Was amped up for this workout. First workout of the OBF contest. It showed. Managed 2 sets of 120 x 8 on incline with just a little help on the first rep. Then still managed 130 x 4 and 110 x 7, awsome. Look forward to next week.
Seated bench was great, real strict, real deep, no lockout.
Gironda dips, see above. Brilliant stretch. Want 4 sets of 8!
Haven't done pullovers for a while, but still managed to PB on them. Fantastic :D
Cable flyes were solid, again nice and strict.

Back to the hardcore dieting. Feels good.
Felt good going into this workout and decided to go straight to the 130s, this time I only got a push up on the first rep and it went really well. Managed 8 reps :D Did another set and got 7, freaking awesome! Finished off with the 110s for the stretch.
On to decline, dig this exercise. Managed to surpass last week nicely. Really felt the stretch.
Did dips, these went surprisingly well considering I weigh about 4 tons right now. Nothing works the bottom of the chest like these IMO.
On to super setted flyes, when the pump got off the scale. Really good though.
Finshed with some strict high rep Pec Dec for the stretch, felt amazing.
I am considering the 140s on incline next week. We shall see :D

Good energy today. Managed to go heavier on rack pulls than I have previously having had adjusted my form. Hard work, great burn though.
Next was seated rows, love this exercise, felt good from the beginning and at the end I was adding weight to the stack and got an ok 4 reps.
Decided to make the higher rep sets a little heavier, went well, as did the heavier sets.
Yates Rows were solid as always, great working of the traps.
Finished with hyperextensions and straight arm pushdowns, solid burn in the lower back and outer lats respectively.

So, as of 12/4 I have been using CreaDyl and NOBeta by Double T Sports.
Impressions of the first week (which hasn't been logged) are OK. I had a bitching workout on the Monday, rack pulling 500lbs, and setting some new PBs on my back. But as the week went on, things weren't particularly special, but then again, my diet wasn't exactly perfect, ha. I think these products have real potential, but I think carbs would definitely help them in their effectiveness. So as of 19/4 I will be back on a normal 40/40/20ish diet. Big things will happen I hope.

Green is a personal best
Used 4 tablets of NO BETA pre workout and 2 scoops of Creadyl.
THis was a goooood workout with little rest time, really concentrated on great depth on the incline DB work, and finished with the 88s, pump was already bonkers.
Moved on to bench, but the incline bench had already sapped me of strength, so after 2 sets, decided to keep it light and work on just feeling the stretch. By the end of this my chest really was ready to explode.
That being said, on Gironda dips, I pumped out 8 reps first set which I did not see coming, the rest was great.
High and low pulley work was difficult, but again, the pump and tension was fantastic.
High incline flyes were different, but I really liked these, certainly hit the chest differently.
Finished with some pec deck, good stuff. Great tension on the inside of the chest.
Pump was verging on unbareable, endurance was lacking slightly (but this is because I am not BA saturated ATM), but energy and focus remained strong, 8/10 for the Double T products today.
Goals for next week:
[ ] 130 x 8+ on incline

Felt good going into this. Rack pulls went well, though not as good as last week when I pulled 500lbs, but that was fresh off the weekend. Kept form solid and felt it as always.
On seated rows I decided to do them much more strictly, work on really feeling in the inside of my back. Worked well, couldn;t go as heavy obviously.
Yates Rows as always, fantastic feeling in the traps.
Again with pulldowns I worked on form, felt great.
Pushdowns were standard, great feeling in the lats.
As for CreaDyl and NOBeta, I have to mention I got some pretty sick pump, it was so bad in my forearms I had to drop the bar with Yates Rows. Energy was decent and endurance was solid. 8/10 today.

This is so cool having a brit on here. Have you noticed a measurble difference when training fast or less rest btween sets and the pump? Have you tried 6 no-beta and only 1 scoop of CreaDyl

At the moment I've been having 3 tabs NOBeta and 1 scoop creadyl in the morning, then 3-6 tabs NO Beta and 2 scoops CreaDyl before training. But it's actually good that you raise that point as I am maintaining lifting the same weight than I was before but with less rest. Encouraging.

Pretty much all the Premier League games, all the European matches involving English teams :D The world cup course.
And I agree, nothing of any interest happened in that game until the 93rd minute!

