OBF Contest Log: My Focus is Strong and My will is Stronger!

Well I guess I needed to really make it official and start a log to keep myself in check. The week has started out strong. I hit all my Macros, Stocked up at the grocery store for the next 10 days.

My lifting session was intense. Tuesday morning I start my cardio sessions!

Life is good but GOD is better!

Well I finally did it got back on the cardio train. I really hate cardio but if I am going to win this thing I am going to have to do it, I guess.

I did 40 minutes at a moderate pace. 10 minutes on the Eliptical, 10 minutes on the bike, 10 mintues on the treadmill and 10 minutes another type of bike, I forgot what you call it.

I broke a very good sweat and I am feeling it in my legs right about now. I am currently on a CKD Diet and haven't had over 20grams of carbs since Saturday but I am feeling pretty good, I guess of have plenty of fat to fuel my workouts.

Tommorrow it is back to the weights and I can't wait. My wife is fully on-board and has stepped up her workouts as well.

I see nothing but good times ahead!

Weighed in this morning at 229lbs. That is a 5 pound loss this far! Had my depletion workout today and really hit it pretty hard. Today and Saturday I have my carb-ups and then its back to CKD Sunday through Thursday of next week. Looking forward to another good week.

I will take pictures on Monday of each week.

Also picked up a 2010 Maxima today fully loaded and I gott say it is one sweet ride. The kids are in awe.

Had a great workout today. Hit it hard. The carbs from my carb-up allowed me to really push it today.

On another topic so this lady comes intot he GYM today with Low-rise sweat pants on and a Pink Thong and all you can see it A#$! She knew what she was doing too becuase she kept looking around the gym to see who was looking.

She was hot as hell! But please don't distract me like that!
