time.

I'd also recommend doing all of your chest exercises in a row, thn switching to the back exercises rather than doing every other. You might not be able to use as much weight on the 2nd and 3rd exercises, but you'll get better results IMO.

Definitely try mixing in a little more water with the Glutacene. I found the taste a little sweet at first as well but now am mixing 3 scoops with about 20 oz of water and it is a perfect blend for me. Not too sweet but not watered down any either.
Your routine looks good, how do you feel it is matched to your goals?
I used the cut diet you can find it and download the ebook at www.cutdiet.com it worked really well for me and I stuck to it very tightly. It took about two full weeks for my energy level to get adjusted but once I had that it did great.

Yes, I agree with this, although I'd rather you make it a 4 day split and get back and chest days on their own days.

Won't that make me weaker when i get to the back? thats why i try to do the major lifts first one back and chest day, I'm open to trying other things if you don't think that will effect how well my back gets worked?

Do others agree with this statment? I've got a friend at work that has been helping me structure my work outs and he is an advocote for isolations first-

I can't really compare it to other recovery products because i've never taken any, I was taking animal pump for a few months and liked the results but they were nothing like what i'm having now!

You're doing push pull when you're doing back and chest on the same day so doing all your chest and then all your back in a row is counter intuitive to the point of this type of training.

personally I don't like push-pull routines, but if you're doing push-pull (chest is push; back is pull) then yeah you alternate chest/back/chest/back.

I think its working good for me so far, I've done different workouts before, i was doing 1 muscle group per day 5 or 6 days a week, I've done back and bi's, chest and tri, legs and shoulders, But so far doing it like the way i am now i like it the best.

Then keep it up, for the most part, no two people are the same and no two people respond the same to the exact same training regimen, thus you need to find what works for you and stick to it.

I would bring in very little complex carbs in your pre-workout meal, which should be about 2 hours before your workout. And towards the end cut out some/all of the rice milk (cuz of the carbs), even though PWO every calorie will count.
I would also suggest trying to squeeze in some low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt (basically a slow digesting whole food protein) to have before bed. Just a little bit since you dont want to be full going to sleep, but just for a little extra protein.

Here are some of my suggestions:
* Healthy fats needed besides fish/flax tabs. Try natty peanut butter/almond butter
* Why veggie protein for 1st meal?
* Definitely utilize fish (Tilapia - yum, yum)!
* How long after your workout until bedtime?

I will def add the cottage cheese right before i go to sleep so my muscles don't go catabolic, thanks for pointing it out.
I thought for muscle building you need a healthy amount of carbs and protiens post work out?

That veggie protein is pretty broscientific. I'm a firm follower of poliquin for the best way to starting the day being protein and fat. Meat and nuts or eggs always helps start the day off on the right foot, especially with some oats on the side.

I'm not familiar enough with veggie protein to say anything against it, but it sounds strange. Haha. Whey is faster digesting and may be better for meal 1 since that is when your body is in the most-need for nutrients.
I would say eat something pre-bed. A Small meal with 30 g protein and 10 g fat or so. This will help through the night.
Use PB whenever, man! You can eat it with every meal if you want. Just make sure it's natty. Don't overdo it either. I wouldn't have more than 32 g per meal (2 tablespoons).

I can vouch that peanut butter is great and also very addictive. It is one item on the cut diet plan for 10 weeks that I did not grow tired of. Also almond butter is great too. I found a local strore here with it on clearance and bought every jar they had. I put it on everything from eggs to broccoli and it just kept getting better and better.

My cardio is non existant, other then a 15 to 20 min walk in the woods with the dogs every couple days. I'm not a fan of cardio, i've gotten to where i am with out it, and i've read that is all about burning more calories then i take in, so i'm not gonna run lol

This contest is has several categories in which you can register to accomplish the goals you seek. There is a men's body building which would be geared toward bulking up and building muscle and size and there is a mens fitness which is probably geared more toward those looking to make a cut.
This contest has a place for everyone according to their goals. From what I am reading in your posts I am assuming you are probably entered in the contest with the goal of body building?