Took 3 tabs NObeta in the morning with one sccop of CreaDryl and Preworkout 6 tabs of NOBeta and drank 2 scoops of Creadyl intra-workout.
This was my 2nd week doing Tom Platz 20 minute squats, was a lot better this week with carbs, god I love carbs, so tasty and pump you up, make you look huge, god I have missed that...
Where was I? Oh yeah, so 20 minute squats. 105kg on the bar, 20 minutes, do as many squats as you can, rest for 2 minutes, repeat. each set to be done differently, slow mo, bottom half only, top half only. A real killer, but I LOVED it today.
Did SLDLs for the 2nd time ever (and the 2nd time in 2 weeks), can;t believe I had neglected these before. Really do feel it in your hamstrings.
Single leg press, difficult but felt great, gotta mention that the pump in my LEGS got so bad that I couldn't feel them towards the end of the reps in each set, which was kinda useful!
On to the triple super set. Pain pain pain. Low rest ofcourse still managed to pump it out.
Supersetted the yes/no no/yes machines, wish they went heavier, but they don't still felt it though.
Endurance was really good today actually, as was energy and pump was fantastic. A definite 9/10 for the supplements.

I'll be posting a progress pic up tomorrow (meant to do it today but I forgot. Woops). But you can get a good idea from my avi :)
Can't believe I didn't see you have a journal before. Gonna get in on that.
I enjoy the strength, still on 2500 calories, though maintenance is 3500 or something biggggg. Going to up cardio in various different ways before I start bringing cals down, I like food too much.
EDIT: Haha, I was the last person to post in your journal.

i am doing around the same amount of cardio as you at the mo brah, although i do 15 mins heavy about half an hour after my brekky to get my metabolism going and 15-30 mins after after training (read somewhere that post weights cardio increases fat burning and gh release)

Felt amazing today. So much power and energy despite the 2500 calories and cardio. Pulled 6 with 410 and managed 4 with 435. Amazing. Can't wait to do it again next week.
Unfortunately (but awesomely :D) after 1 set of hammer curls, my forearms and biceps were insanely pumped and I could hardly hold the dbs. Powered on through. Skull crushers first with these today, felt great.
Onto dips and Straight bar curls. Wasn't expecting much after the skull crushers, but I managed 5 sets of 20. IMMENSE. Curls got really hard towards the end just because of the pump.
Finished off with some light rope work.
Great endurance, energy and bonkers pump today. 9/10 supplementation!

Really wicked workout today, the cardio in the morning really seems to loosen up my legs nicely. Smashed the squats, for 4 sets I managed more reps with 315 than I ever have before, then got 335 for a 3 rep PB.
Tried front squats for the 1st time, really just figuring out the grip and such.
SLDL was solid, difficult as always.
Single foot leg press was great, really felt it.

Felt amazing today. Decided that I wanted to max out. Didn't really think it out that well and kinda tired myself out on 460. Got the 500 off the floor, and to my knees but that was it.

Ahhhhhhhh, well I had 7 days off, so needed to cram stuff into this session. PBed on deads, and tri extensions but arms were shot for dips. Curls were mental, pump was so insane I had to keep pausing to relieve the pain!
Did some legs, really really taxing after the deadlifting. By the end of back squats I wanted to crawl into a corner and die, but finished with face pulls.
Had a real sense of focus and will to get the job done through out the workout, which was awesome.

Man this was awesome. Decided that since I was gonna hit chest on Monday anyway, I might as well mix things up nicely. Started off with decline BB bench, never done this before. Worked up to 320 for a few, then went back down. Really like this exercise.
On to Incline BB bench which I have never done seriously. Couldn't go particularly heavy, but still got great work out of it.
Then some decline DB bench, this was HARD after the previous 2 exercises and my chest just wouldn't accept me trying to push the 110s, lol. Overall it was solid though.
Went on to heavy pullovers where I managed some personal bests. Finished off with high rep pec deck flyes.
Then it was back, again I mized it up a little with Tbar rows with a nice wide grip, these were difficult (especially in setting up) but felt great at the bottom of the lats.
Really changed form on seated rows; minimum torso movemet, handle pulled to the waist, shoulder blades pinched together. Felt awesome.
Great endurance and pump today, energy was good throughout. Was VERY happy with strength.

No training partner today. Boo urns. Still it went really well. Little less volume as I worked chest on the Saturday. Though I still felt sore I was still able to push it to the max.
On incline I did the 110s today to see how I was at getting the weight up, it went well and managed 10 great deep reps (more on that in a sec). Picked up the 120s and managed to put them up by myself and again get 6 good deep reps. Though I hate not getting a hand putting the weight up as you end up just sacrificing reps. 2nd set I got a hand up on the 1st rep, but I had to try twice as the first time he almost pushed the 120 into my face. Still, I managed another 6 great reps. Finished with a super slow super strict set with the 88s.
Did some seated chest press, couple of people I talk to jumped in so I just did what they did. One of them was Shane Raymond, look out for him on the international natural stage soon. The guy has amazing shape.
Did some dips but these were very difficult and then some high incline flyes. Great stretch here. Good stuff.
Impressed with my endurance today and especially happy with my recovery, 9/10 Double T.

