Maximuscle are running a competition on Youtube just now with the first prize being £1000 of their products. All you need to do is submit a video and register it with their website, the one judged best will win £1000, runner up £500 worth of product!
Some of the entries so far are pretty poor but this is one of the entries that made me laugh! :-)