I think my buddy knows what he's talking about from listening to him about isolations, but of course thats just his experience. I agree totaly with doing compounds first and thats how i use to do it untill about two weeks ago. I'm gonna try it his way for a bit to see my results and see if i should revert back to hitting isolations last-
The diet as i understand is for a slow lean bulking, and thats really what i want, Id like to cut my BF down to 8% and gain about 5 to 10 lbs in the process-
I've since tweaked the meal plan a little after every ones suggestions, i bought some greek yogurt, but i'm a little worried about the sugar that late at night? And i'm doing a 50g protein shake first thing when i wake up to get my metabolism going-

I bought most of the stuff last night to start the new meal plan but i couldn't find Textured vegtable protein, and i'm not sure how to mix up the oatmeal- using almond milk if i mix up a few containers and take them to work will the milk go bad? I'd like to have everything prepared ahead of time- I cooked the Chicken and cleaned the broccoli and thats in the fridge, do i need to weight out the broccoli or is just putting it into a measuring cup ok?
Since i lacked some of this stuff and worked out in the morning instead of night my day went like this so far
50g Gaspari double chocolate protein in water
20 min walk with dogs
2 scoops CreaDyl before i left for gym
3 scoops Clutacene during work out
50g Gaspari double Chocolate in 16oz rice milk 15 min or so after work out
3 egg whites, 8 oz glass 2% milk, 2 Table spoons peanut button on an english muffin 2 hours after work out
I'm waiting on my break right now to go eat again- not sure what the Employee dinning room will have but i'll choose healthy-
Today was chest and back at the gym
I did abs first
then two sets of 10 pull ups
flat bench DB press 80's 2 sets of 10 then i dropped to 60's for 1 set of 15
Bent row with an underhand grip with 95lb bb 2 sets of 10 then with 105lb BB 1 set of 10
Decline bench on smith machine 70lbs on each side 1 set of 10 added 25 did a set of 8 then dropped 15 for another set of 10
seated lat pull with 100 not sure if its lbs or metric, 1 set of 10 then upped it to 115 and did 2 sets of 10
cable pec flys at shoulder height 17.5 i think its metric 1 set of 10 then 22.5 for a set of 10 and 27.5 for 9
I ran out of time and was feeling sick from taking the three shakes so close together my stomach was way too full 16 oz water with my protein, 16 with CreaDyl, and 20 with Glutacen all in less than an hour.
I'm keeping my work outs to right about 45 minutes because a friend told me your body stops producing testosterone after that, Can any one back that or disprove for me, thanks

Thats another theory of a friend doing the abs first which i've been doing for two weeks now, i use to do them last. His reasoning is that you get the best work out for your abs in the begining, that is also why he was saying to do isolations first-

While both he and I were on cuts for our contest the plan is very solid and you can always increase your caloric intake on the plan to eat healthy, be full and have the intake needed to build muscle while not adding additional body fat.

Like I say, I have had great success with this plan and it is by far the best and most successful nutrition plan I have used. See how it works for you or take and use what parts you like. Definitely NOT cool! Not every diet works for every person... the cut diet is pretty solid and you won't end up eating something that is way off base for you (like oatmeal and almond milk LOL!)... kdavidsonttm and drooks10 both had amazing transformations and stuck with their diets the whole 10 weeks so definitely worth checking out! :) The diet is definitely the toughest part but it will come together!

No, because you're working chest, with tri's secondary, first and then moving to back which would utilize different muscles. Personally, I'd recommend doing a chest/tri, legs/shoulders, back/bi split for a 3 day. Break up legs and shoulders if you do 4 days, but that's just me. I think doing chest and back on the same day is overkill.

I would agree here, I think this is very solid advice on a training rotation so that you can work each individual muscle group to its maximum. Combining back and chest would be difficult. The split provided by Segansational would work great on a 3 day split.

Good stuff here, and yeah diets are always a pain but sometimes you just have to play around with different foods and see what works best for you. There are healthy alternatives to basically every food out there. What I do sometimes is just go around a grocery store/whole foods or costco and just browse around check out what they have and who knows you may find something that's healthy and actually taste good.

The Bent Over Barbell Rows really helped me a bunch in my transformation. I hit them really hard the last 5 weeks and was able to really push my volume up each week. I really saw my Lats explode there at the end and wish I had started these back on day 1.
Here is a link to the exercise for reference. Give them a try and see what you think. I bought a set of hooks so that my wrist did not limit my weight. That helped a lot as well.