Lowered the pins in the rack for rack pulls to work my way up to 500, Gonna take a while it seems. Loved it though.
Pulls against pins, this exercise is an absolute bastard, never done it before, but it really does tax the lats.
Seated pulls were good, super strict form.
Pulldowns and Yates rows both went well, heavier on the rows, brutal feeling in the traps.
Finished with some straight arm pushdowns.
Again solid endurance and massive pump (my back was WIIIDDDEEE) strength remains good. 8/10.

Doisng was 3 tabs NOBeta and 1 scoop Creadyl in the morning then 3 tabs NOBeta and 1 scoop Creadyl pre and intra workout.
No help with the overhead pressing today, but managed to get the 95s up and get some good reps with them and got a PB with the 88s. Decided to do upright rows for the first time. Took me a set or two to get into the movement, but I liked it.
Rest was all standard, felt stronger on the lateral raises actually.
Very happy with pump and endurance today. Strength was good but not the best it has been. Focus was good enough 8/10.
Goals for next week:

So, Saturday is now officially my 'lagging bodyparts' day, legs and chest at the moment. Going to revolve around the 3 Barbell movements and my quads.
Chest workout was decent. The warmup sets I did before hand really helped my shoulder of flat bench. It felt good and can't wait until I get used to the movement and start moving some proper weight. Though having this day after arm day will somewhat hamper that.
Decline bench was great, obviously couldn't match last week, but worked my chest hard and that's what matters.
Nice 4 sets on incline, chest was totally pooped! :D
Next week incline comes first!
Was on to legs, I was a little tight so front squats weren't as heavy as I would have liked. Leg press was plenty heavy though, personal bested on it! Finished with the leg extensions which were hell... but in the good way :p

More good stuff todaylots o volume :D
Another heavy set of rack pulls, gonna be a while before I get to 500 with the pins at this height though.
Went back to DB rows for a change, pesonal bested with ease, only thing that let me down was my grip. I'd love to go heavier but that's all the gym goes up to :(
Grip was no absolutely pooped and the pulldowns absolutely KILLED my hands as the knurling is deep, still did well though.
Yates rows, fantastic as always, I am getting better at contracting my back in just the right way with these.
Went it came to the Tbar rows, I would have loved to have gone heavier but my grip would just not allow it. Still I repped a light weight out for 4 sets and loved the feeling i got in my lower lats.
Finished with straight arm pushdowns as always.
Again solid endurance and massive pump (my back was WIIIDDDEEE) strength remains good. 8/10.

6 tbas NOBeta and 1 scoop Creadyl Intra/pre workout. Have reduced dosing, still working well, more on this in a sec.,..
Kept it light(er) today on incline press to get better quality reps. Went OK. The final set was a personal best for what is was.
Decline was amazing, especially the drop set at the end, good god. Good strength here.
By now, pump was bonkers, triceps were screaming bloody murder, but i ain't gonna let that stop me. On to seated press, the 1st set felt horrible but it got much better.
Finished with pullovers. Pushed hard on these (to the point I VERY almost dropped the 110lb DB on my face), but the stretch was fantastic.
Pump and endurance were amazing today and I am really happy about how I am keeping my strength as I drop weight. Thanks Double T :)

Felt ok going into this workout. Did better than I was expecting with the DB shoulder press, Got a spot with the 95s too and managed a few reps.
Onto upright rows, jesus christ, this is where I saw NO Betas effects, I was insanely vascular at 15%, all kinds of veins in my forearms, was getting those 'WTF ' stares. Awesome. I get on well with this exercise now, upped the weight a bit.
Laterals remained the same as always.
Going heavier on facepulls now. Great feeling in the traps and rear delts.

My deadlifts weren't great today, but they were ok. Basically I am happy enough with them. Decided to try DB curls on a very incliney incline. Bad idea on 6 tabs of NOBeta, after the first set I was pretty sure my biceps were going to explode. Managed to push through it though. Supersetted them with Vbar pushdowns, an exercise I really like.
Biceps exploding I went onto straight bar curls and rope pushdowns, a real mission when so pumped but I got through it.

