Hello!!!

I am a 20 year old college student here in NC. Thankfully I have a pretty busy lifestyle, full time living on campus walking everywhere student, and I work in a tie dye shop where I can't remember the last time I got to sit on the job.

My freshman year a friend and I signed up for a credited weight lifting class and that semester I could feel my body changing shape, so we both decided to take it again and be a little more serious and really research and understand how we should live our lives and train to attain the bodies we want.

My goals are ever changing, but I know for sure I want to cut down a little bodyfat and then try and get big!

Body Stats
Height: 5'3.5
Weight: 120lbs on my dads ratty old scale
BF%: finding out this week!

Lifts according to BodySpace's estimated one rep max
Bench: 73lbs
Squat: 74lbs
Dead Lift: 101lbs

I lift 3 times a week (MWF) and plan on doing cardio twice a week (TR). My weekends usually consist of some outdoor activity of leisure. As much as I hate cardio, towards the end of this I will start running more to start training for the Air Force.

Day Two and Three

Ate well, got lucky on some nice meats in the cafeteria, and some really good brocolli tonight. Just at a LOADED ham sandwich half, just loaded with ham though to take my pill.

Went and rock climbed tonight, zipped through the easy wall, but still can't make it up the purple level. My forearms and pinkies are killing me!

So far so good, signing up for my body test tomorrow hopefully.

Day 6

Fun workout today, deadlifts followed by some full body fun work out with some hanging handles. Diet was a little off today but with the weekend here hopefully I can keep on track and get some fun outdoor cardio in.

I can't stop thinking about that yoga class, I think I am going to start going twice a week. I felt so strong the next day and they happen to fall on the same days i lift but just at night, so it will be a great way to stretch out and what not.

Day 9

Upped my squat today by 5lbs

Ate pretty great all day, grilled chicken, broc, cauli, pb, some whole wheat bread, turkey, and what not.

Feeling a lot more motivated today as I got a huge test out of the way and can focus for the rest of the week. Surprised I didn't cheat today with all the stress!

Day 15

Been a super busy week but time for a good update.

My diet has been a little off this week, calories have been fine but my macros are lacking hard.

Did yoga again and had a blast, it was a lot harder this time. Also did Turbo Jam with a friend whos just starting to try and keep a routine of doing some extra work. Not really my thing but whatever gets her started.

Did not get to climb this week though but looking to do it this upcoming week.

Feel pretty good though between my lifting, yoga, turbo jam, walking all over campus, and working on my feet all day.

Next week is a holiday... we will see how that goes! Luckly our Easters usually mean ham, green beans, and some bad stuff so I will just load up on what I can. I will be away from the gym for about 5 days, but considering I will be with my niece and nephew, I know I will be lifting them!

Hope to update again soon

Been going to the gym with a friend lately, new place and starting to get used to it.

Today did squat (still recovering) 65, 75, and 85 - all without pain, so going to start hitting that harder and harder.

rest was a mix of randoms and some core and cardio work.

quads weren't sore today, bummer. still feeling a little sick throughout the day.

played indoor soccer and basketball for a while after work, just signed up for a new gym so will be scoping that out tomorrow.

as for food today... i had one good meal of chicken, brown rice and veggies, otherwise wasnt hungry so made a peanut butter and jelly and had a oat bar. oh, and a kids meal at subway. but yeah, way under macros today but it was either that or puke so...
