bassiclly i was super setting lateral raises and DB overhead press tonite at the gym wit my shoulder work out and on the very last set=( *sign* and i felt my muscle fail and like my shoulder collapse in my joint and it was a very wierd feeling and it hurt....i started to strech it slowly rite after cause i hear if it tore slightly it can form scar tissue and there goes flexabilty in that joint.....i can move it pretty well but obvs there is slight pain and alot when i flex my delt.....obvs lol...my cousin had a the exact same injury and i'm afraid because now he has extreme pain when doing overhead presses and cannot do em.....any tips ideas why it might be?