I'm working out first thing in the morning and not eating anything before my work outs so my body has to use its reserves to create energy- Right after the work out i'm having 16 oz of rice milk with 50g of protein poweder. Then an hour later i start my first meal.

The Bent Over Barbell Rows really helped me a bunch in my transformation. I hit them really hard the last 5 weeks and was able to really push my volume up each week. I really saw my Lats explode there at the end and wish I had started these back on day 1.
Here is a link to the exercise for reference. Give them a try and see what you think. I bought a set of hooks so that my wrist did not limit my weight. That helped a lot as well.

Thank you for the link, This is the one i do, I like to do the over hand grip and the underhand grip- I Guess i'll just keep hitting it hard and hope for results! I need a room with double mirrors so i can see my back lol

It also affords me the opportunity to really get the maximum effects of the NO-Beta and allows the Glutacene to really be absorbed and hit the muscle. I then do a protein shake within 45 minutes. I know the popular belief about the anabolic window is 30 minutes but 35-50 minutes seems to be my true window.

Nice workout man. I love shoulder day. Plus doing Arnolds are awesome! How was the pump in the shoulders, Still good? I think you should wait till atleast after you shower to have the protein shake. Everyone's body and opinions will vary on this. If having it right away is working out great for you then stick with it. I normally wait till after I do cardio, shower and get to work which is roughly 30-45 mins after my workout.

I don't think there are any advantages to waiting if you can stick it in. For me by the time I get my cardio completed and into the shower it is easier to mix and drink at work but that is just me. As long as your not getting any GI upset or anything then I say keep doing what you are doing.

I love leg day! that is my cheat day from now on cause of all the calories burnt, two days ago i went to jack in the box and got a big cheese burger, chicken sandwhich with bacon, large fry and a chocolate milk shake lololol so fricken good after eating oats almond milk chicken and broccoli! Funny thing is the next day i was down a whole body fat percentage!
I don't remember the numbers for the arms any more, i'll have to post this weeks when the information is fresh. This ear thing has got me all out of whach!

Thank you! a chick came over last night and made me some sort of salve with olive oil and garlic and dripped it in my ear, it makes it feel better and i've stuffed cotton in it also which straitens out my equalibrium.

well i've been eating food out of a refrigerator that doensn't work, for two weeks! I thought something was up when my milk tasted like strawberries lol. I guess thats why i have an are infection and am all stuffy lol, Probably not but now i have something to blame!
Today is back day at the gym metting two of my friend there. I finally found the steel cut oats which boast 7g of protien per 1/4 cup, so i'm mixing 1/2 cup steel cut with 1/2 cup old fashion for my oatmeal during the first three meals. Gives me 20g of protein in just the oat meal Then i'm having a cup of egg whites..... which are spoiled.... so glad i'm not dead lol I'm gonna find that SOB that sold me it off craiglist and rip his arms off! Sorry thats the CreaDyl talking lol.

I think your experience with stacking NO Beta with your CreaDyl is going to be awesome. From the pump you will get with the stack to the increase you will see in your lifting volume. Your friend will be asking you for samples. That's what happened to me with my first bottle. I was giving several friends doses too. It is great stuff.

What you could do is try a different variation of the standard deadlift, look up romanian deadlifts or sumos and see if you like either. I think you'll find the NO-Beta to be better for pumps than your friend's jack3d.

To keep form for deads, alot of it comes from your front core (abs) I notice. When you are able to keep your abs tight, it keeps your back straight. Stick with lower weight until you can strengthen your core and improve your form. Besides, deads aren't always about raw power, doing them properly has more benefits than you see on the surface that improving posture and releasing hormones.

LOL :D I think these are the greatest supps on the market today. So, I want to share them with my friends BUT there is a point that is like ok bro, now time to buy some of your own. I stopped two of my friends supply on Friday and they ordered their own LOL. Wish I got a commission.
I like that advice! Thats the reason i want to do them is to release the hormones and if all i have to do is lift and not worry about going heavy i'm happy!
I am an avocate of going heavy as possible to failure, but not at the sake of good form and risk of injury. Stay with your form and go to your max with the most weight you can safely lift while maintaining your form.

