alright guys i a bit anctious for my first comp, coming up this april 3rd, at VV. but out of curiosity, wut do u guys do 2 prep up for a comp? any pre comp rituals, excersises? just curious! soooooo...............

Training-wise just trust and do whatever your coaches tell you to do.

Outside the gym try to relax, eat well, and get lots of sleep.

- be conscious of your technique... you'll taper in the 7-10 days before the competition (do less weight) - focus on feeling every rep and make them perfect.

- eat good food, drink lots of water, watch your weight (i think you'll be ok here), get to sleep before midnight as often as you can, don't miss any workouts.
