Hey all.

As some of you know, I entered not one, but TWO transformations in the womens forum and got smacked around by life/circumstance/crapola.

Anywho. I realized something, as I was not having the 'time' or energy or motivation to work out. The less I do, the crappier I feel.

Anyways...I'm pretty pumped to do this and be a milf come July! I want to wear a bikini and be that mom at the water park that all the other moms hate!

I want to impart good healthy values upon my kiddo, most importantly.

So, here's the final tally.

Marriage = Over
Kids health = On the mend
My health = Only going up
School = Getting through it
Bills = A fact of life

I'm 100% ready to take care of myself, and by taking care of myself, being better able to take care of my little boy!

I'm getting two training sessions next week, just so I can be ran through the exercises so I don't kill myself when I go at a deadlift.

Anywho lurkers, wish me luck! Good luck to you all as well!

Good luck getting to your goal! Have fun with your training sessions! Take advantage and ask a bunch of questions! :)

Thanks!

It kills me, cause I'm looking back over the last few months, and all the time I was bitching and moaning about not having the time to workout, I could have been working out, hahaha!

Good luck with the contest!! I look forward to following along. No worries, I think we've all had "life" get in the way at certain points... it happens... all you can do is just move forward from today! :) Is there a specific plan you're following?

Thanks! I look forward to seeing your progress!

I'm planning on undertaking the NROLFW in an attempt to preserve what muscle mass I have, since I'll be eating a deficit.

I have it somewhere in my mess. I just have to find it. That's what I what to set up with the trainer, so they can go over the first two days with me, so I don't lose a limb/break my back with terrible form.

And since it's warming up so nicely now, I plan on spending lots of time outside with my dog and kiddo. I can't wait to take my gremlin out hiking and stuff!

Well, off to the gym tomorrow morning for my blah...steady state cardio!

At least I can do 30min of it now, not like when I started a few months back!

Also...I'm in the process of getting my eating all in order.

ALSO - I am currently a size 11 in pants.

I bought a size 7....7 PEOPLE, and plan on wearing them on Canada day.

I'm gonna look hot ;)

Well, cardio is all taken care of for the day (thank goodness!)

In retrospect, I tried on the 7's, and I don't know if my bones will let me wear them. Or maybe that's a load of hooey? My girlfriend who has zippo for hips wears a 7, so I'm feeling a little intimidated and thinking about maybe returning them for an 8 if I can find one?

Well, onto this mornings fabulous breakfast!

Tuna
hot sauce
crackers
banana
water

Ahh, it's gonna be a great 16 weeks, hahaha.

Well, I went to a weekend long getaway with my girlfriends, where we ate tons of food, drank to much and slept in all weekend.

It was amazing!!!

I'm looking forwards to getting back on track though! Back in the gym/eating right. Won't make any changes just lazing around now!

Hope you all have a good week!

Had a good workout on Monday, really felt awesome! And then took my puppy for a two hour walk with a friend, he loved it!

Did my cardio today, a half hour run. I think I'm gonna try for a 40min run by the end of the month, just once, to see if I can do it, haha. I'm so friggin pumped to look amazing in my jeans!

Breaky today

Chicken, bread, coffee, veggies.

Hope you all are having a good one!

Had a great workout this morning. The chin ups smoked me this morning, but I feel like I pushed harder on them then I have before. Tis' a good thing.

Diet has been good, if not very much today.

5 egg whites
hot sauce
2 piece toast
1 tsp natty PB

sandwich:
black forest ham
cheese string
red pepper
cucumber
bread

nature valley peanut bar.

Then I'm having jerked chicken at a friends for dinner. That should do me for the day. Really regretting not getting to eat during the day. Bah