I've got to order soem more Creadyl on monday and i'm gonna get the No-beta as well. Should i consider the Keto cuts if i wanna get down to 8% body fat? That is equivelent to some thing like hydroxy cut correct?

I've had a good couple of good days at the gym-
My diet is so bad because of the fridge situation, I had a bunch of tatter totts in the employee dinning room yesterday at two different meals, they were fricken good though- and then i had mcdonalds last night- Weird thing is that my body fat said 9.2 percent today even after that horrible eating, I think i'm just gonna eat what i want for the next week till i get a new fridge or get mine fixed- I really feel like i look about 15% body fat but the machine said other wise.
I've got to order soem more Creadyl on monday and i'm gonna get the No-beta as well. Should i consider the Keto cuts if i wanna get down to 8% body fat? That is equivelent to some thing like hydroxy cut correct?
I highly recommend KetoCuts so definitely a good choice! I've used "other fat burners" before (which will remain nameless) and once I tried KetoCuts I never went back! The fridge situation is definitely frustrating but I wouldn't recommend "eating whatever you want" until it's resolved! By eating some unclean foods for 2 meals you shocked your body and probably got your metabolism burning again but if you keep eating that way it is likely to not go in your favor!... I am not just guessing on this I've done it! One cheat meal recharged me and got my metabolism firing again so I thought 3 cheat days would do the same... let's just say the situation was not cute!!!

I haven't used it personally, but for ZMA check out Testx6 (by Double T) Everyone that has kept up logs involving it have had amazing things to say about it (might as well keep it in the Double T family LOL!) For example, there is a guy who has a 3 year old and a new born baby at home (I don't even think she's a month yet) and he works out at like 5am and has been pulling pr's consistently. He has said that even sometimes with only 4 hours of sleep the sleep is such high quality that it doesn't even matter! Worth checking out!! And then you can thank the IRS for your sweet body and awesome sleep LMAO!!!

The first thing I would recommend doing is go to www.fitday.com and log everything you eat and drink for a day. It will break down all your macronutrients for you and then everyone would have a better picture of what areas your diet are problematic... then we could all probably be more helpful! :)

Check out the nutrition forum section, there's a good thread by Alan Aragon all about pre, during and post-WO nutrition. It's a huge thread and a lot to read, but you'll gain a lot just by browsing some of it.

Glad you like them, I think they are the absolute best for achieving solid results without using some type of fad diet plan that will produce unwanted or undesireable results. The more you go through it the better you will like it.

I decided not to take any No-Beta before playing basektball because i didn't get any advice in time, I didn't really think it was something i should take before running any way-
Played basketball for 1.5 hours, Was on the winners court so i didn't have a break! gotta love it =) My Glutes cramp up every time i play basketball the day after leg day! it hurts so fricken bad lol, i'm out there looking like an old man stretching during the game haha
I took a serving (2 tabs) of Keto cuts a couple hours before i went to play basketball, I'm not sure that i felt much of a difference? I did feel a little bit of energy right after taking them so i took my pup on a walk.
after basketball I decided to go to Mickey D's...... I'm going to start the cut diets and it said in the reading that there is absololutely no cheating so i cheated before i started lol
I took two scoops of my new Orange cream CreaDyl, I like this flavor better then the lemon lime, Lemon lime was still good, but the Orange Cream is my favorite. I took the CreaDyl an hour and 15 minutes before my work out. I sipped on it, and was done about a half hour before. Could feel tingles about 20 minutes after i started sipping.
I took 3 NO-Beta 15 minutes before Training, I've taken other NO products and i didn't have the same crazy urge this time to punch things and throw weights around? lol What i can say about it is that during my work out I was so swollen there was so much blood pumping into my chest during my session. I warmed up with 100lbs and tried to push up 265 I almost had it and it slowly started to go back down..... LOL so i put on 245 and almost got two, I'm happy with that because that is a new personal best for Flat bench.
During the work out i sipped on my new Glutacene, Orange is sooooo delicious 3 scoops in 20oz of water is a good mixture.
With the combination of the sups that i ingested before and during the work out i had an awesome amount of energy, i always felt like i could do more in my mind but i was exuasted in the muscle from the amount of weight i was putting up. Glad i had my spotter who helped me finish out every set!

