HI, when i train my biceps (twice a week) i feel PAIN in my right arm in the ULNA BONE
please help

I get this too sometimes whenever I do barbell curls and put it on the rack or lay it down on the ground, I get a quick short pain.. You overworking that muscle, just rest. Train arms once a week.
