Hello all Im very excited to participate in this challenge...

For this week I will focus on getting my cardio in, and laying off of red meats and eating my 5-6 small meals a day....

Well be back to update with my menu for the week

Congrats on joining the contest! There is plenty of information on this site on what to eat and how to exercise. Just float around the site and get some knowledge to help you out. Plus you can use that to get your next 21 posts so you can post your pics to be eligible for the contest!

I did upper body workout this morning, it was a good workout, will do a cardio session/abs tonight
Excited to see the changes in the next 12 week

So today is cardio -boooo right but I must commit to it...

My diet yesterday was okay, I ate a bag of sunflower seeds their my weakness.....

Be back later after cardio is completed

Did lower body today early am

Super excited to get my supplements I will be using for this challenge this weekend....Im reramping my workout schedule after reading and article on here...so Im excited about that....

Looking forward to new and better things a 2 piece is in my future

Recap of this week

Strength training okay
Cardio need to push the HIIT and the lower body lifting has my calves very tight...

Supplements...
Scivatiom Xtend not to impress with it will go back to my
EAS betagen and Optimum BCAA powder once Im done with the Xtend and Vasocharge

Diet 65% still have three days to end with a 80% sticking to the plan...

Will start taking weekly Saturday pics to document my progress since I dont think the scale is a true indication of progress...

So for the next three days, well two because I dont work on Sundays I will focus on gettin my cardio in, eating on plan and pushing through the pain...

My triceps are KILLING

Lower workout done last night

Weight loss for the week 2.7lbs

This upcoming week focus is cardio....and getting my supplements in

I will focus eating on schedule....

My goals for the week is to eat clean
Cardio 2x a day on Cardio days, well everyday is Cardio day for now except Sundays, will balance between HIIT, Low and Moderate Cardio

35 push ups daily, and 200 upper and lower crunches daily


Will post back tomorrow after am work out

Hello all tweaking my workout for the rest of the contest

strength training pm

2 more weeks on this meal plan then a new meal plan whoooo wooooo