Sorry for not getting back to you. I would've went with the CreaDyl before the basket ball game. If you were running a lot on the court those calves might get overly pumped and slow your game down. Plus CreaDyl has the caffiene in which would give you that energy you were looking for. Solid workout man! Putting up some nice weight! Those calories do seem high. What diet are you looking at?

I need to practice waking up earlier- Woke up with 15 mintues to get gym clothes on get supps ready and take pre work out and get out the door..... I hate the stupid sleep button who ever inveted that is horrible lol
I didn't sleep well last night- I took my first serving of Test X6 and i thought that would help me sleep? I was getting hot and sweaty through out the night? Legs today, Still not sleeping well? I took the NO-beta yesterday morning upon waking so i'm not sure if its that, Could the Test X6 be causeing my sleep iregularity?
woke up Brushed teeth lol then i go strait to the CreaDyl 2.5 scoops this morning for some reason- and i took 5 No-Beta with it, takes 15 minutes to get to the gym and i'm finished with CreaDyl, I then fill up 20 oz water and three scoops Glutacene- I felt like little bugs were crawling all over me this morning after i got to the gym, my skin was blotchy red. I didn't feel the pump i was expecting. I think 5 is too many No-Beta for my third day- had an awesome leg work out and i had sustained energy through out-
Squat- Tried to go as deep as i could, Just a little above 90 still Very unflexible- Even with no weight thats as low as i can go, The weight helps me get deeper-

Do you have shaker cups and pill cases for your supps? I prepare all of my things the night before so I'm ready to go in the morning. As for the tingling sensation, sounds just like you were reacting to too high of an NO beta dose. Just scale it back by one pill and you'll be fine. Also, taking it with food would help diminish the tingles.

The feeling you were experiencing was from the Beta Alanine in both the CreaDyl and NO Beta, it is an effect that will usually diminish once you begin working out. It is completely harmless and some people have more of a reaction than others. I have it somedays where it feels like a million tin pins are sticking me from the inside around my back, arms and neck other days the reaction is barely noticeable. For me the days I do have the reaction my workouts seem to be much more intense and I can do more.
There is a lot of information available on the effects of Beta Alanine along with the benefits that taking Beta Alanine has on the muscle tissue.
As far as the dose goes, you can try to play with it by decreasing the amount taken but I would give this a little time and maybe take your dose at the gym instead of before. Many people report the physical sensations pass after some use but the benefits are still there regardless of the Beta Alanine "Tingles" as they are commonly referred to.
Good work on your legs, I feel your pain, this is the first day since Wednesday I have been able to get out of bed without having to lift my leg out to the side. :o)

Yes, test boosters can definitely be a factor in sleep change, especially with the ZMA in TestX6. It should get better though, have you experienced any vivid dreams yet? Also, the bug feeling is from the Beta Alanine in the products, while the flush / blotchy red skin is a result of the Niacin. I would reduce the serving of NO-Beta just like you said and see how it goes, or split up the servings, and only take a few pre-workout and the rest another time.

Hahah, its those ZMA dreams! I tell you, they're the craziest dreams ever but the sleep gets to be soooo good. 4 pills for NO beta seems like the right dosage for you, stick with that :) And I'm glad you feel so great, you certainly did great on your work out! Keep up the fantastic work.

Been a while since i updated my log, Life has been getting in the way-
I'm leaving on the 20th to go see my real dad for the first time and that is pretty damn stressful lol. Not sure whats gonna happen, all kinds of anxiety about it. Gonna do my best to eat clean while i'm down there and hopefully my hotel has a gym so i can still go.
Well to update- i was sick about a week ago and missed two days at the gym and fortunately i didn't die so i went while still sick on the third day and did a light leg day which turned out to be a killer like usual cause i can't go easy once i get there, I didn't take any of my supps for those three days. Got back on it after those two days off and havn't missed another day since. Been trying to hit it really hard cause i've been reading about plateauing- I had been working out pretty steady for about two months before i started the contest, and there was about a three month break before that and before that i was hitting it hard for about 8 months. I've been around 11 percent body fat the whole time. I know where the fault is at lol. Its not my work outs at all for the body fat, its all in my diet and i have a hard time sticking with it. I read alot the past few days about preperation for the week and sticking to it atleast 21 days. Gonna get back after it starting tomorrow, even though today was pretty dang lean- I'm gonna keep a little note book with me and record times and what i eat.
Today was shoulders and abs and we hit the shoulders hard like always, i love shoulders and i'm seeing some nice striations in them.
Still loving the suppliments, I'm still taking two scoops CreaDyl and 4 NO-Beta pre, 3 scoops Glutacene during, I'm taking the Keto-Cuts but i don't know when i'm suppose to take them so i take them some time during the day, Still taking test x6 before bed.

