I haven't trained for more than a few sessions consecutively for over a year due to various injuries which seem to love me way too much. I am trying to get back into training, slowly but surely. In my absence I have lost most of the little strength I did have and put on way too much BF and weight in general which will be the focus of getting rid of in the first few months of training... Here goes... Some of the injuries: Right hamstring, shoulder ligaments, curvature, lack of bottom two disks in spine(not an injury but the cause of most of my problems) among others...