Really good workout today. NOBeta is freaking crazy, after one exercise my chest was so pumped it felt like I was stretching it the entire time. Awesome :D
I was really happy with my form on incline today, solid depth every rep, concentrating hard on the contraction.
Reintroduced decline DBs, did better than expected.
Then pullovers, I've got some extra strength outta nowhere on these :D Love the exercise.
Finished with some strict cable flyes.
Had solid energy and endurance today and the sickest pumps I have EVER experienced.
Goals for next week:
[ ] 120 x 8 x 2 on incline

Another solid workout today. Personal best on the pull ups, felt great.
Then rack pulls when I went the heaviest I ever have with the pins as low as they were.
Did Yates rows next, solid as always. Threw in shrugs at the top of the movement.
Kept the row variations light, but this just meant I could really focus on form and feel.
Again, solid pump and endurance through the workout.

Kept it short but INTENSE today. Why WHY would I do bottom up squats when supersetting front and back squats. IDK, but I did. SO difficult.
Single leg press. Love it. Hitting parts of my leg I didn't know I had!

Mmm that's good chest workout. Kept it light and strict on incline again, before going heavier on decline and somehow absolutely smashing it. Supersetted Gironda dips and flyes, this was real difficult because of the stupid STUPID pump, I was finishing sets and uttering all kinds of swear words under my breath :D Finished with pullovers. Gotta love em!
Again sick pump,, great endurance.

Man, I can't believe I managed to pull off 4 sets of 8. First 3 were all solid, last set there was a slight pause after 5. It feels AWESOME :D
Stayed lighter on rack pulls, but still loved it and got a lot from it.
Did seated cable rows to hit dem romboids, kept it light and super strict.
yates rows were great today, lower back wasn't too fatigued to I could keep absolute solid form and feel.
Again, plenty strong throughout my workout and my back looked widdddeeee!

NOBeta

Pump 10/10 Even at the lowest dose of 3 tabs, the pump was noticable for me at 240lbs. The only time I did not feel a massive difference was on leg day, but every other workout, my muscles felt full and PUMPED (should be noted my standard dose become 5/6 tabs preworkout).
Ingredient Profile 7.5/10 Well, the right ingredients, though I would have much preferred creapure instead of CEE, which I don't really believe in. My main problem is that to receive what i perceive to be enough of the ingredients, you have to dose at 10ish a day. Not to say you won't get some benefit out of 6, but 10 would be MUCH preferred.
Strength 8/10 This is difficult to measure when I was on a constantly declining calorie intake. But I must say I was impressed with how much strength I kept. This may be somewhat genetic, but I feel supplementation certainyl helped.
Value 6.5/10 This, to be frank, could be better. Kinda harsh on us big guys who have to dose 8-12 a day, 240 tabs a month, the largest pack lasting a month and a half. That $60 a month for me in the UK! However, I could half dose and still recieved a solid benefit.
Endurance This can't really be judged as I was taking it with CreaDyl at the same time, which is focused on endurance itself.
Overall (in a cutting scenario) 8/10 In my opinion, this is a solid product. However, to really see it shine, I feel you have to be bulking. Otherwise it's just a feeling of it 'limiting the damage', which in fairness it does do well. I would really like to try this product while bulking as I am sure it would blow me away in stimulating strength gains. AEN's PreSurged Unleashed offers a better overall preworkout solution for less money.
cont. As I say I do like this product, but I think it could be mind-blowingly good with the replacement of CEE with Creapure and the addition of Glycocarn. Throw in some stims too, and I would pay anything.
Will I use it again though? Yeah, just for the fantastic vascularity it brings out in my arms :p But I will again when I bulk for sure, see what it can REALLY do.

CreaDyl
http://www.predatornutrition.com/prod_images_blowup/double_t_sports_creadyl.jpg
Recovery 9/10 Recovery was much improved while on Creadyl, there were a couple of days where I was unable to take it, and I really felt it the day after.
Ingredient Profile 8/10 Again, I would have much rather have just seen seen Cre mono or Creapure, but I have yet to see Di-creatine malate be discredited (though yet to see it praised in applicable studies). I am not sure of the amount of Citrulline Mallate, but solid effective doses are around 8g from what I have seen. Like the inclusion of precursors and BCAAs
Energy 9/10 This was always good when I was using Creadyl which was nice. Never had a truely bad day on it :)
Value 5/10 It's a lot more expensive than it's rivals, and it doesn't last as long.
Endurance 8/10 Noticable improvement while using for sure.
Taste:
Lemon Lime 6/10 A little too tart for me, always had to mix in 15oz of water.
Orange 10/10 Beautiful. I could drink this all day. Probably the best tasting supplement I have used. Especially with ice.
Overall (in a cutting scenario) 7.5/10 Well the product is effective, but for a big guy who wants to dose highly, it's prohibitively expensive though thankfully it is effective at lower doses (but it's going to be better at higher doses).