Good luck on going to visit your Dad, I hope everything works out for you on that front.
I take my KetoCuts in the morning with my CreaDyl and NO Beta, for me I do not get any negative effects of doing it this way. If you do try taking it an hour to an hour and a half after your CreaDyl. I workout at 5 AM so if you workout during the afternoon or evening then take it with your breakfast. I take my second dose when I get home from work which is about 4-5 hours before bed. This time works well for me as well and I do not get any sleep disturbance with the evening dose.
For keeping strict on your nutrition plan try using the free program at www.fitday.com you can log all your intake and see a graphic picture of where you are at. And, best of all it is free!

Getting into shape is like a full time job! lol, I think after i get back from arizona i can quit my second job and have some more time for me!

do you take more then just two capsules per day? I'm just taking two, about 2 hours after my work outs cause i work out first thing in the morning, but since i work swings first thing in the morning is around 10 lol

I have found that the top end dose of 2 caps 2 times daily is what works best for me.

I'm cutting the peanut butter and olives because they seem to bee to much fat, and 3100 calories seems a bit much for this late in the game.

Michael, your last posted workout looked pretty sick bro, keep up the great work!
Your diet plan looks great as well, you should be seeing some great muscle gains. I think your fat intake is right in line with where you want it. With your activity level and the healthy fat sources I think I would maintain it at that level.

Trying to maintain good nutrition when you fly or travel is one of the most difficult elements I encounter. I try to pack meals but have had 20+ hour delays and then it is TGIF or Chili's and there is hardly anthing healthy. O'hare is my personal nemesis, last time there I resisted during my delay until about 12:00 AM and ended up with a Chicago Dog.

Its been 99-101 the past three days i've been here. Been doing alot of site seeing and walking in the heat so i gotta stay hydrated!
Had jet lag and was super tired first day i arrived, Did some light jogging and a some what easy leg day, i had to work out cause of all the crap i ate in air port lol
Yesterday i did Arms and hit it hard and did 30 mins of cardio after words, then we went to the spanish mission and walked around there and then to mt lemmon and hiked there. Been eating jack in the box but still getting my protein shakes and supps
Oh to your questions hells yeah i brought my supps lol
Today i woke up late so after we got back from the biosphere i went and did chest feeling good about the work out for my fourth set on flat BB bench i put up 225 5 times alone and the spotter took most of the weight on 6 I then did 10 mins cardio on an incline at 3mph
Tomorrow were going to the sonora desert museum and zoo and i'll hit back at the gym tomorrow night

Great back work out today, I'm using the rest pause style of training that a trainer showed me and it works great!
Went to applebees after the work out and got a nice 7oz steak with some mashed tatters and vegitables boy was it good I was cutting it into smaller and smaller pieces so it would last longer lol
I posted some new pics i was here in the hotel room bored so they are self taken but they show some progress

I know that itchy feeling lol, typically the Beta Alanine does not hit me real hard in that way but today by the time I drank my Betacene and took 6 NO Beta and got to the gym I was itchin like a mad man and had red bumps all over lol. The desk guy at the gym asked if I had washed my workout clothes in a new detergent. It has been a while since I have had a reaction like that. Once I started lifting it was gone.

Gonna get one more work out in tomorrow before my plan leaves for washington! I can't wait to get home! I ate pretty bad while i was here but i kept the work out intensity very high and made sure to do cardio every day. Its also been blazing hot down here in AZ and all the walking during the site seeing helped burn off the crap i was eating. I've got a little over a month left till my final pictures so when i get home i'm gonna work my diet out to 2300 calories per day and see how my energy levels are and go from there.
I've never gotten any bumps from the NO but i do get super red and itchy if i don't hit the weights right away lol
